it seems Q trial ship is stuck in battle indefinitely. ships get stick every 2-3 trials and only way around it is wait 15 minutes for trials to hit zero, then clear localization cache. This is ridiculous, this need fix ASAP

That is nothing new. When doing the trials, make sure you arent by the super highway (you will see the red squiggly line). There's no way for the system to seperate if you have the systems open or not, and the trials send yo uwithin 2 systems of where your base is

Research "Prime Cutting Beam Damage Boost" is not working correctly. It should add 70 million at tier 10+ to base damage of 70 million for a total damage of 140 million. Instead, damage dropped to 49 million. Please issue a fix because my cube is crippled after doing the prime research

If you only have it at rank 1, you're getting 70k. You need rank 3 to get 70m.
Also, you're punching up in levels for the target so there's a tax on the damage. You can see the explanation in the 3rd SS you posted.

As Candie said above, t1 only gives 70k and for every level above your ops you hit, your beam damage is reduced by 10%.
The math proves this as well in the screenshot.
70,100,000 base dmg
+70k from research
59 = 30% reduction
70,170,000 - 30% = 49,119,000

Your not supposed to start Q trials in any high area system nor close to any system that requires tokens to enter, as the Q trial spawns randomly in ajasent systems to your base.

before doing Q trails relocate your base to a low level starter system to avoid blockages, it also reduces warp time to reach the trails

I was grinding in the new systems. All of a sudden my cube showed destroyed, even though the battle report still shows 30% hull left. Ship shows destroyed, however still in the system.

I've had it where its doubled and then I change system and its double again.

You should check what's happening with the rankings, both for alliances and players. The alliance rankings don't show power well, and the player rankings show players from other servers mixed in.

We have like 4 people on the entire server at Ops 60, they are sending in Ops 65 and 70 warships - and lots of them. Who can possibly prepare for that?

There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp.
It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

Every time my Romulan rep dips below Guardian my Federation Message Exchange locks and I cannot purchase romulan credits with Federation messages. You guys need to get rid of this new way when we collect our PvE chests or anything in the game on an Android phone where everything slides up quickly to the center of the screen and then disappears as quickly as it appeared. It's getting extremely annoying not knowing what I'm getting because when it slides up to the center of the screen on a phone you don't have as much screen space as a 32-in monitor on a PC and over half of everything I get is off the side of the screen. I want it set back to the old way where when you collect something it loads a page instead of it sliding up and off the screen that way I can see what I'm getting and able to make sure it went into my inventory. When you play the game on a phone it's next to impossible to see what you're getting plus there is no color coding say for the refinery when you collect the resources, you can't tell what is common, uncommon, rare and Epic by the coloring. This new way is a joke, get rid of it now and change it back to the old way where a page loads and you can see what you're getting. There's been multiple times in the game when I collect stuff and it doesn't go into my inventory and with this new collection process with things sliding up to the center of the screen and then disappearing very quickly it doesn't give us a chance to see what we got to make sure it goes into our inventory. Scopely change it back to where a page loads to show us everything that we get from the entire game instead of stuff sliding up to the center of the screen and then sliding off the screen so quick we cannot see what we've received, change it back!!!!!!

Server710, Mission Ascendant 5.1 - I cannot collect this mission and thus cannot proceed with the rest of the chain. If I go to Missions > Ascendant 5.1 and click "Collect", it just spins. If I click the "mission completed" banner in the bottom left of my main screen, it says that I completed the mission but then comes back 2-3 minutes later saying that I can click on it again. I have tried Relogging, then "Options > Repair" from the login screen, then Reload from the STFC Store, and also Clear Localization. Nothing will let me move past this. I do have the required 1 Section 31 Datapad and I am Ops 56 so level appropriate.

i just succeeded 16/24, and the other day posted screenshots of me killing like 15 in a row with 0 deaths, the thing to remember with rng, is that it resets every single time, just cause you lose a fight doesnt remove that chance for loss from the next attack. there isnt a counter in the back ground going, ok, 3 losses, next 7 have to win.

Oh I know the rng factor, but I farm these guys daily, certain times of day I can find a lootgoblin in almost every system 52-60 due to low activity on my server. Prior to a couple days back i would die 1/3 of the time which is consistent with the individual odds, the last several days those odds have consistantly reversed, noticably.

What system are you killing in, some of the g6 faction systems have hostiles that are not faction based. IE in romulan there can be romulans and remans. The remans don't count for faction kills

Hi there is something wrong with my Klingon faction. I have the same level on all 3 factions, commended, but I am getting different rewards from the Klingon faction than I am from the other 2. Also when I look at the faction events in the daily events the klingon one has different success level to the other two. The Klingon one is asking for 205M while the F&R factions are asking for 430M resources.

Having an issue since D'vor & Feesha was added to Archive. I have since tiered dvor to max lvl and scrapped it and now feesha is a tier 4, the archive has not allowed me to get the last achievement on dvor nor any of the tiers in feesha. We are still not able to enter our territory in Eldur alpha. It's possible to send ships but not locate them after arriving. Also it is not possible to move stations to this system as you can not open it!
We always get the error that no ship is in the system, even with a ship in it...

I have missing items in my Continuum Refinery. The options to spend either type of loot has disappeared. I put in a ticket #27559501 but they must have just taken a glimpse at it and said I haven't reached the required level. thats an easy answer even though they would never admit it. The servers they are using is either outdated or (more plausible) can't handle the load of information and screen taps and hostiles flying around and all the messages that we all do during every second of the day (which goes back to outdated servers) we see current games on consoles handle lag better than this game and they only asking a 1 time purchase fee or occasional add-on content yet I know myself I've spent 10x on this game in 6yrs what I've spent for my xbox1 and ps5 games and yearly memberships in past 6yrs

I'm stuck on storyline due to a bug: Doing "Earning Trust" mission and stuck on "Earn 1 Devotion Token via Faction Mission", so needed to doing mission to earn this devotion token. DONE "Immortal Contact", finished this mission but when I push button to collect reward.. game stuck on rounding circle for a while then appears again button to collect (I cannot collect reward) so I can't have Devotion token and cannot go further with storyline.
Contacted support.. him tell me will investigate and closed ticket..
After some time, contacted again support.. him send me 1 devotion token (workaround not solution)
NOW Mission "Earning Trust" is completed but has SAME ISSUE: Both "Earning Trust" and "Immortal Contact" mission now result COMPLETED but both remain stucked when I push collect button..

I experienced severe lag on Server 63 that lasted well after reset at 12 noon EST. The claims were going through very delayed, if at all. Hostiles were freezing in systems when they reached the next waypoint/spawnpoint. Game play was impossible. I shielded and quit the game.
