Playing the game on PC requires ScopelyID, and you can use that to log into the account when playing on mobile.

I could kill some regular hostiles and then tried a loot goblin. As expected, the ship blew up, but the loot goblin has this ability declared.

You could possibly create a video of the issue you are facing. The three screenshots only indicate you ran into loot goblins or chasers and all of those have the ability to destroy your ship instantly, as declared in their abilities.

It's really nice FKR shop and refinery pulls have been improved again to almost reach the performance from two months ago - bulk pulls having even improved on that, but now I regularly experience this bug where you are stuck in the reward screen and pushing "Done" or any other shortcut does nothing and you have to close plus reopen the game (Windows).

Yes, this is a chaser, although "jukelocked". By following a specific procedure (details in DM on demand if interested xD), the chasers freeze and no longer target you. Neverless, this one has a chance of 90% to kill you without fight right on the spot. You should only target those NPCs flying around and NOT targeting a player, or standing still. Also if you run into those with the diamond icon, those kill you with a probability of 30% instantly.

there's a 2000 daily hostile kill limit, if you exceed it they will stop giving rewards.
this limit resets 1 hour after daily goals reset(should be 3 minutes from now)

Q's Trials in accessible locations
When I'm in Rogue space, I get basically locked out of doing a Q-Trial because it ends up located in a region of space requiring a Rogue Transwarp Cell, of which at this point I've never had. Please ensure that Q-Trials do not get located in a system requiring a Transwarp Cell.
Obviously I had to fail the trial without even trying.

When tiering up the Relativity, the faction credits bundles do not reset as they should with a fresh timer at the new tier, label still shows previous tier.
Tiered up from t1 to t2, all other bundles that are tier-related reset and allowed pull at t2.

Since reset yesterday all of my miners seem to have lost warp distance (it may be all ships to be honest). Q-Trials are always within a few systems of your base. If you are getting asked to do some trial in a space that requires a token, move your base further away from that area. There are dozens of systems with planets where you can park. Also, before you move look around, if there is token space within 5 warp jumps, move somewhere else. Do your Q-Trials there and then move back if you feel more comfortable. You can get more relocation token as drops from the Separatists, Mirror Hostiles and others. Plus you can use your Alliance coins to buy one or two.

Word of warning do not start a second Khan's champion mission when you have one running. The second one will not appear. I made the mistake of trying a level 4 which was too big (without max fort, cerritos and an exo comp) and then started a level 3. I understand the confusion. The "levels" of a ship correspond to ship tiers, eg. T1 ship are levels 1-5, T10 ships are levels 46-50. Having the ship at T10, but only level 45, means that the ship doesn't have all the benefits of a T10 ship with level 46+. The prime benefit you don't get is the scrapping reward.

As I said, I hope they can better clarify and emphasize the right times to scrap the ship.

The max level of a T10 ship is 50. You can scrap at 46 to get mostly the same rewards as scrapping at 50, including the refit.

Scopely has the capability of giving you all the mats to put the ship back there. That said, I wouldn't judge your position as defensibly strong. I've seen reports on here that CS has denied someone in a similar position. I don't know if they tried escalating it beyond that, so that might be an option if it comes to it. In any case, only thing to do is wait and see what they offer, if anything.

At one point after I‘ve started a research and clicked at the button for spending SPEEDUPS to complete the research, the window disappeared and came back after 2 seconds. I have done 5 Priority 1 Away Team missions, all at a success % above 85%. I spent speedups to get this many done. 4 of the 5 have failed. Only the one with a 98% of success worked. Either I am the most unlucky person in the United States or there is a bug in the random number generator. Opened hostile loot chests, got a "couldn't find ship in system" in response. And the question is: how are those two tied together in any way?

Also have started getting the repeated winner event screen occasionally . Thankfully it usually stops. However, also got a refine screen that temporarily got stuck the same way (repeated refine result appearing over and over, and no I didn't get extra stuff).

The thing is, those things really shouldn't happen, because there should never be a way to initiate a continuous loop in the code. Really can't figure out how/why those would even have loops. Surely you don't have those running in a loop to check every so many milliseconds for a change, do you?!? That's not how you do that.

(and no, you don't need to use a loop to read from a database either, the whole point of a database is to ask for only the information you want from it)

My Kir'Shara is getting stuck all the time, I was under the impression that had been fixed. Also, the gravitational beam on my GS31 fails to fire after a couple of blasts. Am sitting in an augment system and without failing, after a couple of blasts, it stops working. I get the popup, click then the popup disappears and nothing happens. Very good value for the amount of money I paid for this ship. Live and learn!

For weeks ships don't return to base. They just get lost and you have to restart the game to be able to access them. Today I'm having ships not joining armadas without restarting. People have been pointing out these bugs and you guys do NOTHING about them. Each week you make your game more unplayable and less enjoyable. Worst gaming company I've ever seen. if you, this treasury, exchanged broken rods for an actual one, is the issue that you can't use the actual one on a treasury? most of the time issues on the same treasury are resolved by restarting & checking again

It's been well over 12hrs since I attempted to collect my treasury and yet to have anything to show it has been collected or refunded.

And yes I exchanged the broken pieces for a desealing key and then tried to collect but it says I don't have said key or unfortunately the pieces spent to acquire the key......its almost like the game is working in "tip top pristine" condition and I foolishly pushed buttons in it expecting them to work as such smh lol

The Bajorans took over the station from the Cardassians when the latter ended their occupation, and the Federation was allowed in to help in the restoration of Bajor and the station (and to defend Bajor in case the Cardassians would want to return).
