I made a purchase in the event store and it appears I did not receive it. I was needing a little over 2000 galactic recruit tokens to complete an event task. I had 4680 tokens showing acquired in the tournament. I made my purchase of the Master Officer Recruit Pack for $49.99 which showed a guaranteed amount of 4000 Galactic Recruit tokens if purchased. I made the purchase and got my reciept however I am not showing the increase of 4000 galactic recruit tokens in my alliance task. Task restarts at 11 am tomorrow and I cant complete. Can you tell me what happed. I got charged already but not tokens.

Yes, because the screen change is so often and so fast, especially in the early moments of the alliance tournament, I was trying to click on cat Dr. Shards and instead I got mirror kira because it changed over so fast.

Recap: Our HELP button won't go away. It seems like the game is calibrated to show two help requests as the baseline. If anyone actually requests help, the button shows up with [n+2] requests, and clicking the button does send help, but then the button immediately reappears with a "2".

The store in AT refreshes when others are in there and causes the screen to roll up while trying to choose or look at items. This has caused me to use tokens on items I didn't want because of this glitch. I've had this happen at least 4 times. Extremely annoying to lose credits just because the screen jumped. I’m running into disable mine nodes all over the place.
They look to be empty, but you can’t get on them. Sometimes they read zero, sometimes they just won’t read at all. If you try to park on one, you get a warning about attacking an enemy and losing shields.

Nodes are then blocked for other players whilst I get 0 mats mined.

There is a tournament task that says "Defeat 2 Epic solo armadas using temporal conduit chaos tech". It isn't scoring with Borg or Dominion Solo armadas. If it is supposed to be FKR solo armadas it should say so.

I've been mining transogen and my serene squall has been getting sent to my station instantly with no resources. In the zones where I mine it says my ship is mind two nodes at once.

Serene Squall research not working : with Nova I can mine raw common transogen at 32k / hr … with Squall research at +30,000% for raw common I expect much better ..
HOWEVER .. I only get 10k/ hr ..

the forge does nothing for epic on the other end

the squall research are here to bridge the gap between the two

and you have the new officier that is also helping boosting transogen mining ( all type for him)

the squall is a good survey for rare when you get to level 40

it is slow but you can leave it there for a long time because no impact from the hazard

when you are out of token, it is very nice

2 weeks later. Ships still keep auto returning to base after deployment which makes farming for reputation or mining pointless. I’m a big fan of the game and spend hours on here daily but these past couple arcs have caused an abnormal amount of bugs to the point it’s getting frustrating to even bother playing. I don't know if this is a bug or not but I'm getting tired of getting the same thing all the time spending all of my refresh tokens for tournament tasks. I either get Multiphasic credits, Ciphers, 6* Gas, Ore and Crystal, or Syndicate for the 10,000 point tasks. It's the same all the time no matter what I do and I waste all of my tokens trying to get the other ones that are rarely ever shown. It's getting really tiring not getting what I can do. You need to add all the tasks on the list without having to refresh them that way they're there all the time instead of wasting tokens on them. All you are doing by that is creating anger in us where we nearly throw our phones or devices across the room against a wall. Another problem is when we try to buy something from the tournament store it constantly jumps around and we end up buying something we don't want, that needs to be fixed also in tournaments.

My app has been stuck loading @ the 61% mark, Social Authentication. This has been a persistent log jam for me since the last update, approximately 2 weeks ago.

The following steps I've taken apply to both the STFC app and the Google Play games app.

1 Goto phone settings -> apps
2 Force stop
3 Under storage delete cache and data.
4 Uninstall
5 Reboot the phone, a Samsung S24FE.
6 Install STFC through Google Play.
7 Launch STFC

Expected result, STFC app loads.
Actual result, STFC app stops loading @ 61% social authentication.

8 Repeat steps 1-6. Skip step 7
9 Install Google Play Games app through Google Play
10 Launch Play Games.
11 Launch STFC through Play Games

I play on an android tablet. In both the Refinery and Factions, the red box indicators that something is available only appear for a few items. This new one ... where one of my ships randomly decides it wants to return to base is game breaking.

It could be auto grinding, or in the middle of a group/solo wave run ...

Impossible to do Q Trails. Reported in game several times. They reset, but each time after killing one hostile, impossible Q hostiles come back again. Is there a permanent fix fix for this - according to @zealous grove you should be able to complete the Q Trials at level 56 I've just discovered - seems I've been struggling for a long while (now level 60). Not sure what to do now as Scopely's resets are needed after every single Q hostile kill... 🤔

Weirdness going on currently with timers for me. Everything is displayed as 5s longer than it actually is. Speedup of a Solo Armada shows it go down to 15s, but the attack starts at 5s on the counter. Extremely high levels of perpetual loading screens, unexplained program closures and random disconnects claiming bad internet (I'm a graphic designer who handles large files all day which means I have literally bulletproof, double redundant, high-speed connections with a battery backup. What is going to be done to address these kinds of issues and the extreme lag we face every day? is anyone having issues with the squall wanting to jump to a prior zone instead of jumping on a transogen node? i just had my squall in Curadh for rare transogen and then i moved off a node and it wants me to "warp to node" and was showing a 2 minute warp time, so i hit the warp and it popped into the Cretac system (current invasion zone with 65 hostiles) and kept refusing to jump on the transogen nodes, just wanting to warp to that zone

Works fine till you send ships out, then that's where you see, hull/ shield issues and graphics errors and refreshing because it's in constant update, 00.00 warp timers instant warp home issues where client desyncs and rollbacks occur

It's normal to expect a lot of bugs after an update, but this is the first time I've encountered a bug on my system that prevents me from launching the game. Uninstalling and re-downloading doesn't help either. This version isn't functional.

after you uninstall the game, it dont actually remove the game from your PC.
Make sure after you uninstall you delete the files that remain

the damage from relentless assault tends to get lost in other damage bonuses. and given you're using a Northcutt, you're at least 53 and have presumably done a lottttt of research

The 275% damage isn’t getting lost anywhere if I’m still only destroying the same amount of silent hostiles when the ablity isn’t activated. Logically if I had 275% increase in damages towards hostiles, that should equate to more than just 5 before blowing up. At least one or 2 extra
