Still working on my Elite Battle Pass that is owed.. I went to ops 61 to see if I could collect the elite path, and my whole BP reset. So after a week they gave me points to bring me back to where I should be, and they closed the ticket. Didn't fix the elite issue of the owed ones, but I was able to start claiming elite path once I hit 61.

Now I'm arguing in a new ticket that they owe me the first half of the Elite battle pass still. They even said "I see your path is complete and you have collected 16 elite officer shards from the elite path". I had to explain that there are 20 collectable shards, and I'm owed, per their own records. 16/20 isn't 100% by my math. They are arguing about that, because "It shows as collected". Which is still my point. Path shows collected, never collected. Verified by their own records that I am owed half of the elite path, and they still wont budge.

I guess I'm just supposed to count myself lucky I went to 61 and got half of what I paid for... Wont be spending a dime on this game again. f2p if I stick around.

Do something with alliance chat. Maybe all the chats, come to that, but alliance is the only one I visit. If your text goes past the chat window, you can no longer see what you are typing. It used to automatically switch to a multi line window before that last “patch”. I tend to type gibberish if I can’t see what I’m typing.

Not to mention that first delayed attack shows up in the next round and does damage. Chang’s ability doubles the damage taken by round 2.

There is no specific enemy to locate, just collect some splicer loot and exchange it. You can start in the Letoria system for the loot. It's available from hostiles, or opc reliants.

I can't access the outpost control building. It is there, I have materials to upgrade it (evidently), but I either get a material fragments claim or the message in this image. I have reinstalled the game (supposedly) twice, that does not help.

I should not have to wait until I can't claim any more fragments to access the building.

Also when I get that error message it temporarily prevents any building in the station from being selected, not just the harvester.

Bug: Holodeck is missing icons and text right after game start.

How to reproduce:
Start the game and go immediately to the Holodeck. At first, it is empty with "holodeck_store_title". A few seconds later the content from the picture gets visible and I could buy Ranger Pt 1-5. Subsequent views of the Holodeck in the same game session hide this view and show the usual view, where you can buy missions with buffers.

A t10 revenant uses epic parts to upgrade. Therefore, the rare parts in this bundle are not useful. I’m guessing the bracketing was incorrectly designed based on t6-t10 components, which would be for a t5-t9 ship. If the bracketing is adjusted, this is an easy fix!

Waves: - Was in group a wave, and when it started, I did not see any ships coming. I switched view to a mining system and back, still nothing, repeated this again and I was able to see the wave hostile ships and able to participate in the wave.

When play on PC and using the Kir'shara, if I minimise the window to use another program the Kir'shara continues to work fine in the background. (outside of the stuff that causes it fail sometimes)
BUT
When I use the Kir'shara on Android if I minimise the app to say take a phone call or read a message, the Kir'Shara freezes and stops working immediately every time without fail. The only way to clear the queue if to fully restart the app.

I don't know what you're talking about fixed wave, but the waves still aren't working correctly! The Kir'Shara artifact isn't working correctly. A ship just stopped in the wave and called off the attack, which meant I couldn't make the final wave. Or ship disabled to attack the hostile.... 🙄

Elite Solo Wave Defense: On sending first ship, game locks up. restart of game, Wave Defense system shows claimed but with an altert that no ship is present, the original ship is indeed at my station.

Send two ships to the defense, both appear, attempt to send the third and it claims that the maximum number of Players (yes players not ships) are present in the wave defense.

Ok strange, try and send a different ship, no luck same problem.

Restart the game, now no ships are in the wave defense system, none can be sent to join it at all, but the game still says its my wave defense and warns me to send ships

I let the timer expire on the Elite Solo Wave Defense and try again; I cannt use any of the ships I had previously sent, because despite the timer expiring the game claims that I am already in a wave defense.. .which I am not.

To the stage that waves, both group and solo are impossible... game crashes and kicked every couple of minutes, usually in the middle of a pull or wave... Lag in receiving chest pulls. Orange and red wifi icon is almost permanently on at the top of the screen. Ships get stuck in combat or repairing loops. Hostile kills not refreshing and displaying a dormant hostiles (stationary, clickable, but not targetable). The tournament task list has this nonsense going on where you refresh one of the 10K tasks at the bottom and the new 10K task appears in the middle of the list (not where you’re looking unless you already have a sufficiently low opinion of the programming team). I'd definitely go the ticket route. The issue isn't widespread and can be handled by CS. Seems your tiering up the ship isn't being recognized by the game so you don't get the right exchange, and the gift isn't unlocking.

Waves are just as laggy as before the client update. If you reboot the client to try to fix the lag, the ships are auto-returned to base.

I have the same issue with the Reliant, I posted a few screenshots (look for my message at 16:58). I also didn't receive the gift box for Tier 4. And I think that is connected. Actually I didn't receive the gift box for Tier 3, I checked for it, when I got to Tier 3, but there was none. Last week when I upgraded to Tier 4 I received the gift box for Tier 3. I suppose that is connected and somewhere the game thinks I'm still tier 3. I reported the issue to the support but they haven't even acknowledged that they received the report.

Yes, I unslotted him then put him back and his warp range bonus did not come back even after restart. Had to recall for it to be added

Its because of the Crew Assesment favors/research. Not only does it do that, but it also prevents you from getting transporter patterns after they max them out. Just more shards now.

Cannonically, Galordon Core, ir a planet in the Romulan-Federation neutral zone, so it should be in the thin strip between Romulan and Federation space, but instead, it is deep into Romulan Space. Cannonically, the Ferengi control and have influence not only over the Ferenginar star system, but, in the game, that's the only star system they apparently have. Also, Khitomer is supposed to be an outpost, but it's in the middle of Klingon space. Not how Outposts work. Also, from Cardassia to Sol, it's a terribly long distance, too much to be in the same quadrant. There are planets in the beta quadrant closer to sol, than Cardassia is to Sol. Also, we can see that there is a clear, exclusive federation-Klingon neutral zone, cannonically, but the Federation and Klingons are too far apart ingame, the only neutral space being the one that is shared with teh Romulans, Auguments and Rogue.

I can confirm something similar.

A reboot fixed this, but I got this when I went to do the donate part of a Khan's Champion today:

Regardless of device, network, or physical location, this occurs every 3-5 minutes and requires a reset to clear. If not on a loading screen it simply crashes the game or takes 2-3 minutes to resync. This is critical fix need. There are too many timed tasks and events that have been made impossible due to the games network instability.
