I seem to be getting this error often when I'm entering different tabs of the Faction Store. I'm also seeing the Federation 'figure' name on the right for all factions but the quote that is for the appropriate faction. Not sure if that's related or not?

Some of the other factions will load, but certain ones, seem to repeatedly fail with this error and kick me out, but since I selected those factions last, when I reopen the faction store, it just takes me back to the same faction.... which errors out.

Thought I should also mention, have tried creating a support ticket. That isn't an option in settings/help. That just points to the support webpage. And the chat bot won't let you create a ticket.

Exchange central has a warp range of 24, so whatever system you're in currently has a high warp range.

Mine is on lv51 so should get g5 exocomp but I am still getting G4 exocomp but I did bulk build it to 51 but they have it on there system that I am on 49 even with proof they will not accept it and change on their system to 51 as they have a problem with bulk building. So I have to wait for them to fix THEIR system and that can take how long as you see how long they take to fix stuff. Example pink clouds and the Tron effect

Docked Voyager shows 760 warp range, when I pick a system with in the limits it lowers after launching. Using TOS Scott and CAdet Scott for the boost. After launch the ship reverts to 676 Warp range. With out the 2 scotts my range is docked 750 and then when I launch it goes down to 666 Warp range.

If you are below level 40 you should have been gifted transporter patterns. 1,100 to be exact. You take those to where you swap recruit tokens for packs, and scroll to the right in the recruits and you will see officers you can spend the transporter patterns on.

I have this disconnection every day, it's hard for me when this game is the only one that disconnects or doesn't work all the time. Looks like a standard baelosian. Those have excessive shield regen capabilities, and the regen stays even after combat. If you want to beat it, plan for a one shot all-in because that shield's going to make it harder for any subsequent attempts.

Since WoK part 1, maybe even an update before it, the game has become unstable on my iPad again. So many things just straight up crash the game to the Home Screen:
Tap a ship, scan a ship, tap a mining node, tap chat to open chat, tap a system in the galaxy view, attack a hostile, etc...
I left the lvl 40 exile system to the lvl 42 and the moment I hit go, the game crashed, restart, black screen. Close, restart and stuck on the Scoply logo. Close, restart, black screen. Close and restart a 3rd in less than a min, game finally restarts and my ship is dead because of the D7 chaser.

I'm also not impressed with game popping up the signal connection issue icon as much as it does. I'm using Verizon FIOS, the iPad IOS is up to date and the game is up to date. I have zero issues watching a stream of anything so stop telling me your busted game is not actually the game but my connection.

COD Mobile is hardly a comparison. Game shutting down may be due to issues with you device for example older devices may not run it properly. Have you tried playing on PC?

Not an ideal explaination from me, yes claim all collects all your chests, but it cause the milestone chests to lock at 4/6 and the only way to get them all to unlock is a full restart. Which is slower than claiming your dailies one by one which works fine in terms of unlocking the milestone chests. Again, everytime, everyday. Not a one off

I'd test if it's a visual issue. Next time, do enough tasks for 270+ pts, and take a SS of your syndicate exp. Then use the claim all button, and collect the 4 chests. And then check the syndicate exp again.

While I think it's a good idea to lock out and clearly mark features as unavailable, this has compounded a previously reported issue.

In this case, Arena isn't available for players under Ops 40. Highlighting this means I'm guided away from unusable content. Great! Cutting down noise like this, is good and I think the refinery could be a candidate for similar treatment. However, I now can't enter the Arena screen to clear the attention indicator. Because of the bug linking Arena to the refinery, I can't clear that indicator either. I marked both in yellow.

That's why it's a bug. It shouldn't be connected, but it is. As I'd noted before, this indicator appeared at the same time as the Arena one. Entering the Arena cleared both. You are concerned with a different issue that adds an indicator to the refinery. Stop trying to contradict what I'd previously demonstrated. There can be more than one issue with the same feature.

The arena one is just there to remind you it's still live, once it closes you can clear it but not b4.

I have now completed the Altered Parameters mission chain but the Vengeance of Khan missions have not started (never triggered an introduction message, do not show in my missions log, and do not show in my archived missions). I was OPS 50 when I purchased the missions and am still OPS 50. What other prerequisites are there for the mission chain to start? Or is this a bug?

Piece of junk game keeps locking up on me. I reload it and it locks up right off the bat. I reloaded again and after about 10 seconds it locks up again. What is going on with this game, this new patch is horrible. I'm getting graphical errors right off the bat and locking up, crashing. I can't even play the game at all on my Android phone.

Like many others here, I’m experiencing the same issue when attempting to claim a 2 or higher chest pull, it redirects to the website. This applies to both s67 and s38.
