How about some sort of fix for the obvious and permanent disadvantage that some of us not being able to see, retrieve, or even compete in events are now at? I have contacted support, gotten no response, still to this moment cannot see events that dropped 12 hours ago, and will still be just as screwed after some sort of server gift as I was before it.... some sort of blanket gift crate won't fix this...

that's, even if it were fixed right now, at this very moment, 12 hours ahead that other players are of me, not because I wasn't trying, but because of crap coding.

You have probably hit 2,000 hostiles since the limit reset. You won't be able to get loot/xp from anything until that limit resets later today at 5am UTC, 1 hour after daily reset (aka 4 minutes)

Just did some grinding in Nelve System where the whole Diplomatic Protocol was suppose to be observed. With an excess of 50 Victories, I should have easily met the Criteria of the Event. I found that each of my Victories only counted for 1k points, not the Advertised 10k points per. Please fix this and adjust the scoring appropriately.

I was one PVP hit, (or 4 losses) away from completion.

Did the 4 losses and no points scored.
Did PVP win and no points scored.
Left the game overnight to see if lag will catch up but my points haven't moved since 11pm.

I exported 3 battlelog reports successfully, but my 4th that I tried just now, won't export. It asks where I want to save the file like normal but it never materialises.
UPDATE: Next formation armada battlelog has exported/materialised fine 😄
Update 2: Seems a little hit and miss when the battlelogs export. I've had a couple successful, then the odd one that never arrives

If you've picked a side already, then you should see Zeta in the bucket too. Otherwise, you should contact CS and let them know you're missing the Zeta event.

There is no fix needed. The DD# events were only intended to be completed once. Those that completed the series in earlier months will not get the full set of events for this one. They were only able to complete one map before the rest were removed.

The Epsilon and Zeta events were supposed to be given to all players who've picked a side. If you didn't get either, then contact CS and they've been giving out the currency rewards for those with a bugged account.

A correction was made to the Zeta event today for some levels. I'd clear localization to check if your event remains the same.

If it is the same, and you're still not scoring, post a SS and your level.

I started solo armada and got two ships joined when game closed. Got back on and armada was done. Lost both ships. Sped up repairs to get back. Started armada again and got one ship joined and game closed. I would like my directives back and speedups. Game closes severs times a day or freezes. Lag is horrible.

When Support gets back to you, in the next weeks - they'll ask you ( because they're lazy to cross check the date/time when you created the ticket with their logs) : when the issue occured, with a lot of screenshots they'll obviously ignore.
Then you'll wait few more days.
It will end with a very nice message where they appologise for the late reply " because currently they have a lot of requests" , then they will give you back the directives.
To be noted, the 'currently' lasts since more than 3 years ( personal observation)
And with that case will be closed.🤣

no... the "An Unknown Adversary" Meta event is the event from May where you could choose the Diplomatic or Offensive Path at the end. The whole Meta is a rerun for "new players" for them to choose their path in order to be able to participate in the new events. The bug here is that you can see it (if you already chose your side) and that the 5 other events vanished when you finished the first one (although you would not have been able to finish all 6 anyway, because the last is literally "choose your path" - which you can't do again) so you would have been limited to 5/6 meta regardless (but you would have gotten a few Belana shards out of it).

The bug that you can't see the "Subprotocol Zeta" event (and potentially the one last week as well) is a completely different one.

You won't be able to continue down that event series, and the meta cannot be finished. Only new players are allowed to get all of the events and finish the meta. It's a bug that it showed to you in the first place.

If the princess pink squares hadn't been an issue for over 2 years I'd be wondering if it was a Barbie tie in. These are eye searing when playing the game in a dark area. Restarting the game is only a workaround for the first 2 weeks to a month. This has been an ongoing and worsening issue for sometime now.

I did notice that it decreased slightly in the last few months, and occasionally goes away when leaving the system and returning. But a half hearted attempt is not a fix. Last I checked coding is not horseshoes or hand grenades. Close isn't good enough.

Stop adding content no one has asked for, other than you Ferengi shareholders, and take the time to fix long standing bugs such as this. Otherwise you will lose your paying customer base. These long standing issues have forced me to go f2p. I doubt I'm alone.

All of the recent "hunter" events have a problem with the text description, like today's. It says to destroy hostiles while using an interceptor, but it doesn't score and the only thing that does score is destroying hostile interceptors (regardless of the ship the player uses). This makes more sense in light of the event name "Interceptor Hunter" but the text description needs to be updated to reflect the actual scoring. This has been a problem all arc long in the "hunter" events.

I reached Ops 38 recently. Everything I've heard and read online states that the ex-Borg faction opens up upon reaching 38 and completing the holodeck mission "We Are People Too". Problem is... the mission is not there. I gave it a couple days, just to see if maybe it'd appear after a reset (the Scopely article says dailies may take a day to appear, so I figured maybe that could be the case with the mission, too.)

I submitted a ticket and after several days of waiting, I got a response of "I see you need assistance with the mission: We Are People Too, not showing on your Holodeck. I checked with the team and confirmed that this will be available again in the coming arcs and I would suggest keeping an eye out for it." and then the ticket was promptly closed so I couldn't even respond, and now I get to wait another several days before I can attempt to escalate the issue.

Everyone I know who reached 38 before me (some only a few days ahead of me) was able to access and complete the mission and begin progress on the ex-Borg faction. Now I am left with a "some day in the future you'll be able to do it" and missing out on important research. This response is contrary to the article regarding unlocking the faction, and is absolutely unacceptable. Since the article regarding ex-Borg states nothing on this being available for limited times, and there have been no announcements that I can find saying the mission is unavailable, I feel like this must be a bug.

En route to work on dailies, the ship simply stops somewhere and goes to “awaiting orders” status. Yet when I select it and hit “locate”, it is nowhere to be found — and I cannot recall the ship, according to the game, “as it is already docked”.

But it isn’t.

This has happened several times over the last 20 minutes or so. 7min travel time, usually, from Federation space to a Romulan system.

Furthermore, when I exit the game a while and reload it, my ship has magically returned to the dock.

If you're autogrinding, you get about 1 kill per minute (rough average), so you need to factor that into how and when you do the autogrinds vs grinds that you want to benefit from.
If you're doing it all manually, then hats off to you, I fall asleep after ~200 hostiles even at my most awake 😂

Since the forbidden tech refine option stays active in the refinery even after you've unlocked it, if you accidentally misclick on it, you will be unable to unlock the other forbidden tech forever. Changes to any base stat happen prior to any modifiers. So if base rep loss is reduced 100%, then anything times zero should be zero. Right?

(base-rep - (base-rep * 1) ) * rep-modifier = ?

Instead:

(36,600 - (36,600 * 1)) * rep-modifiers = 56, 387

Basically, it's a net worthless for this research.

Descriptions should be altered. Tendis 70% bonus to hull is in my reality around 4%. Only a fresh account and Tendi on the Realta could see 70% boost but it is impossible to get Tendi until very late in the game. Descriptions are very misleading.

the franklin is an on average underpowered ship for it's displayed power level; added to that you're fighting "against the battle triangle" - battleships are designed to kill explorers; explorers are designed to kill interceptors, interceptors are designed to kill battleships - and mission bosses (yellow) aren't hostiles in most meanings of the word (so the seismic charge wouldn't apply)

We tried to start a formation armada, L50. The first two nodes would start but no one in the alliance was able to start the third node, it would constantly give an error.

We did receive this response from a CM though: I've heard that the formation chests are being added to accounts, but the rewards pop up isn't showing it. Can you check your rare tokens before and after the next formation armada and see if they change?

In Mitchum , about fifteen hours ago, I supposedly attacked another players ship. I did not, in fact I never pressed attack on anything in that system. I observed him leave the node, then attack a hostile from long distance. Then as I moved into the now empty node he took two long distance shots at me before warping away. He was near full at the time. I had no battle log of any attack, but he did. Please investigate.

I lead with a hey sorry man I'm not sure what happened and I clear localization and the cache and it smooths out it's a wierd deal when it comes and ( for me) it's been a sign to clear the local and cache a bit more often until the wonkiness levels out some days are just wierd in the game.
