hey , i have an alliance mate who acquired the NX-01 8 days ago. When he built it, the NX-01 he did NOT gain access to the NX-01 refinery, so he has not been able to really advance in any way (parts, etc). His tickets with CS just get closed saying they are aware but are still looking into it. Is there anything that can be done. He is ops 56, logs (per CS) confirm he built the NX-01.

Are you sure credits aren't given? just because the rewards screen doesn't come up doesn't mean it wasn 't given. It will often hang at the last screen and not exit, but still give the reward.

Okay, I have a real bug to report. The Mac launcher causes the game to run though the Intel emulator, on an Apple silicon Mac. I can get the game to run natively if I skip the launcher and directly launch the game app.

Hmm, sounds like the launcher is an Intel binary, whilst the game is a fat binary, but launches the Intel part because it was launched from an Intel binary.

That could be it. I've also read on the Apple Developer forums that launchers are often misconfigured and force the Intel version to launch by mistake.
Now I only use the lanuncher to get upates for the game. Once installed, I quit the launcher and directly launch the game so that I do not need the emulator running for no reason.

THere is a long standing bug with the Help All button. Sometimes it does not clear when you click on it. We have someone right now doing a 15d 8h build. I know from experience that Help All button will stay active for 15d 8h unless he uses speed ups to finish it. Isn't is about time you fixed this Scopely?

I've still said for years they should move to a Tick/Tock update style. they wont becasue $$. but one month a new arc is new content. next month is purely bug fixes. rinse and repeat. they have a stable game, people are more willing to stay longer and keep playing, and it pushed out their content for years to come. but, they want that monthly income to be as high as possible so when it comes time to run, they made their money.

Event hostiles showing spawning on the armadas in Rudellia but then if you are able to select them and hit attack, your ship goes to the opposite side of the system to hit them

I'd try moving the station next time you're in-game. Some systems are bugged, like New Calgary, and can cause graphic issues.

My understanding is they're taking the maximum round damage you do, not the total damage. So, if by got 1m points you mean your score is now 34m, that would mean you did a max of 34m damage in one of the latter battles.

T1 traits are limited to 3 ranks, T2 traits can go to 4. There are some officers that have traits that were traditionally T2 in the T1 slot, and that gives you earlier access to the trait at the cost of being able to max out the needs in some ATAs.

You'll need to use an officer that has 4 ranks of Analytical available, like blue spock.

make sure you only exchange the broken rods when you're going to use the converted rod, it times out and will vanish regardless of use

Mining in Forin with my E dock ship.
Zeroed the node, came off it to reset, selected the node and it wouldn't let me go back on the node. Selecting mine just made my dock icon flash a warp icon then back to zzz and the ship stayed in place next to the node.

I restarted the game and found the ship to be heading to Stagnimea and the exact same spot in system as the node in Forin.

I'd been mining in Stagnimea a few hours before with the survey on dock D but that had been back in base for hours.

You don’t get Kirk instead, you get either a Kirk or Spock unless you have unlocked them, in which case you get Dust, it just shows as 0 shards but you do get Dust.

I've starter the game on PC Client (Level 14), and want to also use it from my iPhone 12 Mini. I've complete the tutorial on iPhone and when i go into Settings -> General and try to sign in with Scopely and opens up a homepage where i need to enter my email i setup with Scopely when i use the e-mail i get the error: Unable to sign in. If i use any other e-mail it redirects me to signup for new account.

Also where i enter e-mail it does not have any input box for Password, only the Email.

How to fix so i can sign into my Scopely account from iPhone.
