This morning my Vi'Dar was stuck in a compartment in Metra Alpha for almost 20-25 minutes. The ship could no longer be moved. I've had similar problems more often in the last few days, with other ships, in other systems, but never as bad. Other players also reported to me about similar problems. Would someone from Scopely please take a closer look at this?

Yeah, it does move the map, but mine gets locked out where it's zoomed like halfway in and out then doesn't zoom at all, and then it crashes the window. And the bad part of that is when I try to send a bug report, the app crashes the bug report as well.

I'm pretty much tech savvy, I repair phones, program android studio, a plus certified PC repair, network certified as well, and program my own drivers, and pretty much everything else. Shoot, I've been doing an extracted my firmware rooted my device so I could pull the android software directly off of it and extract it so that I could submit it at least hopefully somehow to scope these so that they can actually fix the zoom bug completely unsamseling.

The system didn't require that, just that path. It doesn't help that the range system isn't really explained... If you were able to look along the routes planned the ship with the 55 range is taking a different path somewhere that ignores the segment that's 61. If you try Babel with a sub 40 ship and a 40-46 ship, it's a better example cause you can see it takes a different route to make it possible

Because the Vi'Dar is below the required warp to travel there, the game calculates a direct path. That direct path includes going to through a system that requires warp 61.
The Saladin does have a path to that system. It may be a little longer, but there is a path for a warp 55 ship to get there.

iOS playability is very bad most things ain’t even working, attacking hostiles doesn’t work, recalling ships doesn’t work, cloaking doesn’t work, most the game features don’t work. Hell ever since away teams came out I’ve been dealing with messages at times were it says I have to build the building even though I’ve had it built since it came out and I am forced to leave that screen to go back to it just to deal with collecting awayteams and resending them out. Some glitches are just annoying others make it impossible to play or fusterating to play.

@umbral nexus The Exented Zoom Bug has two effects. It crashes the window and slides from side to side or up and down in the opposite directions. Immediately after it happened it crashes the window. And if you ignore it, then it will continue to crash pretty regularly. I have got it to lock itself out with switching launchers. So it's basically the UI that is the base issue. So I used a bunch of launcher trying to get this figuered out from an technition stand point. Extended zoom. Is tied to the time with using different launchers.. So launchers do have an effect on the actual issue. Talking in the 50 ui launchers installed

The only way that you know your station was attacked is that all your ships in the station are destroyed, defenses need to be repaired and resources are gone.

That is kind of a major bug in a game that encourages pvp and raiding.

Just want to know when the game is going to be fixed so it’s playable, since I can’t play the game right now for attacking hostile ships starts then immediately stops with out ever doing anything to the hostile ship or to my ship. Already tried that with these bugs my network and router are under my care that has network certifacation reinsalled 4 times this month on android this is a coding issue since i make apps in android studio. I know tte differance even went and brought my software to a clean install. Even happens on my gallaxy s23 that i just got this month new android 13. There no work around my internet oegs out speed test. With my pc tech cert i have no droped packets. None of that helps lag zoom issues nor crashing the app i even turned on app logging and can see the app crash every 25 to 10 and 30 ninutes. Your zoom issue probably isn't network-related. Have seen it reported awhile now, and there aren't any good, permanent workarounds. The best seems to be pulling down the menu from the top. Other than that, wait on the fix.

Have you tried using Hailing Frequencies on the stuck ship??? This has worked for several of our guys on our server and for me too. After 45 minutes of ship stuck in battle I was getting desperate. So I just tried the HF by accident...and it worked. Another player ship was stuck for 3 hours.

By all accounts, I'm told, it shouldn't work but I have found it does.

It looks like they ain’t planning on fixing anything my game has been broken all day since the did their maintenance. I haven’t been able to play for I can not attack any hostile ships battle won’t engage and I can’t recall my ship. The lack of service scopley has provided is infuriating. I’ve spent over $2k on this game in the 5 yrs I’ve played and I feel like scopley doesn’t care about its consumers. Putting in a ticket has done me no good and never ever has. I always get told to do the same stupid steps which don’t work. The ship ain’t stuck since I can send it to other systems. Combat just doesn’t work even sending to augment system to be attacked by hostile or sending it up to the new system to be attacked by the new hostile ships does no good . Combat looks like it’s going to do it then absolutely nothing happens when the ship meets it. Miners that get stuck mining and won’t come home try to send them to fight and you don’t even get the option to attack . This is the worst the game has ever been for me in the 5 yrs of playing it.

What really sucks is even changing devices and updating that device and game there doesn’t even help. Still can’t do combat still have issues with recalling miners. Don’t know what kind of maintenance scopley did but I wish to hell they didn’t do it since I can’t do anything but mining and collecting and the mining part is challenging when you have difficulty in recalling ships and resetting ships on mines. BUG IN TC takeovers:. My alliance won a takeover yesterday, it was our 5th territory. It was previously controled by another alliance, but we won it from them. we got the Victory! banner. the other alliance still has control of the TC. we won by 5 times as many points as they had. Trick question, becasue every bug is serious. ...And systems are loaded. "Zoom fix" probably broke something else, since most of the time systems don't load when you're zoomed out all the way. I used support from Titan-A on Vidar, it works, but it still shows Destroyed, I wouldn't mind that, but normally I participated in 6 more armadas with the same ship without changes. Because of the event, I swapped Kirk for Spock in the Command Center and I found that I just have less consumption of resources, even though I should mine, build and research faster. I should have a 75% faster research and that must probably be reflected in at least one hour less out of 50 days, that would not be a fraction of a percent of the time down as a result. Haven't they fixed the preset yet? I only use 5 out of 7, otherwise I would lose one that I already had saved.

This bug and the fact that mobile notifications have seemingly stopped working is not a minor bug. This is major and needs to be fixed ASAP. Not "in the next regular release;" this is a major bug that deserves a hotfix

If you've been killing or autogrinding a lot today, you probably hit the daily hostile limit. After killing 2,000 NPC hostiles, they will stop dropping any loot. This counter resets 1 hour after dailies (so in just under 3 hours). Contact support if you wasted an actian cell, they might be willing to refund the cell this first time

I am having the same issue with both my phone and my tablet. STFC is being seen as a System App and if you go into system apps you can see the permission for turning on the notification. Only, you won't be able to. If you look just below it you will see the app has blocked notifications.

To add extra gravy on top of this mess, I am not getting any battle logs in game when someone attacks my station. I have reported this multiple times and they even claimed to have fixed this on Friday with a special patch. But this is still just as broken.

If I don't happen to be looking at my screen when the attack comes in I will never know that I was attacked or see the results of that attack. This prevents me from engaging in the Monaveen content because if I get distracted to speak with my wife or answer a phone call my base could be getting raided and I'd have no clue.

I have tried clearing the localization. I have tried removing and re-installing the game to see if the app notification permissions can be changed. Nothing seems to be working.

I am unable to participate in game content because this is fundamentally broken!

It's same as the old data mining bug... They've known how to fix it, just never got around to it... You can usually tell anyway it's just display issue because node changed in between system refreshes

Zoom is connected with lag abd your connection, when game lags or your connection is slow, any movement also lags causing zoom bug. Even a dbl click can force a zoom.
It's really annoying that because size of loading gifs, images etc there's lag, but mainly it's down to distance from action server.
Would be great if action servers were regional and had high speed connections, but that's down to cost

Anomaly mines in DQ space are broken. The rares take WAY too long to appear (which I guess could be by design). It SEEMS like they're supposed to have a chance to spawn when a common mine gets depleted, but those don't always go away when they're supposed to. At one point this morning, I had drained 2 common mines and moved off of them, but they didn't disappear. Instead, they showed that they were zeroed, but also that they were both occupied by my Voyager, which was no longer on either of them. Killing and restarting the game will sometimes clear the zeroed mines, but that shouldn't be necessary.

I assume this is because I prefer to be transparent and call out issues with the game and this is the way I'm retaliated against. I'm sure 72 hours later somebody from customer support will say that Jonas will help me. Then another 24 hours later Jonas will say we forward this on to our people. Pan and zoom bug has gotten much worse the last couple of days. Lost a bunch of nodes trying to refresh them because I had to back out of the game, do the scroll on the settings screen work around, and then go back in. Half the time it would restart the game and over a minute later I cam back to my node being populated by someone elses miner. This is BS. Been a known bug for over 2 years and you still don't fix it. I have reduced play time to about half what I did before. and have refused to buy a pack for the last 6 months due to this and other bugs. If you could fix things instead of focussing on new content, I might actually buy something.

Even excluding potential display bug on the raport - it still has shield on round 48.
I'm depleting 900 k of SHP per round. Without crits. With 27 m SHP the shield should be down after 30 rounds, +5 rounds of regen that means no shield starting from round 36.
