Depends on what it was that you lost. If it's something generic, then there was a comp chest delivered for missing items. If it was something like Matrix Diodes, ie. things you need to get the arc missions, then file a ticket with CS. #👽-how-to-contact-support

Our alliance Admiral has a debilitating disease that makes it impossible for him to play anymore.
After several years together on the same alliance, we all consider him a friend and are very sorry to see him go like this.
We have never asked him to step down as admiral because it was not needed to, but we are now merging with another alliance and need to nominate a new admiral for it.
We have sent him in-game PM and also contacted him on various other apps, like WhatsApp and Telegram, but although the messages seem to be read, no one replies. This is not like him, so we suspect that they are being read by his caretaker.
We have raised several tickets asking for support to change the admiral to any other member of the alliance, but the tickets are being closed without any explanation.
Is there any way we can raise a ticket to change the admiral of the alliance?

If you are merging alliances, just all of you move to the other, unless both admirals are inactive

Ours is way ahead both on alliance level and on starbase level, so ours is the one that will receive all the other players. However we will need to change the alliance tag and that can only be done by the admiral.
Also, moving to the other alliance would mean we would leave our friend behind on this alliance, and we don’t want to do this.

However, they have their own time table on when to archive a player, and to move alliance permissions. When they do, it's likely that your old admiral will be archived, and kicked out of the alliance anyway so that shouldn't be a reason for staying.

HI @earnest crest , I'm in SerafRa's alliance and I was the one raising the tickets. Is there any other way to contact Support other than the chatbot? I'm unable to reply to existing tickets, as whenever I get an email notifcation that I received a reply from you, I click on the red "Reply" button and get redirected to a new conversation, witn no history. There is no login ability that I see so not sure how the webpage is supposed to retain the conversation. Tickets I raised are #27527643, #27533527, and now #27536728.

When selecting events window on main screen it defaults to event store and doesn't allow you to change to other options: season pass, events or boldly go events. You need to restart the game to correct the issue, but it comes back after you start a new session

I found my own workaround since Scopley is inept at everything. Try clicking on either the resource or emergency rations store. It should let you enter those, from there click events from that screen. This is still annoying but works for me. And no restart needed. Let me know if it works for you.

Not sure if this has already come up, but for some time I have noticed vertical lines of distortion that briefly appear on screen when you collect too many dailies (green checkmark presses) down the page at once. The Claim All button is a good remedy, though it presents its own challenge in being pretty slow to crunch it together when you press Collect All. Good remedy for those who have earned the function but still graphically adverse for those who haven’t.

After the most recent mainenance I have noticed:

~~I can't speed up an away mission to get an officer back for a ship, on the ship officer assignment screen anymore. I used to be able to speed that away teams mission up. The first time I tried I got the 'on away team, do you want to speed it up' popup and when I clicked the arrows nothing happened, now it does nothing at all. ~~ Edit: evidently the speed up away team screen had a problem, so I now can't speed up officers from one officer group in the ship assignment screen. Clearing localization and repairing does not fix it. Looks like someone migrated the stuck speedup bug to other parts of the software.

Mute player no longer works intermittently, I get the chat messages anyway sometimes, then later they vanish again.

2 days ago whilst testing my new Relativity I was able to easily kill 62 Solo Krenims. (~1/3 damage on Roto)

Not a bug. That's absolutely normal because each time you click a system, it sets a random destination within that system. This is why the times change. It's not a bug. It's calculating, not only time to warp to the system, but the distance it takes your ship to reach that random point in the system using whatever impulse speed your ship has.

Currently, it's impossible to play; you have to restart every 7 or 8 minutes. When ships aren't locked at warp, ship abilities are blocked, or worse, the game crashes every time you enter a menu, and you can't back out.

I would like to report a bug. I just finished mission ASCENDANT PART 10.1. I have the required S31 Datapad from PREVENTIVE MEASURES. I’ve just levelled up to 51 (yay) and carried out the mission “Contact Zero”. Problem is, the mission says mission complete and keeps giving me the ✅ to click on, but when I do it does nothing! Is this a known issue and if not how do I report it.
Tried the usual restart, repair (windows) and updated and logged in on my iPhone. Still not completing!

You need to learn to live with it. I got it for the last 3 arcs but every 2 minutes, not 10. Support says they are working on it/forwarding it to their dedicated team/couldn't yet identify the cause etc etc. It goes away when the arc ends and the event disappears from the list.

Workaround so you can at least open those events later in the list: keep the finger on the screen. The screen will flicker but will stay in place. Quickly take off the finger and tap the category/event. Just discovered.

For all they have the same problem with Khan Mission Boss Lvl 1-5 bug.

So: accept mission > kill boss > donate > hand in.

I accepted the mission > killed the boss > donated > forgot to hand in the mission and accepted the new level 4 mission in the Faction Store. Because sometimes it is still acceptable after accepting it.

I noticed I did complete my last tournament task for today, 40 mirror hostiles. The task was ready to be collected. I collected it, now the event window doesn't snap anymore 👀

You maybe hit the 2k hostile limit? When hitting 2000 hostiles, the next hostiles don't drop loot or XP. The limit resets itself roughly during the time the dailies are reset.

Surprisingly, staying afk and being attacked by those revenge hostiles also counts as a hostile for the limit.

So its one thing to aske a person to grind a ton of ships at between 9 and 14 points each for a total of 1800 points for the KAHN challenge.
Its something else again to ask them to do the same grind numbers for armadas.
let me help you with the math.
Ill use 11 pts as the divisor because it seems the most common in my Alliance.
1800 points divided by 11 equals 164 ships to finish event.
How is it ok to ask people to spend 164 armada directives to complete todays event.
Its math Scopley.....not that hard to figure out.

Screwuply's math sucks. They seem to think that everyone has all the time in the world to spend grinding all this stuff. When they were doing the FKR for the Khan event last week, they took away the auto-grind feature so you had to spend actual time wasted to complete the event. I gave up after the first 50 ships. Ain't no one got time for that.

So I saw a post here yesterday that someone said "they are looking into it" in regards to our spending charged/static capacitors and not receiving points in the "Ship Upgrade SLB" (assuming "they" meant Scopely). Support has not responded to me yet. I see that I have not received points for what i spent on mine yet( I haven't spent anything for the ship slb once I saw I got points for the Genesis SMS but not that).

Anyone see anything on it? I really don't want to scroll through this channel with all the posts about other things.

Known issue - but new for me... Unable to claim rewards/finish missions. Not a complete list, but an example of missions that are stuck for players. It is currently being investigated, for the time being you can open a support ticket for it.

Logins are taking 10 minutes, events screen is a mess. Gets stuck on the store tab permanently until restarting, or gets locked at the left and can't be scrolled until restarting. Going two containers deep in any UI menu locks the game on "preparing" until another restart when backing out. This is frustrating normally, and it is the normal, and the logins getting stuck on "social authentication" whatever that is for several minutes per restart isn't helping. S32.

You may not know the, but if you used a lot of mats to finish off the first slb, the remaining does not roll over into the next slb. 18m points seems to be a lot of point difference. Maybe you have to have collected reward before next the next slb opens. Thats my only guess

I just found out, if you scroll really slowly and take your time for 2-3 seconds per screen, you can scroll right without bouncing back to battle pass event.
Its probably a feature from scopely to give us some rest after killing exiled augments for a week and get totally exhausted

It’s the same maths as is used everywhere. It is an increase on COST EFFICIENCY, not a discount.
So, where your previous price is 1600/100% c.e., now it is 1600/150% c.e., so (1600/150) x100 =1,066.667
So 50% increase c.e. = 1/3 discount, 100% c.e. = 50% discount etc etc. no matter how many extra c.e. increases you obtain cost will never be zero, and this is the same throughout the whole game for warp speed, repair, everything.
It’s badly expressed, but it not a bug…
