There is a bug that has been around for a while now, and it is affecting more than one type of connection: Computers, Phones, and Tablets. first example Faction, you click most any item to claim/buy it once it gets to the DONE screen, the game locks up it will not clear that window, and you have to close the game A good example is your getting Recuit I, II, and III, 3 each, that means your having to restart the game 9 times, if it a daily clain 1 click to the DONE your restarting the game this is a new problem really and may be linked to the removal of the Launcher and having it open the Prime.exe the issues seem to have started around that time and there are to many issues to list them all the main thing is a chick to claim and it opens a DONE screen that will lock the game more often than not.

Ok, I need some help with my ops 39 account on my Chromebook. There was an update yesterday morning and since that the system lookup function is broken. In fact ALL text inputs are broken as of the update. It's not a keyboard issue as I can type inputs in Google Search. Troubleshooting was absolutely useless. The Chromebook version of the app has no way for me to delete the app cache via settings. Switching networks from the home WiFi to the Mobile hotspot on my phone doesn't help and I don't have a cellular option on the Chromebook.

FYI The transogen token mining system chaser re-appearing issue doesnt look like it's tied to when your chaser disappears. as mine is disappeared and it didnt respawn to re-chase me when I stopped mining and went to another node. FYI

Today's Daily Ferengi Exchange: Xindi Warfare event not scoring for 34 & 35's like the last time this event went out. However last time it was fixed in about 3 hours. 4 hours on and still no fix. Before anyone jumps on saying it's lvl 40+ , it states in event description that lvl 34 & 35's are included. This arc should just be scrapped, so many events that lower levels can't complete and when one does finally come up that is doable, it is broken
UPDATE: Just saw this in known issues..... The advice is just kill hostiles in lvl 40 Caelor upwards..... I can't, which I assume is the same for most my level as haven't got Rep yet with exborg to unlock particle beam delay. Do these peeps even play the game......

A) This should be in the feedback threads, not bugs.
B) Not sure what your server's Stage 4 milestones are set at, but we have one of the highest milestones and only need 640k points. THe problem isn't the number, it's whether or not enough people on your server would bother (not withstanding that once again no server is making Stage 4 right now).

there isn't really a link between the IMS/SMS, but if you did all your entities b4 the stage 3 started you might not get rewards since you didn't score, but you could run another entity to score on the ims and get them

Yes. But as I said I did my Stage 3 SMS AFTER the start of the IMS for it. The question is whether or not THEN MOVING ON and completing Stage 4 SMS prevents getting the milestones as Stage 3 IMS continues.

Starbase Collisional Plasma Harvester B and C upgrade bug - workaround
Bug replication:
When attempting to upgrade Collisional Plasma Harvester B or C, having all required resources, clicking on the upgrade button causes a box to appear titled "Insufficient Resources". The box contains text implying that Collisional Plama is required, is not available and needs to be acquired by harvesting.
Collisional Plasma is not a requirement for Collisional Plasma Harvesters and the box appears whether the alliance has Collisional Plasma or not. The building upgrade cannot be initiated.
Workaround:
Exit the box by clicking the red X. Exit to the starbase view using the red X. View the Assembly Chambers (or possibly any other building, I just use the AC). Exit to the starbase view using the back arrow (top left). Then click on the Collisional Plasma Harvester that you want to upgrade, click upgrade. The building upgrade starts.

Exact same issues, I reported to Scopely in game, but silence from them. So much harder to do things. Only way to see your inventory is wait until you’re ready to claim chest or go into the dumpster fire of item inventory. Claiming multiple items in event store is tedious since click it, hit events tab, go back to event store tab and click what you what, then repeat

Daily Ferengi BP mission for Xindi isn't scoring 34-35's. I can't do 40+ at this current stage. Also seem to have a bug with level 15+ swarm mission not counting anywhere, even on the level 15's. I was farming 37's.

Is anyone working on the errors that started when fleet presets were released?
I cannot reassign more than one ship per reset (grays out like the attached). Less often crews will break. I can back out of the menu but cannot reassign crew members on a ship. Reset usually fixes the crews, but the ship thing is SUPER frustrating (occasionally selecting the ship next to the current one lets me swap to another ship in the menu).

Mining in new token space. See this rapidly becoming an issue. One token space is now full ( no free nodes) so people will get frustrated as we have roe which says NO hits allowed in token space. It takes probably a week to fill a 100m Cargo so I can see this being a BIG problem to find free nodes.

It's like silent hostiles, you have to refine the ones for your level. So, like for me, I don't have maxed G5 ships but I'm expected to only refine 5* canisters even though the hostiles are way overpowered for anyone that doesn't have massive G5 ships. The content is garbage and Scopely screw everyone they can. Only this time, I couldn't care less about the transogen so I'm not even remotely encouraged to strengthen my ships for the ability to do it.

I didn't receive my rewards for Solo wave and for Ticket event Ore miner. In both cases there were apparently several messages and I received only one. In solo wave the other message was the tokens for Operation Bulwark which arrived. But the message with the fraction rewards didn't.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I cleared my cache yesterday and the game stopped working on my phone. I've uninstall/reinstall and rebooted several times and the game is stuck loading at 61%.

Does anyone know why we are having trouble updating our starbase. It is saying we need collisional plasma and shows us as having 0, despite us having 9.6M in our inventory? In addition on stfc space the upgrade for Collisional Harvester C to level 15 doesn't even require collisional plasma. I am worried this is a bug.

Have now been in Tiefurt for 5 attacks and others have warped in without causing an issue. However Tiefurt is where I first experienced the problem so it's more that it isn't consistent than it being system specific from my limited testing.

Leave base go to Tiefurt, spawns stop, go to W'jeff, spawns stop, go to Tiefurt, 7 attacks so far and continuing. And now 20+ minutes later it's still attacking. Will provide an update if issues with the auto-attackers resume.

If you are on Android you can try to delete the cache (not game data) and try it again. Do you have a Scopely account? If yes, you could try to reset the app via game data deletion and try to login again.

Will this be fixed somehow? Failed to complete the first 4 stages as ran out of time to mine enough for stage 4. But managed the second time around. Mining should be before the Armadas with Armadas last tbh. And maybe collect for all stages but only move onto the next stage once a stage is complete. This would help enormously in the IMS where people are doing Armadas for SLB stage 3 but IMS is still on stage 2. So the effort people put in early on don’t count for IMS……

Example: I maxxed out Harry Kim a while ago and used to receive Transporter Patterns for his pulls, but after getting the DS9 Officer Efficiency research, now all I get when he is pulled are extra, useless Kim shards.

Event store often glitches after viewing event rewards and using the back button. It’s forcing you to click another event store tab and click back on the tab you want to refresh or backout of the store entirely and re-enter.

Scopley unbelievable... You have ferengi event for hurak armadas. There are zero in any systems I can fight in. For example Wyte no 45 rarea at all. You are completely useless

I had a Level 50 Vrax in 65 Qu’Forna transogen token with its spawned hostile chaser parked in the rim, other side of the system. It had approx 7m cargo onboard; system has 3m nodes, and it had already moved nodes a few times. I moved from a non empty node to another mining node and about a minute later it was killed by 62 Suliban Transport (while I wasn’t watching).

This is the second time in a day, different transogen token system, about the same ~immediate kill by a hostile. I’m suspicious there’s a percent chance of the chaser unparking or respawning, either a new “feature” or a bug.

Anyone else seeing similar or know a confirmed cause? Filing a ticket shortly. S30 around 5:02pm Pacific fwiw.

The wave defense is not great. The center counter doesn't advance. The wave counter doesn't advance. Clear localization Restart is required to put the second ship in. Clear localization is required to get the joined counter to advance. The wave continues generating ships and running after it has ended. <@&509690795536941056> this “claim” bug is quite possibly the worst bug I’ve ever experienced. I’ve put in two ticket now, haven’t gotten a response at all. Every single claim results in the screen locking up, the “Done” button not working, and I have to force quit the app. With the sheer volume of claims in this game, it’s probably close to 100 times a day if I’m actually claiming everything, which I’ve stopped doing.

It’s been two weeks of this. Latest iOS update did not fix it. I’ve cleared localizations. It’s across an iPhone, iPad, and Mac app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the apps as well.

The Suliban traders are the auto hostiles, you might have to check a different system

The independent trades replaced the hurak, not the suliban transports. They spawn in the common/uncommon systems, while the runners spawn in the rare systems (the chasers)
