Speaking of battlelogs. Yeah they lied yet again for the upteenth time.
They actually said for Field Training, oh we know about the situation and we added you to the list of others with similar problems to be fixed that was almost 3 months ago.
This recent patch to fix the station hit battlelogs was never fixed. Not even the slightest.
I'm sensing if it doesn't involve money they forget about it.

Not sure if this is already reported. The event shows 21.6k points but the green winner notification showed 22.1k points. Six ships in defence from before start to after finish. Could the node behavior in the Voy mining systems get fixed? You empty a node, and sometimes it sticks there showing as "occupied by your ship" even if you moved on to others. Then other you empty, but you don't see another pop up unless you view something else and go back to the system. If that doesn't work, you end up having to reboot the game either by closing or clearing localizations for the new nodes to show up. Having to close and reopen the game 4-5 times to be able to finish mining is a pain.

The lag I suffer is chronic. In the friends or foe event I'm defending our hailing pod but I can't engage fast enough due to lag so out pod gets wiped. The attacker gas no lag. Always the same for me. We don't have a slow connection. It just laggy on android making pvp a real problem.

For me, to complete this week's event you need 36,720 points. Divide that by 120 and you get 306 total minutes in a territory takeover/defense. You said you had 5 ships....so to complete this event you would need to be in territory for 61.2 minutes. 30 minutes isn't enough to complete. You will have to be in another territory takeover/defense for another 31.2 minutes with all 5 ships to complete.

Controls are terrible. If you have to recall several ships in short time there is always at least one ship not reacting to the recall button.

The status of the ships often don't show correct values (performance optimisation ....) if they are recalling or in warp already - just zzz.

actually in 99% of cases, all ships receive that recall, GUI client simply does NOT reflect that ... i.e. if you send help, or stop one of the ships, the "remaining" will get its status updated ... but its a MONTHS old issue ... they rather fix typo in missions text (because thats what would hurt them most = paramount would slap them in the face for not providing accurate texts), instead fixing ACTUAL GAME PLAY BUGS

Sorry for the delayed reply. It was two realtas, I think one had Pan speed crew and the other Klaa speed crew. About 44k and 42k respectively. That alliance has more than 3x points than the 2nd place alliance in the friend or foe event

everyone probably knows how starting an armada against the same target at the same time as someone else causes the "there already is an armada" prompt to not appear, and whoever gets to 0 first gets the armada.

this however gets worse when the timers are in sync.
today i had this happen, but both timers hit 0 at the same time and disappeared.
nobody fought the armada, and while we were looking to see who was getting it a 3rd alliance restarted it.

losing directives to someone else being a split second earlier is bad enough, but it's even worse when both alliances waste directives with nobody getting the armada(or in this case, a 3rd alliance that was 7 minutes late)

This is the first that someone is telling us on Server 28 that it’s being worked. Normally scopely does an announcement of an issue on servers but we’ve seen nothing for a week. The direct msgs we’ve received told us things like to kill reds to trigger respawns, etc. After a week of no official responses telling us what they are doing, we came here to be the squeaky wheel. Please have them keep us informed as it’s impacting our game play and event completion for a week now.

We can't do obtain the credits to do the chest pulls. The longer the issue goes, the more chest pulls missed. We should be receiving compensation for each affected mechanic at the respective interval until its fixed. Max pulls based on ops/reputation.

Now, let's discuss all the ghost ships and stuck ships. The ships you see in this zone belong to the alliance that owned the zone previously - the light blue ships. They should not be here. When you click to mine one of these nodes - you sometimes get the ship - and a perpetually spinning nothingness - and sometimes you get the node. You have to leave the system view, and re enter so the system can "re-scan" in order to get a second chance if your pointer lands on the ship first and not the node.

Yeah, the enemies have a lot of quirks/bugs to learn. Some even have death rays from what I understand. You only get one shot against Baelosians as you'll run into that problem on subsequent attempts.

I have a mission bugged that is called Riposte. Killed the ship but it is now in a constant state of "in battle" so cannot finish it. Alright, need some advice on this one. Last night, the game became almost completely non-functional with network errors when on Wi-Fi at home on my Pixel 6. Literally, the only thing not working is STFC. Going on to the mobile network, the game works as well as it usually does. I've cleared localization, force stopped/cleared cache, restarted the device, no change. I know uninstall/reinstall is probably the next step, but I fail to see how that fixes this. PC version on the same network also has no problems, BTW.

Im sure it's a warp Bug. hat this a lot by entering ships in warp. Now I have an incorrect status and can't stop warp flight after this error.

Client meants I can recall the ship or navigate in the system but it's in flight after miss clicking recall button with code 7 error and now missing cancel button.

Usually jumping out to galaxy view then back into system view shows them if you're emptying common ones it should spawn rare

It's a bit harder to spawn them in the higher systems because of the bigger mines, it means you empty less mines before your cargo is full so less chance of rares spawning

Hello - any advice on ship "stucking" in warp multiple times? Cannot do monaven grinding. Each time i've send a ship to Monaven space it is warping. After few seconds it looks like it is already there. But when i click on LOCATE it is not entering the system.

Sure, but that's just related to who has more hp after round 100.

The crew to use needs some sort of damage ramp so that you can build enough dps to win. PMC is a damage reduction crew, designed to extend a fight by reducing the incoming damage to a very low amount. It's ill-suited for the task of killing something with that much hp.

Can you PLEASE finally fix this stuck in combat bug? It happening very often when using Talios just after few hostiles hits, this time after hitting 1st one. There is a 2k daily hostile kill limit, after which you stop earning rep/lootboxes/cargo/xp. It resets at 5 utc, ie. one hour after daily reset.

If you have a discovery, i find you can often summon your stuck ships. doesnt always work, but works 95% of the time for me.

If you're finding you can't reach some systems now, it's usually the case that you've moved your base in too deep.

Sure, if you're talking about the veracity of the patch notes when they were posted. I wasn't though.

That they had plans to fix that bug, or any bug, is undeniable. Bugs don't just fix themselves.
In the absence of communication, prioritization is easier to determine after the fact. Even so, it can be muddy due to not knowing the difficulty of the fix. Still, I think it's safe to say that that bug had high prioritization, and that other bugs have low prioritization (eg. presets).

One thing that is undeniable, if you get frequent complaints of a single bug over a long period of time and you can’t prioritize it you probably have a team that is constantly massively over provisioned on capacity. Which should eventually mean, hire more people or reduce scope. Doesn’t look like either is happening or not happening enough 🤷
Combine that with general non communication regarding any of these things, it is perfectly reasonable for general players to feel like their complaints go straight to the trash.

that's not a bug. your critical hit damage has been decreased to or below zero, making your crits not deal damage.

so i hit a station, and have reviewed all crit damage reducing researches/FC abilities, and have found that the best this level 49 could have is 45% crit damage reduction.
As they have no pvp officers or any officers on bridge/below decks that reduce crit dmg. my corvus' crit dmg is 290%. so i still should have easily had 245% crit dmg.
so unless there are secret researches that a 49 has and a 53 doesnt, im pretty sure this is a bug.

you are adding the points you get for tiering up the ship to the points you get for killing a hostile with it. that's the issue.
crucible does have an event that gives you bonus points for killing with specific ships, but that only ever gives one point per hostile otherwise.

Support should always answer, given enough time. A workaround that might work for you, is to keep trying to start it. Have seen some limited success with it, but need more experience to know the reasons why it doesn't at times.

It has been known for a long time. Nothing new. Gotta take care when to and when not to send your ships in auto grind.

well it has been repeatedly commented both here and in #💬-events-feedback : it is not a loot cap but a hostiles kills cap after which no more loot nor xp

When an alliance exocomp expires (such as bonus warp speed), the client might keep displaying the message over and over again until the client is reset

Also likely reported, on mobile (iOS client) when navigating through gifts, the client will get stuck (waiting for something) and doesn't appear to timeout. Client reset required

We appear to have found a bug with the Bones and The Pointed Eared Hobgo - Diplomacy - ALB: when an individual clicks on "HELP ALL" and helps 7 or 10 people - it's registering only as one Alliance Help and only crediting 100 points, not 700 or 1000 points.

No where in the description of the event, does it state these must be individual assists.

Not actually a bug, they've got officers and or research/favours to reduce your critical damage % to zero

Ive been having the same problem, and i managed to download the same app STFC from the samsung galaxy store and notification are working. But the one from the the google store still has notications blocked for some reason. 2 of the app but only one has notifications. Answer that one @vocal crystal
