I've finished the Immortal Contact mission, and the collect button shows up, I click on it, nothing happens. No matter if I'm on my android, my ipad, or my windows laptop. I reported it to Scopely Support. They responded at 4 in the morning (??!!) And when i didn't respond... (??!!) ..they closed the bloody ticket!!

Bug/Issue: Alliance list in "Power – Alliances" shows alliances from other servers

Hi everyone,
since the last update, I've noticed that the "Power – Alliances" overview shows many alliances that aren’t on my server (Server 715).

You can only tell the difference if you chat with someone in that alliance — which makes it really difficult for new players to find an active alliance on the correct server.

Is this issue already known? Is there a fix in progress or a workaround available?

Hmm not sure I'm understanding Apex Barrier... I'm level 20 and have LT picard i had a fight with a yellow hostile and I died i checked the logs and it shows 0 apex barrier through the entire log... is it broken or am I doing something wrong? Also the ship is northstar.

Bug/Issue Seems support cannot help. but I'm stuck on storyline due to a bug: Doing "Earning Trust" mission and stuck on "Earn 1 Devtion Token via Faction Mission", so doing mission to earn this devotion token "Immortal Contact" . finished this mission but when I push butto to collect reward.. game stuck on rounding circle for a while then appears again button to collect (I cannot collect reward) so I can't have Devotion token and cannot go further with storyline.

any IDEA? (same on all devices all OS - strange thing.. up right does not appears reward)

What @karmic crown said. If the ability says it works on hostiles, mission hostiles aren't considered regular hostiles. You kind of need to text things out to see which work. I have found that sometimes they are included when the ability says it works on non-player hostiles of when well the ability works on isn't even mentioned. Like, at the start of combat, provides 10,000 apex barrier. See? No mention of what it works on. Also, at least one officer specifically works on mission hostiles.

BUG REPORT: (Pixel Tablet, Windows 11 PC)

Repeatable. Constantly appearing bugs:

1. use transporter patterns, attempt to exit gifts/recruit, etc screen and game crashes.
2. The events tab can't be returned to after collecting certain or any items in the event store. Have to exit the game to be able to get back into the events tab.
3. do anything mostly related to changing screens, take @25% chance that the game locks up and doesn't actually change screens. You have to exit the game, close out the game, then come back in.
4. others that i can't think of right now.
   It is extremely surprising that bugs that cause people to have to leave the game to fix the issue have not been fixed. Is it because you all don't collect bug reports? Is it because you all don't collect hardware specs? Is it because you all don't debug your base code? You remove people from the game to allow them to play it. How many times before people stop re-entering the game?

You are more busy introducing new features, events, crews, prizes, ships, competitions and so on, that you might forget to test things functionality.
Maybe the game is becoming to complex for your engeneers.
If you look to the game EVE Online, you might get some ideers on how to administrate and code big complex games.

This happens so often that it can't possibly be a coincidence. In many situations when changing the screen image, the image freezes. This means you have to restart your phone to get it working again. Pretty frustrating.

Pls fix the auto scroll to the top of the webpage when you claim your daily gifts in the web store. This is a simple coding issue and it has been broken for a long time. The page should just stay static once you make a claim not send you all the way to the top of the page after every single claim.

I know that it been escalated but the BP overflow points discrepancy is a ROUTINE occurrence. This should have been caught 2 days ago had someone simply checked the current points vs what was available in the last 2 BP events. Honestly, had I not been busy at Balticon, I probably would have found the potential shortfall on Friday. These problems occur 2-3 times a year and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to PERMANENTLY solve the problem. Almost EVERY BP (not OFP) lasts 20 days, so you have 20 variables (A-T). You have a known number (X) that repeats the points needed to finish the overflow event. IF the sum of variables A-T< X then simply adjust X to be equal to the sum of A-T.

basically any event that requires "defeat with specific conditions" seems to only work if the attacker meets those conditions, for probably limitations in scopley's code. we see that often on the "kill with a battleship" events, where attacking anything in a battleship, or being attacked in anything by a battleship both score.

I have same issue. Before I was able to convert excess into remnants. Then they made it auto convert for you but messed up the the other conversion. so they changed it back. NOW all conversions are going to Limbo. This really needs addressed Scopely. SS of before conversion of the conversion and after the conversion. There's an issue with the D200 class exile hostiles. Sometimes I hit them and take virtually no damage and other times it's instant death and there's nothing on the battle report. Costs a lot in repair bills. This must be a bug because it happens to my husband in a 4m ship.

Some of the explorers have a shield regen that bugs if you fail the first fight with them. It continues to stack for every combat. Outside of that, yes, G4 trials can go up to hundreds of billions.

Your shields depleted, did you have max buffs? If not, then I don't consider that a great crew to use.

Typically, I start with FC Janeway. She has a skill node that reduces Q trial damage.
Then I'd use PMC, and if the hostile has only energy attacks, you would take no damage at all. If it's mostly kinetic, then switching to PMT/Cath is an option. With a lower deck containing Neelix, you can burn out the hull of any pure energy trial hostile without taking damage.

Artifact shards are not being added to the "Orb of Prophecy".
My Artifact building is at level 23, I have more than enough shards to cover the chest required.
I just need seven shards to open the Orb of Prophecy, so I open the chest twice to really cover it and that should have opened the Orb.

Was it raised the issue with missing Khan Champion missions at store? Many of us are in this situation and waiting for support response for 5 days is a bit ridiculous. If you can confirm this to be the case, maybe communicate the workaround so folks can do their purchases and then focus on fixing it before next AT.

if you bulk refine all 3 reputations, they'll cancel each other out (just like if you did that individually)

they're all +2x rep for one and minus x rep for the other two

I only added them to the bulk because I did one individually and it showed on screen I got no rep penalty. I guess that was the visual bug.

Some of the items that give out rep started showing no negative when I triple locked, thought maybe that was a benefit, guess it's not. (I'll have to check, I think the negative ones were showing greyed out or something, there was a visual indication of them not being applied.)

Edit: I should have realized that didn't make any sense, like the random 0 0 0 rep for hostiles, the bases that show no SHP and HHP when they're both at full, etc.

It appears the real bug is the game shows 0 values if the value didn't load, because there's evidently zero error checking that there was supposed to be data, but there isn't. i.e. blank, null, false, not initialized all visually display as 0, instead of triggering an error/trying to get the actual value.

You know, after all this time us complaining about the pips popping up for no reason (looking at you Faction Stores) it stinks that you added Bulk Refine, and not only do you you occasionally and seemingly randomly have to reset what falls under the BR button, but now refineries that reset aren't popping up pips, so I have to check everything multiple times a day.

This new lag glitch has made the core function of the game useless. I had a battleship protecting my miner. A weaker player flew in. And blew up all the miners in the system. I clicked him 6x and the ship failed to engage him every time the ship got to him. This lag is ruining the game. The main function of the game is broken.

2. Ships are getting stuck in warp again at 00m00s again a LOT.

Send two ships two a system. Clock stop. Cloak them. Send them to system. Timer runs out. Glitches when entering system. Says 0:00 on timer and hangs up. Reboot app. Both ships docked and cloaked. If you send ships out of dock. You lose cloaks. I lost 600 cloaks to this big.
