The reset does not work. I did another wave in the same system. This time got error code 5 multiple times….i was the leader and even though it was full it kept telling me it wasn’t…I was stuck on wave 0 in my display for the first 4 rounds…then it jumped to wave 4 and was stuck on wave 4 for 4 rounds…then jumped to wave 8 and was one behind until we finished it. Got error code 5 3-4 times during the wave.

I still get an error when starting a wave but seemed to work when I joined one. I left and had an alliance member start a wave which worked mostly fine except some visual glitches and lag. I got through it and finally got credits. They started another but I got an error again. So back to square one I guess.
This really needs fixed, we’re losing out on massive benefits the longer this goes on and the other half of the players have no problem.

This is for all players, and restarting the game has no effect. All three nodes give the same message - yet all are clearly present or I couldn't click them to GET said message.

Update as I wrote this - after a few minutes it suddenly works again.

Might not be broken… I’ve seen several q trials that needed a certain ship type, officer set, and/or exos in addition to battle triangle. Have you tried using a rom interceptor? Also, you’re running an officer who only works on armadas…

so in winter they're 11/13 hours apart, in summer they're 12 hours apart.

but there's always a period between US and European DST changes where event reset occurs at 2 separate times, with some events scheduled at summer reset time and some scheduled at winter reset time.

I think there is no base rate. Simply a flat bonus of 1200 XP for level 1 (or more exactly, it says there will appear a bonus chest containing that in the Ex-Borg-Store). It's misformatted and shows 120,000% but that's the same amount (1 = 100%)

Everything shifts by one hour due to the game running on UTC/GMT so during DST occurs Event reset should change to <t:1710345600:t> and then during standard time its <t:1710342000:t>. I have played this game for 2 years and have never had an event reset of <t:1710349200:t>. Somehow the Event time has shifted out of sync with the Daily Goals. They should only be a 12 hour difference between the two.

I'm in Europe, the 1st time is showing event reset time during the transition period between european and US DST changes.
2nd time absolutely never happened.
the 3rd time is when event reset is most of summer and winter.

yes Im sure, I generated the timestamps. The first one is when Event Reset should happen during Daylight Saving (Spring), the second is when it should happen during Standard Time (Fall) and the third is what it currently is.

right now for Europe event reset is split between 5 and 6 PM(will settle into 5PM, which when summertime hits europe becomes 6PM)
most of winter and summer it's 6PM.

dailies reset in europe is 5AM in wintertime and 6AM in summertime.

so I have a different Ferengi problem. The mission for Phlox in Vintaak. Killed the 12 hostiles. Disabled the Ferengi ship. But didn't get a mission for the headset or receive the headset. Even though I bypassed this (as other alliance members had completed this before). I was able to mine the larvae, osmotic eel and gel worm. Scan the hostile & scroll down. You'll probably see it's actually a Xindi hostile in disguise (> 30% critical chance). I got a Silent Hostile trial posted above. You'll have to submit a ticket to have it removed. But yeah, "the issue has been resolved".

Yep, make sure you put in the request to replace the trial bells you used as well.

There are 3 months worth of choice claim chests available to compare. If they're all the same, across multiple people, then it should be treated differently than an acute deviation from the norm. In the latter case, it's likely to be a bug that can be fixed.

There's enough data now to categorize this report as not that, and this is probably just a poor quality offer that shouldn't be purchased, like the vault of latinum. You may still contact CS and let them know that you want something better offered before you'd buy it.

Why is it that after I use a ship ability (Cerritos or Titan) that after I select the supported ship & hit attack, my support ship attacks the target instead? After the supported ship hit a hostile, I selected another target & hit attack. Instead of my Newton (which had already been through an attack after support), my Cerritos attacked the target.

As for me, After accepting the compensation gift which was supposed to fix the Treasury I still cannot trade in my Broken Desealing Rods in order to claim the Lockbox. I have the required amount. The Trade tab should be in the Recruit area before the Officer tabs. Yet I cannot see it. Also, I have searched other areas including the Store and no trade tab. Sorry for the smart alec reply.... They will likely extend the ability to unlock the Treasury once the fix for the fix that didn't fix the fix is applied, if it's not done prior to the cut-off time (much like event stores that run an extra amount of time).
Worse case scenario, you might have to hit 700 more ships to unlock it again.

Have you verified the points you see in the pop-up are correct? If you're using the bonus officer you should be seeing 30 pts per hostile for the 1.5 multiplier. If you're using Phlox is should be 40.

There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp. It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

When I select “latest release issues” it gives me a list of known bugs (which mine is not listed) then closes the conversation. How am I supposed to report new bugs?

You should contact CS and see if they're willing to replace the broken parts you used. A desealing rod will only work for the current treasury lockbox and will decay if you don't use it.

Another problem I had on the same issue of getting coins for Tucker crewman is the #2 Translation. I could never get it on two different devices because #2 never showed up. I had two #1’s

I'd contact CS about that. During certain hours of the day, two 1s could appear if you bought the Hoshi unlock. The 2nd event should still have popped when it was scheduled though. They can investigate if you were somehow bugged.

I have contacted them and someone told me to restart my device next time that happens. I spent two hours on two devices and both did the same thing after restart, restarting program and reloading the app on the one.

This is server 89’s power destroyed leaderboard… with pms to the admiral of every alliance (in the top 30) not in 89, I found out that we have alliances from 86, 90, 91, 92, and 93 on our leaderboard. I knew it was futzed, but criminetly, we can’t get accurate information for our server this way…

You both should file a ticket with CS. They've refunded broken desealing rods before for people who've made that mistake. Working desealing rods will only open the current treasury lockbox, you cannot save them. @torn widget

When using the Borg Cube, the hull bar is not showing the correct amount of hull available on the ship when look at it on the system.
The ship on the system shows the hull bar as completely depleted but when looking at the battle report details the ships hull bar is in reality a little below half after the battle finished.

Your comment specified that you would "pay more than you have to". It seems like it's a minor inconvenience to have singular transactions, which would give you receipts for each purchase from the webstore. Those receipts will come in handy if you're not awarded the full inventory of each purchase. #whaleproblems
