it's honestly a flaw in the tracking system or its configuration. i really find scopely to be at the level of jr. high school hobbyist programmers, but even i cant necessarily criticize this issue

FT workaround worked for about 6 hours then stopped. Game is even worse now, crashes constantly. Popped a 3 day and brought all ships home and that took me 5 log in attempts to do. This is ridiculous. Really hope they fix this soon

Lots of game mechanics masquerade as their own when really behind the scenes they're an extension of an existing system. IE Bajoran buffs are considered research, as are artifacts. It's a lazy way to code and, as we can see, very likely to completely wreck seemingly unrelated systems.

Well I tried the work arounds and they do work for a few minutes. But still can not mine unless I redock ship to do a work around. So took off mining bonus and that ship is fixed. Still having issues with Ablative Armor that I purchased. Game restarting and ship getting stuck in battle. I clear cache and it sometimes stops restart issue but it comes back in 20 mins or so. I moved underdeck, officers, switched ships, and works for awhile but comes back. Getting stuck in battle tho I have NO work around. Just have to wait 10 to 30 mins for it to come out of battle. oh and hull health bar does not go down.

Getting reports now of people -- who don't have FT equipped -- getting auto warps from their own armadas. 1 a regular uncommon as soon as they started it. Another, 2 ships at once from an epic solo (which, they lost, of course)

Multiple events do not score correctly if at all, amongst them interceptor hunter, FT Hostile foremost among them. Another one is the mission key event is not scoring properly for many members of my alliance. I haven’t seen this many constant issues since the game was 3 months old. FYI Scopely your comp chest is inadequate for the impacts many people have been unable to do any basic progress in 2 days, so you need to think about how many people are going to quit over your apparent attempt to tell them we don’t care about players only money in the door

For anyone that has run into an issue with the most recent update we're sorry you having this experience and we have some community created work arounds for you to try as well! This is just a short term solution while we work on getting the fixes out to everyone.

Cannot mine with miner that has an FT on (can be resolved by recalling and switching two lower decks crews around)

Cannot swap crews (can be resolved by switching to another ship that does not have FT, changing crews, and then swapping back. Also, veriy all Q's Court Rewards are claimed and dock ship)

Crashing / kicked every 10-30 seconds (can be temporarily resolved by a complete device reboot.)

Option 2 - Remove ship from all dry docks (put in ship hanger) for 5 minutes and then take it back out again

Unable to unequip FT (Remove a bridge officer)

This could be the kill cap you hit. Were you grinding a lot today? The kill cap is 2000 NPC kills. Once you hit that, you have to wait till midnight Central Time for the kill counter to reset.

You can leave your ship in borg space for now, and come back later, after kill cap timer reset and you can start to gain nanos again

Bugreport: I finished the Intercepter Hunter - SMS already but for every kill i do afterwards i get the Milestone achieved message. Over and over...sadly i do not get perma extra loot afterwards 😄
And when i click on items i can click on ress/speed ups/loot chests etc but it wont change the window. If i close the window and was on, say, materials last, then it will switch to materials. If i then click on loot chests it only switches to it when i close it and open the item menu again

Da das Spiel so Unspielbar ist, bin ich echt sauer mal wieder reales Geld investiert zu haben. Mein Schild sollte noch 3 Tage laufen, wenn ihr innerhalb von drei Tagen euer vermurkstes Update korrigiert und mir eine Entschädigung zukommen lasst, lasse ich es noch mal durch.

I got 3 or 4 gift chests, I equipped a bunch of FT's, did some upgrading, found my game to be unplayable, came here to see what's up, and now can't afford to remove them. and my game is effectively unplyable now unless I want to toodle around in a realta and a few miners.

Started Q's test and won. Hull was displayed as full right after the fight on the all ships overview at the bottom an ship details. Next Q's test was lost with correct hull in battle details.

The pinned workaround goes all the way through a ton of stuff up to and including removal of the Forbidden Tech. I can assure you, by the time you get to having done that, it resolves all issues associated to the Forbidden Tech 😅

Q's assignment system needs to be reworked so the targets can only spawn in equal or lower level open space.
right now you have to be really careful with where your station is, as the targets can spawn in nearby inaccessible space(token space, missing mission space, level locked space, voyager's galactic superhighway systems, enemy alliance territory)

This is getting rediculous. Can 't even get on long enough to make a report. Keep getting the Lost Connection error with the green "Quit" button. Cleared Cache, restarted phone, tried on wireless at home, wireless at work, and cell. Game is essentially unplayable now. Started with intermittent crashes yesterday and now I can't even leave my base screen and it crashes.

Edit: Just checked pinned and am going to try the work around.

@earnest crest Still getting the “check your internet connection” bug even after removing all the FT items from my ships, if anything it’s now happening MORE often (it happened 28 times trying to do the Jellyfish brawl event alone), plus now when I reload the game it’s taking 10-20 seconds to switch from the interior view of my base back to a ship then a further 10-20 seconds to load in the system contents (ie other player, planets, hostiles etc), the cool-down timers on everything from cloaking to the Cerritos ability are no longer counting down the game has become almost unplayable and the supposed quick fix doesn’t seem to actually work anyway, what a farce

Two completely different scoring mechanics.

SLB scores points based on usage of Protomatter, Tier-up Catalysts and FT Reactors.

SMS scores points based on successful/failed upgrades of either UC, Rare or Epic FT.

Bases on your scoring, it appears likely you spent FT materials on upgrades of common FT from your FT Inventory (Ablative Armor or Tetracyanate 622 or Orion Seismic Charges), which has resulted in an increase in points scored for SLB, but no points scored for SMS.

Please take the game down for a full maintenance. Obviously the 3-4 hour did not work and it needs a LOT of issues fixed. Not being able to log in, stay logged in, errors up the rear, and then not being able to use the new feature (after spending all those resources) is annoying. Many of us did those new trials, upgraded, and now what? Are we going to get all of that back?

Hi, ive been having an issue since ive started playing the game back on 6/26, I submitted a support ticket but I figured since i havent heard anything so id figure id send it here… my issue is under the Field Training Ships section, i cannot advance to accept the rest of the steps, i have a screen recording from 6/27 but now all steps are ready for claiming but i cant accept any others than the first one over and over, its just a bit annoying that i have a thing to claim but every times the app resets i have to claim the first step every time. I tried playing on PC as well to fix it but still happened there as well (PC & iOS)

Kindly fix the bug that prevents ships from going to the armadas you personally start. They are supposed to go to armadas you start automatically ,not where you have to click on the join button for your own armadas . I’ve lost out on regular armadas that I’ve started because of this bug
