So yeah, the game doesn't explain this anywhere, but I believe warp ranges do increase past a certain distance from your base, on top of the constant warp range based on system level.

With the issues that are occurring the game needs to be taken offline, and fixed. Then all player accounts need to be audit to see just how resources have be taken from all accounts. Not that's gonna happen you think a little comp chest will make up for the lose of time and resources. What a joke.

I’m confused. Why does the announcement say it will process correctly. It ate my mats when it failed on things that have a cooldown for one claim over a period but multiple times. I can’t get multiple claims but it ate my mats multiple times.

An example being you can’t claim armada store things more than once a day, but it would fail with multiple attempts but eat my mats each failed attempt. The delay cannot work and give me 50 claims on a single armada store pull.. but if it ate your mats 50 times it won’t just process correctly and give you 50 armada claims.

it's a memory leak as far as I know. memory leaks are software issues that are usually exacerbated by low ram or leaving the game open for long times (hardware/user behavior), but you're correct that it's a scopley issue ultimately & not a you issue.

You didn't really face ALL the same issues. You faced the same issue with completing some of the events, but not the new level restricted events for Ops 26+, not the New Missions event in new Augment space for Ops 38+, and not the EE events for Ops 40+.

Yes but I still lost mission key recruit tokens when the store didn't process them, lower level players still couldn't log on for hours, and still couldn't complete missions, or make limited time purchases etc. so we still faced the same issues as others at higher levels

They want you to get to higher levels ASAP.

Yes. Ops 20. I started to spend what I can got, and I changed my mind. I much rather have what I got than the 2M Augment rep. Passive farming in Augment space is still a big part of my gameplay. 2M Augment rep would kill that. I owe Scopely an aplogoy. The field rations and Officer Depot tokens are much better for someone at my level. I feel a bit short on the "Choice tokens" (only 220) but I'll live. Overall it's a good comp.

Allow to climb several levels at the same time to go from 59 to 62 only takes into account sigma accelerations. Going to 60 is normal accelerations, easily replaceable by the latinum. To pass 61 and 62, the accelerations change but it doesn’t take much.

1. I just did three of the new priority away team assignments. One had a 96% chance of success, one had a 98% chance and the third had a 99% chance. - ALL of them failed. Statistically this is nearly impossible (Roughly 130,000 to 1) So I suggest you take a good look at the RNG for these assignments.

2. My alliance did two Krenim Formation armadas today. In both instances all three nodes were destroyed and none of our ships were destroyed HOWEVER several of us did not receive the "Survivor's Chest" rewards.

3. The Kirshara is so buggy right now as to be all but useless. My ships are "going to sleep" every 3rd or 4th hostile when using it.

Dilithium Generator C Level 60+61.
Level 60 is supposed to speed up with normal speed ups. 61 is supposed to be speed up with Sigma Speed Ups.

My slot is now blocked for more than 50 days as I only can use Sigma Speed Ups for both, but Level 61 should be only a few days of Sigma.

@vast mortar The building bulk upgrades have 3 bugs that I'm aware of. 1) When doing each level individually, you get the last 5 minutes free, so bulk doing 12 levels should give you an hour to speed up for free, but you still only get the 5 minutes. 2) When trying to bulk upgrade some buildings, they will require a higher level building as a prerequisite than they would if upgraded individually, and that requirement doesn't decrease if you lower the target level of the bulk, so that the entire bulk option is impossible to start. 3) When upgrading in bulk past level 60, there are different speed ups required, and the bulk leveling of buildings makes it require the post 60 speed ups even for the portion that is pre-60.

REMOVE THE VIDEOS FROM IN GAME.
On mobile every time you upload video to game file it uses space, bandwidth and cache both to download, then upload either to scopely cloud icloud or Google play cloud.

Everytime game loads it fetches these files as every video is part of everyone's account.

Just post links ingame and text explanation we can go to your blog or content creators for vids.

It also reduces everyone's cache files etc and fame performance.

It's getting out of hand. Game has to load multiple videos, then upload them as part of player profile to platforms.

@slate wind another thing frequent game animations, can we 0lease turn off hostile animations, these add to lag in loading one of 5 to 7 animation states when selecting any hostile.
Again a non essential game file, that's treated as essential.
It's fluff, yes makes game look good, but serves next to 0 function.
Game 8s more and more becoming a PC game where you need local storage of 100s of GB or same in cloud storage.
But with limited storage ie Mobile or tablet... Sorry we don't have pc level storage.

We can't turn off certain things or customise playing experience.. So they want to reduce loading times, videos and unit animations are non essencual files, they are unnecessary for fame running, so why should people's storage (limited) be filled with non essencual files, that hinder essential files being stored fetched and cached.

90% of lag and loading issues is loading images or animations.
And don't get me started on hazard systems... (animations essential nope).
Yes flashing on unit bar essential warning, but do 8 really need to load the animations in some cases like on the go 9n mobile, pointless visiting, dead b4 screen loads

i've been getting this in various places since May 1, 2025. I have to right+click on the game icon to get this screen and end program. Then from the launch menu, I click on Options > Repair ... this seem to allow me to play for 30-45 minutes before the next lockup. I've also used the store to re-install the game and then I don't (usually) get locked up for several hours. It is very annoying.

Seems if you are using the kir'shar ability and have a few hostiles Q'd up if one despawns the attacking ship just stalls. And if you cancel the rest to start again. The prior Q'd targets are blocked from selecting.

Should be if it despawns it should treat it as removed. And move onto the next.

Has anyone else had a similar issue that I’m having? In one instance, I had my ship sitting in the level 38 new aug system. The chaser was stopped so I went and did something for a hour and came back to discover my ship was at home. No damage, nothing.

Second I sent my ship to the level 52 new Aug system and about half way there it just kinda stops and warp clock says zero. I restart the game and my ship is still at home. This happened several times.

i kept pressing the P1ATA report button, but it kept reporting on other missions instead.

erm ok this is an odd one mined a node 31 Rodeton this this are 170 at full and it said the node was "empty" so I went to refresh node then said it had 49,738 left yet my cargo is totaly full even though it was its first "node" of that run

So I go to start a "Priority Away Mission" that is based upon Attack and the best possible result I get is for 88% Success.

So I go and level up the FC Lorca skill "Crew Potency" (Always on) from lvl 5 (+240%) to lvl 9 (+440%).

I go back to the same Priority Away Mission and still get the same "88%" Success rate because none of the officer's stats have increased...At All.

Example: Gorkon's Attack was at "851" before boosting Lorca's Skill and it is still at "851" after leveling the skill up.

I have since restarted AND repaired the game and unseated and reseated FC Lorca and I still have the same results.

I have just seen my generic response from scopely support and am disappointed there is no attempt to solve my simple issue. Before we were told not to pull refineries I attempted to pull the borg polygon refinery max pull 3 times to no avail, the credits were used/taken but no rewards given and to make it worse the refinery reset and with a 6 day cool down has slowed my progress building the Revenant. That's normal. Tier 3 is the hardest and requires a lot of epics. Once you get past there T4 is easy

When mining Raw LAT, if you leave the node before you go OPC, the game is showing a full OPC load. But if someone scans your ship, you only have the UPC load you had before you left the node.

if you've got a front facing camera that is embedded within your screen then the game is supposed to have a boundary that stops the camera covering it, this has been removed so the game is using the full screen, meaning the camera covers part of the area where the building and research timers are

What's really annoying when farming Augment rep is that after one or two rounds after popping I cannot select the system I was previously in any more.
So I either have to restart the game or send the ship to a system farther away and then stop.

Since the in-game support chat didn't solve the problem, I decided to write here: since I had D'Vor on T9, I received 1500 latinums per chest every day. Then after scrapping and making Feesha, I still received the same 1500/chest.
However, after the new D'Vor was built, the amount of latinum received from the refinery depended only on the Tier of the new D'Vor. This Arc D'Vor entered the archives but was not recognized as a T9 in the same way. I hope this will be resolved soon, as I have lost several weeks' worth of latinum.

• Upgraded Dil D from 39 to 66 via Bulk-Upgrade (cost for speedups should be about 12 days sigma and 690 days normal)
• Button suggests that normal speedups are required completely or at least partially
• i click accelerate, turns out the 700 days were all Sigma
• after all sigma speedups i had (500 days) have been deducted, there are still about 120 sigma days left

The support doesn't help with the build time or the sigma speedups and just says 61+ costs sigma. I'm not even sure if the problem was recognized with the last answer. 🫡
