Have an answer for that and its kinda complicated. Some of the older officers, like the Augments don't have corresponding TPs. Its only newer officers that you can pull from the recruit chests that will give you TPs. Ignore this!!!

Something is fundamentally changed and leveling up Fleet commanders. I leveled up Janeway about 10 levels and have gotten zero Janeway skill points, including my two levels of Kirk to get him to 19. I have received no skill points for any level ups when I used to for every level up. @slate wind

I've restarted, cleared cache and tried multiple devices with no change in behavior. Another player in my alliance is experiencing the same thing, while others are receiving their skill points on level ups

just to confirm, this earlier answer #👾-bug-reporting message is not the case, and the most recent answer, #👾-bug-reporting message has been confirmed? asking for clarification becaust they contradict each other. the 2nd augment chest with the 3 rare augment officers pan/rima/navi was a decent trickle of TPs when maxed. it would not be a QoL improvement if the archives are removing this.

separate question regarding alliance tournament token payouts. yesterday after it wrapped up I wanted to look at my credit balance since the store wasn't showing the # up top

i noticed i had a large # of qualifier credits from the very first initial qualifier run. i did not leave 855 qualifier credits on the table during that first run. i am curious where they came from.

i did notice during this tournament run, and in the previous, multiple windows with conflicting league assignments. this time around the AT button on the alliance window showed we were adept, the alliance scores window showed novice, and for a long period the store window had no items available to spend because it said i was in the qualifier league.

can someone look into if qualifier tokens were being given out in error during the last run? the multiple conflicting league labels throughout that window are really confusing. they should be pulling from the same value instead of showing different labels, no? i'm also curious how i now have a stockpile of qualifier credits. i would have spent those down to whatever the lowest cost item was, like the rare FT shards

I still recommend do not buy this.....after all the "fixes" they've done:

• It still freezes your ship with queued ships zombied.
• They've made it worse now...when your ship is frozen now you need to hit red cancel before you can go anywhere.
• Queued ships cannot be attacked by your other ships unless you cancel the queue.
• Other ship battle/queue still interferes with another ship targeting, target window disappears due another combat event taking place, very frustrating.
  Its worse in Wave Defense and Arena combat...need to turn if off most of the time, especially when server is lagging, which is almost always under these events....which is stupid because this feature would be most useful for these two types of applications.

If the crashing still persists.... are you able to connect your ipad to a mac desktop/laptop via usb? The debug logs might be useful for scopely support. how to capture the logs are on google...

you don't get the tokens automatically - the token for the 7-day chest is in the daily goals in the max milestone (or the one before if you grabbed the bajoran favor); the one for the 30-day chest is in the 7-day chest

Every morning, when I am collecting chests, I have to restart the client multiple times as it gets stuck when exiting (Gifts tab, Refinery tab, Faction tab)
All I see is a spinning cursor until I restart.
This only occurs on Android (for me), pc is absolutely fine.
If I go to airplane mode and back, it says lost connection, so the client is sat there waiting for some response from the server (at a guess)
Multiple people in my alliance are experiencing the same issue.

This freezing to black loading screen from otherwise reasonably smooth game only when returning from any menus to main game screen has become really annoying during past couple of days.

It's so common now that I got this example clip on first try. Now afteraid to go to menus (including ingame store..., lol) incase something time sensitive happens and I'm lost in rebooting.

That event (unless they've now changed it w/out saying) does not matter which server .... I have scored on my server in the past when we were the "invaders" and when we were "defenders"

I should also note how AWESOME it is that $copley has made it all but impossible to submit a ticket in game .... especially if you click the wrong multiple choice ... there is no way to "back out" and start fresh.... KUDOS $copley!

the Pvp milestone has historically only scored on one server; since I don't have incursions today I can't look at the full description but "all out attack" would indicate "be on their server"
the other thing I would check is to make sure that your wins fit the criteria in the "pvp wins" section of the scorecard

the incursions hostile loot exo seems to have no effect on the eviscerator/gorn. I'm getting just as much loot with the exo active as I was with no exos running

The Eviscerator already has a huge built-in loot buff so the little incursion loot exo doesn't add much. It's the same thing with Xindi or in MU where you have loot bonus research. Adding 150% loot very low and pretty much useless. My Evicerator is T6 and gives me 24160% more Apex Iso..... adding 150% would make it 24310%... not much when you do the math with the loot you get from 1 hostile

Game has been flat out crashing on iOS multiple times a day for like a month. Game just turns off in the blink of an eye. I would think you all have gotten/are getting tons of crash logs that would allow you to fix this by now.

This isn’t the normal freezing that makes you restart the game multiple times a day that has been happening for years. The game actually fully crashes and your looking at your iOS wallpaper/apps.

Good morning. Question to the G6 players: do you also sometimes have the problem, that when mining in hazard systems for the dailies, not every miner counts for the daily goals?

I have the problem every day: I have 2 selkies and per run, each ship mines around 20k G6 gas... So in total, when both selkies get destroyed from the hazard, I should get around 40k for the daily goal. But instead I only get around 20k as I would have only 1 miner out... I don't get why. any ideas? Seems like a bug to me

3 Szenarien:
1: Warp lädt, Schiff zeigt danach 0sec aber Warp (oder angeblich Warp), Orte ich mein Schiff steht es abgedockt über meiner Basis IM WARP -> spiel beenden Neustart
2: Warp lädt, Schiff fliegt ab nachdem die 36sec um sind bleibt es auf 0sec stehen, schiffe wird wieder daheim auf der Basis gezeigtIM WARP -> spiel beenden Neustart.
3: Es zeigt alles ok, Warp lädt, Schiff fliegt ab, kommt angeblich auch an, drücke ich auf orten, wechselt das System statt dem Zielsystem wo ich eigentlich sein sollte auf mein Heimatsystem, Schiff ist über der Basis und et vola es ist wieder im Warp
Jedes mal hab ich dann komplett alles aus und wieder angemacht.
Aber 6-10 Neustarts pro Incursion SMS Event, das kann dich nicht euer Ernst sein, das ist einfach nur nervig. Ich geh wieder auf Friedensschild und sag bis Morgen wenn das unsägliche Event vorbei ist und man wieder spielen kann....vielleicht.

I've been doing as much looking into it as I can, and it seems those who scored in round 1 (armada damage) are the only ones who can see and score in round 4 (crew XP), regardless of who scored in round 2 (ship XP)

But we had incursions so very few were able to score any armada damage... Not the best thought out system

I'd like to see the requirements to partake be removed so everyone can score

afaik that is not needed to score in the first events, it is an ALB, you should be eligible to participate as an Alliance member at any time during the event. We lso have some people that didn't score in the first events but can score now, and others can't score at all.

Ok, I understand these concepts, been p(l)aying the game for 2 years now nearly, still, in the case of these current ALB's all members should be able to participete at all times. Yet some of us do not see the ALB and are not registered in teh scoring, so most likely a bug that Scopely should fix.

To answer your question, it is there to select whether you want to collect faction points when you hit the Claim All button. "On" gives you those points, "off" does not (but you can manually add them in). This way, you can concentrate on a given faction's reputation (which are rewarded when you collect those Daily points).

Hi, not sure if this is a bug, but my mission for ‘Gavolar’s Wager’ seems to have generated in the wrong system.

Normally it only requires warp 1, but I still don’t have access to any ships which could let me complete this mission.

Having to restart the PC client multiple times a day, much worse this last couple of patches:

• Stuck in various loading screens Preparing - going into Event Store, Shop, booting game.
• Ships stuck in 0sec warps - relog in and all ships that were in warp are now back at base.
• Daily faction claim toggle button doesn't show. Needs 2 or 3 restarts.
• Gift box stuck in CLAIM and greyed out.

Have done "Repair" from the launcher number of times - no change.

not really a bug, it spawns the mission hostile the same way Q trial hostiles are.
it spawned 2 hops from your station, just in an unfortunate direction.

for now, ignore that mission and progress your station to the point where you can build ships with longer range.

If you mastered them, then no. You get them automatically with the archive claim daily, except you get everything without the worries of hasseling with the queens rewards. You also get mats daily eliminating the automated shipyard claim.

Mirror Sol does not require any rift keys or other materials to reach. It counts just like a normal system. A Q's Trial in that system should be fine.

Please can you look into why the attack button isnt reactivating when you come out of combat, so I click and attack a ship, as its doing this I then click the next ship that I am going to attack, ready for the button to highlight, but it doesn't I need to click of the next hostile and back onto it, its happening system wide and also in waves and its vital in waves to be able to select the next target before it finishes combat.

right at the turn of the hour, a notification popped up on the Refinery button at the top. nothing new to refine, and restarting didn't clear it. opening the Arena menu in the Alliance menu did clear it

1: i need to frequently click attack multiple times even against hostiles, my ship goes there and then idles instead of attacking. very frustrating if i "successfully" intercepted a speed ship and it just keeps flying.
2: my ship got stuck in battle for over a minute, had to restart the game to get it unstuck.
3: restarting the game deleted my docks in the arena, i could no longer repair ships or see ship status.
4: restarting a 2nd time did not fix the docks, it deleted all ships from the game.

All day I have been working Romulan missions. I've had one that I can't find it in my missions. Now I see it in the Collect Mission display as mission "Homebound" but it doesn't show in my missions. And I mean it doesn't show anywhere even in non-Romulan missions.

When I cashed in this "Homebound" mission that I can't find in my missions it showed collecting items but No Display as to what those items were. Usually I'll at least see a couple Romulan credit or Rep icons when it pays the Finish reward.

I've been unable to login to the game at all for over a week now due to their slow and ineffective support.
My game keeps freezing on the loading screen. First at 91%, then after hitting retry, freezes each time at the 70% mark. first reported here last Monday (25/11) but AFAIK support never even saw anything until opened a ticket using their (also bugged) support bot.
