@viscid cloud It appears the new Event store Dream Token chests are bugged. I also purchased the pack and tried to pull the Romulan chest. First pull worked fine, second pull just grayed out and nothing happened, but the tokens were used.

The Packs are also missing Faction Ships even though the tool tip indicates they are suppose to be in the packs.

I was in the same boat as TastyWaffles. I just relaunched and the ship BPs are reflecting now. Without having taken a screenshot prior to redeeming, I'm not sure how to validate if anything dropped to inventory but just wasn't reflected via screen pops?

BUG with Chakotay Crews VS Armadas. If more than one ship in the armada is running Chakotay (we both had Chakotay(c)/Janeway/7), My Chakotay and 7 never proc'd at the begining of combat, and my Chakotay's officer ability never proc's on any rounds.... only my alliance mates.

That's normal lead chakotay procs, bonus given to all players, since chakotay procs at start of battle shots if lead has bad percentage and doesn't proc, no ones will proc, and officer ability is leaders officer ability (or highest star if lead hasn't)

the general issue is that according to the mission you need damaged datapads. According to player reports since up57, the missions which previously granted these items do not do so anymore - hence the invaluable asset mission is practically blocked since up57

The lag you claim was fixed isn't. Beyond that using tititan drops the game and blocks you out for 15 min. And every crew switch, or ship switch, armada, hostile chest collection refine ect locks the game. I uninstalled. Reinstall and after 2 hrs finally logged into this!!!!

2. Bio ships summoned by Voyager do not appear, but do eventually attack.

I play on IOS. I have problems with Q trials combat and ordering ships around but it could just be a huge lag issue, I usually reboot after 1-2 minutes and the ships are where they are supposed to be. I did ex-borgs about an hour ago and the game was working fine then.

Oh, also, summoning species shows no visual activity, then later will show the battle over and hull health effected. attacking any hostiles in DQ, the ship will travel to the opposite side of the system, hostiles are stuck at spawning points...

Playing on IOS, I tried a few things. There seems to be a huge lag of close to a minute. Ships don't show combat and when they finally do, you stay locked in combat for a minute. Mining nodes take about a minute to reset. Killed ships still show up on the screen for a minute, even if you cannot target them. The attack lag makes any kind of grinding so tedioous it is nearly impossible.

I would guess/expect that they have some sort of grey list provider for when a certain IP is being used maliciously, so if someone is using a similar IP range to you through a shared VPN, it's going to get you blocked occasionally

User interface needs significant debugging, the system constantly confuses scrolling with zooming in and out on the Galaxy map and in the systems. It also frequently freezes when closing any redemptions ie the DONE button at the bottom of the screen. I have also noticed a dramatic upswing in lags on ship movements and attack dialogues.

You can, but when summoning a ship home it just disappears, it doesn't do the warp animation and your ship doesn't appear in the next system a minute later to hit more opcs.

People have been noting a lot lately that mining nodes that switch between ore, crystal and gas are not updating and displaying the proper material causing people to accidentally mine the wrong material. I know this happens with lag sometimes, but I've been hearing about it a lot lately. Something people rarely mentioned in the past.

Completed every mission in Sol. Logged a ticket. Insured I had every mission they mentioned in the ticket completed even the romulan and Klingon ones. Even though that hurts my faction rep. Still no fourth data pad. And they're taking forever to manually push me through if that's what they're going to do

Overlap is done by being in chat and getting a outside text. Then you dismiss the text and you cannot hit enter on any text you type. Then go back and then back into chat. Overlap all is hosed. 100% reproducible every time.

To fix the multitude of errors requires a lot of troubleshooting.
There is a huge difference between a complete install and an update/patch. A complete update normally has all of the paths integrated and tested. An update normally will have old paths broken to allow the new sections to be inserted into the older version.
This tends to happen even with a modular design. a patch is normally breaking and/or connecting logic paths that were somehow missed, or inserting information or new logic to correct incorrect paths or outdated data.
Hopefully they can finish at least enough to make it usable tomorrow.
If an update (for Android in my case) doesn't appear tomorrow morning, an uninstall reinstall is next for me.

Yup damaged datapads are not showing up in game as rewards since patch 57. And actually, they used to searchable on stfc.space and they're not even there now as a reward... They set-up a quota of allowed concurent users (I.e. how many users are allowed to login at the same time) per server.
Some companies do that because they have a sucky bandwidth among other reasons.
But.. coming from Scopley is hilarious.
Is not that they don't have money or something.

Their support is outsourced and usually dealt badly. Usually by their Tribble gpt 😆
And they pump the prices in the store like there's no tomorrow.
