Last Treasury event I traded in 4000 broken rods for a de-sealing rod, but did not use it in that event to open the treasury lockbox. Desealing rods are only good for the treasury they're created during, you'll need to contact support and see if they'll restore it.

The premium mirror syndicate research has ops locks. But the claim for it has different ops locks. If someone ops 50 or below researches the top level they can, the claim disappears. Then when they eventually move to 51 it comes back. Again at ops 60 if a player researches level 7 it disappears from the claims.

<@&509690795536941056> this has been an issue since it was launched as far as I can tell. Before I moved to ops 51 I lost out on over 100k syndicate. I'm now losing out again at ops 60. I've submitted multiple tickets and they're all closed with basic "we're ignoring this" comments.

It should be a quick fix, just change the ops filter on the gifts claim so that it lines up with the research.

This is how, my game is "starting", ever since last maintenance. Also happened, when Win 8 was ditched. Then, i could start it again after around 2 weeks. After that i had no starting issues, until we received the last maintenance update. It's 100% the same symptoms as before. And, btw, this is Win 11. NOT Win 8.

No, but mainly because, that's not an option. To put it short; If the game wont run when added to the Norton exception list, it's bugged and broken. Tbh, i have more trust and faith to Norton, than i have towards the Scopely dev team. Sadly but true.

Locate the game folder (this folder has the prime.exe file).
Uninstall the game.

Generally, most pc users are able to play so it probably still is something different about your setup. Or those with your issue have all thrown in the towel. I dislike the idea of having two antivirus programs on your pc(windows security/defender is the other), that's been known to cause issues, but having run the test with uninstalling it and no success, the likelihood is smaller. You can wait for an update that fixes your issue or try more invasive measures like reinstalling the OS.

Issue: Archives not reporting correct amount of archives available and claiming is not working correctly, at least visually. This is all repeatable.

description: Consistently, when the archives are ready to be claimed, it shows that i have 8 ready to claim. i only have 4 mastered, so it should say 4. this you can see when you actually go into the archives.

Inconsistently, when I use claim all to claim all 4, about 50% of the time or more, it says that it claimed 2, and generally shows the equivalent of 2 chests worth of claims. other times it will show all 4 chests claimed, and it will look like all 4 chests were claimed, by the list of claims.

Consistently, after claiming, it will show that all 4 claim times have been reset for their 24 hr claim time.

I haven't sat there and counted all of my inventory beforehand, done the claims, and then checked afterwords to see if this is visual. This is something you all can probably tell on your side anyhow.

Look at each archive's content individually at least once (don't claim), go back and claim all. It should get rid of the 8 (and change it to a 4).
The chest summary "1/2/3/4 chests opened" is visually. The client claims the archives one after another. Depending on how many were already opened when the summary appeared, some might be missing there.

You REALLY need to fix the mining issue. My Vorta Vor is still randomly showing back up at my base when I send it out to mine. And now even if my Vorta Vor stays on a node, and has a full node of 2.4M Ore, recalling it did not count to my Ore daily AND I was not credited with the Ore when it docked. Mining is one of the most fundamental activity of this game and you keep breaking it and then not fixing it. This has gone on way too long. FIX IT.

The issue started when I was playing on PC, my nsea finished mining in mirror space and then when it was sitting on the outside of mirror space, it wouldn't let me recall it because of a lack of a Spatial rip. Which I didn't use to move the nsea. After restarting the game, it's been stuck ever since. G7 mining is a horror show. I have had all my miners jump home more than once today. I finally am in reach of finishing the crystal daily and that is the one i mine least. I focus on ore and gas and gas is half way there and ORE is at ZERO because every single Ore mine I check back in an hour or two and my ship is back home without loot or points. This is AWEFUL. You need to comp the G7 players daily for the mining events and mined materials. Limited nodes and bugs that prevent completion without spending 12 hours or more of resending when this should have been done 3 times over by now for me today.

yeah g7 is if anything worse. the first set of gas/ore/crystal have 23 nodes each and are shared by 15 servers

turns out if and only if someone from your server gets there they can kill your ghost and remove it

other servers cannot touch them

sometimes this kills the miner than left the ghost even when it's not on the node

but it's worth it

What a piece of junk this game is on an Android phone, it crashes all the time every 10 to 15 minutes. Can we have a publicly accessible bug database so we can see what issues are present and what if any work has been made in resolving the issues.

It would allow players to determine if a fault has already been detected.

You could use it to prioritise work based on a continuous polling of players to see how many are experiencing such issues.

A simple approach might be to use a discord forum channel with 1 post per bug, read only to the public, with new bugs being reported first here then transposed into the forum.

Players can use reaction emoticons to indicate that they are experiencing the issue

I actually think I've found a work around for the WD kick bug by using a different DNS server on the device I play on, so it may well be network related, I presume scopely made a change and it's affected a small percentage of us

Villain Hunt SMS not scoring server US 086 ops 66. Tried 2 of the 40s systems and the 59 system. Can fill cargo and no score. Tried Augments thinking you mislabeled the event. No score. Tried FKR for the same reason. FKR hostiles not scoring for daily or this SMS. Did we lose all scoring tags on mobs? I can't complete daily missions if everything doesn't score. I see you have your hands full with the other mess with EU logins so just going to hope it's all prorated by daily reset.
