Thanx for the reply, I just gave up. I don't get anything w support. The only thing I can do is open a ticket and that takes days. Sad. I just don't have the energy to sit and wait .... I put it in bugs as well, nothing happened. You know the saying 1 aw shucks destroys 1000 attaboys. I know once the problem gets the dev or programmer they are great. The support process is miserable.

I had maxed out my Franklin and I am at level 42. I scrapped the Franklin last night and what appear to be Franklin a shards 200. But I opened the ships and I cannot build my Franklin a ship they is no shards or shards equal zero. What happen and where my loot from scraping Franklin.

It’s been several months already when are you going to fix the Alliance Rewards icon not showing how many new notifications there are in the Alliance window? The alliance window on main screen shows how many notifications they are, when I click it, none of the tabs show any notifications, when I click Rewards tab, I see that all the notifications are from unclaimed rewards.

Oh yeah, that's a visual glitch that has been there a few months. Buff with a few ship types like Cerritos or Defiant can look like it destroyed your own ship. You can instantly "repair" right where you are and it fixes it.

the TOML file is what needs adjusting. It's basically an INI file in plain text. So you can work with any text editor like notepad for instance

hey does anyone in scopely like the devs have any plans to fix the bugs they made from the major update a few weeks back as it is just getting worse ... with these bugs the waves are harder as you have to almost double click on every PVE as well as grinding and so on ... and if you count the Delta Quadrant space bug where is seems to be spreading to other systems there where you can not summon anymore and the PVE's are not there and you get a error message ... this game seems to be getting worse with every update. stop adding new stuff till you can fix the bugs and stability issues as if you do not .. more ppl might quit and that may include your bug spenders that you seem to love so much more

Got Two Bugs to report (Windows 11):

1. Cash in Galactic Recruitment for an active Task in AllianceTour. cause the game to Crash an Close in an instant. Dont know if that happens normaly because i was collecting them for this Event.

• The ships should not be labeled "Arkonian Captain", but something like "Arkonian Marauder".

Mission "Cabinet of Q-riosities": Starfleet personnel are not referred to or addressed by their position, such as "Officer" (they are not the police), but by their rank or academic degree. For example, Captain Picard would refer to (Lt.) Cmdr. Data as "Commander Data" or "Data", and address him as "Commander Data" or "Data". (Never ever has he said "Officer Data" before. This must be a bad translation.)

Mission "Cabinet of Q-riosities": It's the Daystrom Institute (TNG+), named after Dr. Richard Daystrom, among other things inventor of the M-5 computer system (TOS). (He was NOT of Scandinavian descent.)

Doing alliance tasks such grinding Xindi, Borg, etc does not score accurately. Doesn’t record the points at all. It can take up to 3 more kills before tournament points are awarded for 1 kill.

Mission "Cabinet of Q-riosities": Correct English would be "As for the Professor, ..." or "As for Professor [insert name here], ..."

Mission "Cabinet of Q-riosities": Picard would say "Engage." there, not "Make it so." He would say the latter only after he had received a proposal with which he agreed.

The correct word there would be "attacker", not "offender". While an attacker is on the offense, an offender is not inherently dangerous as an attacker is, just violating some rule or law.

Mission "Decisions, Decisions": The correct wording is "became active", not "activated". A volcano is not a device.

Mission "Decisions, Decisions": "head over heels" is (to my knowledge) solely referring to falling in love. You were looking for "I'm over my head" ("I can barely manage") instead.

AV356 was supposed to be the planet at war with the impending use of bioweapons (that we were to prevent), not the planet with the supervolcano where refugees were held back by a religious zealot. We had already destroyed/damaged the zealot's ship when we prevented the death of the colonists there, so it makes no sense for it to be in orbit of the planet. Also, the dialog is the same as before which makes even less sense

Alliance Tournament tasks sometimes disappear with a restart. I was working on 1. Had to restart as it was not scoring. It was gone when I logged back in.

Also fix the stupid chat bot. When I want to report an issue with the latest release/version returning a list of known issues is not how it should operate.

Ive given up opening tickets, you dont get a notification when they respond which. Can be 2 weeks later and then when they do they close it after a ridiculous short time normally while asleep. If. ceasefire shields(gold bubble): if you successfully attack someone, the shields go down serverside but still show as active clientside.
this could cause someone to get raided while they think they're still shielded.

this could cause someone to waste a shield by activating a new one while the old one still has time left.

When are you guys going to fix it so that the Away Mission you click to complete is actually the mission you wanted to collect? Right now, it's pot luck when you have a bunch of missions to collect, which one you're actually collecting. Click on one, you get the results from a totally different one.

I double-checked on stfc.space in combat calculator and it seems it's not really a bug. Five of Eleven 200% bonus gives almost same mitigation as with 800% synergy. Difference between having 10k armor or 40k armor looks like 5% mitigation difference in my case, so it appears as if synergy doesn't work, but I guess it does. But I am not 100% sure.

Every time the Alliance Tournament refreshes, the Alliance Store does as well. This causes the list to scroll back up to the top again. The easiest answer is No. With every new addition, the bug list grows. There is no Quality Control it seems. There is no incentive for them to fix it, since people will continue to play and whales will continue to drop money into the game.

You most likely got affected by a bug when a ship gets a buff, sting, or a exocomp expiration of buffs. Just hit the repair button and it will re-sync. You will not lose any resources @uncut cargo

Did, the only change was that the progress bar GOT actual status from 0/1600 to 1601/1600.... but claim button stayed grey.

Mining appears to keep on going after ship cargo is full, until the node shows zero. Then you get a node empty message. When you move off the node, it resets to show correct amount on the node and in your cargo. Probably caused by the fix to the opposite problem exposed by the data mining with the Archive perk. Don't you test bug fixes to make sure you didn't create a new bug? Rhetorical question ...

I'm a n00b and only started a few days ago - finished the 'legends of the cosmos' mission line last night and unlocked the fleet commander building and chose Spock, but I never 'got' a fleet commander, can't put anything in the slot, and when I click on any of them in the UI it just says recruit and takes me to the standard recruit page

everything I've read says they're just supposed to give me an FC for finishing that questline so I'm not sure where the apples fell off the cart

You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp/rep from hostiles until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset. Event scoring is unaffected.

Because of this error, members of my alliance cannot normally go to waves, capture and defend territory, process resources and complete events. Also, none of us received a reward for the tournament, and the Emerald Chain experience scale remained in the same place as before the tournament. The problem is not in the store - it works. Everything else does not work. Almost everyone has written to in-game support, but no one has received an answer. Those who left the alliance say that the error has disappeared. Will we get anything for this tournament or did we try for the sake of a "communication error" and an alliance crash?

Recruiting is messed up I clicked middle pull as you can see it opened 1 pull and never gave me the option to open the rest of the chests only option for a single pull third picture shows that the amount spent was for the middle pull so where are the officers from the rest of that middle pull? Waste of credits to recruit if I’m not going to get what the amount of chests I spent. Same happened on discovery recruit spent 1500 and only got 3 single pulls instead of 3 max pulls and also on premium recruit as well. This needs to be fixed immediately

I did some testing and it looks like level 37 swarm hostiles aren't counting for that "Swarm Watcher" daily goal. Level 35 swarm hostiles do count. Definitely a bug.
