I have used the Universal shield time to do ALL of the stuff that has been suggested to get my Dock C unstuck... cleared localization uninstalled reinstalled the game restarted my devices for 2 days...still Dock C is still stuck...less than 24hr remaining will Scopley expedite the issues 🧐🧐🧐🤔🤔🤔if not I'll be seeking a return of $$$ spent on getting the 5th dock... seeing how I can only use the same amount of Docks my player level allows

Silly bug but on PC the bar that displays the % complete of experience for a ship level acts as a control rather than an indicator, i.e. I can move the bar forward and backward to any position I want.

Clearing localization might take a few attempts, or you can try changing language settings. The workaround is temporary and only lasts long enough to reactivate services.

If neither works for you, ask a different comm to try it.

I am on the most recent update of the game. When I go into Territory either through a specific embassy or through the Territory overview screen, I am unable to view activate services. I am a commodore and have been able to do this until the ASB update came in. Other members of my alliance have the same issue and it can take several days after a takeover for us to be able to activate services which means we miss out on the benefits of holding territory.

Starbase still crashes when first opened. Most alliance leadership cannot see territory services without a series of steps and the mantis grinding is still broken after months. Scopely isn’t fixing anything unless money is involved.

I think what really beat you here is the old kirk bug/feature, which applies much more strongly now with st una captain ability. The real powerful one in strike team is la’an with synergy, una and ortegas aren’t out of the range of existing crews.

Kirk bug doesnt set damage to 0

He increases the officer stats and thus increases the officer health percentage in most cases, giving you more hull.
If you do less damage than the amount of added hull, it looks like 0 damage, but looks just fine after the fight because Kirks extra hull got redacted

It goes beyond 0, into negative.
If tos kirk boosts damage by officer defense, he boosts negatively

--> 0 Damage

For me that simply is a great use of Emp-Georgiou. People found that so people use it.

Hello, since the incursion event from last month i've been trying to get the needed keys to build the subspace relay, and despite doing all the incursion events, no way for me to get them. In relation to that (i assume), the 75% build boost from incursion victory has never been activated for me, since i do not even have the two incursion-related exo slots in my exocomp page. I submitted a ticket on the scopely website chat and have a ticket number (#8341230) but I have only had automated responses with irrelevant information.

During the early part of incursions (server 112) the night before last, I decided to move to a lvl 15 system and shield as I was going to bed. I activated a 12 hour shield and 2 hours later I was attacked, the attacks lasted around 30mins before I noticed. My shield was still active when I came back to check. I have lost around half a billion of each resource. I also know I am not alone, as a few of my alliance mates have had the same or similar issues..

Usually what happens here is if you apply a shield then close the app there’s no sync done, so the client thinks you’re shielded, the server doesn’t; then you re-open the game and the shield magically applies.

If so, I would try checking out Event Viewer in windows (just type it into the start menu) after the game crashes, click "windows logs" then "application" and look for any Error's at the same time as the crash, and see if there is any information about why the game is crashing. If you struggle with this, there are plenty of YT videos explaining how Event Viewer works. The game doesn't crash for a lot of people, so I would try to find out exactly why it is happening on your system.

ok well that would definitely cause the game to crash.... now the issue is to find out why Unity is crashing...

Try re-registering the DLL file and see if that helps.

1. Press Windows + S key together to open Search.
2. Now type CMD and select Run as administrator.
3. Accept the UAC prompts.
4. Type in the following commands one by one and hit Enter:
   regsvr32.exe /u UnityPlayer.dll
   regsvr32.exe UnityPlayer.dll
5. Restart the PC

yes, this seems to be a common symptom of this issue... some are reporting it down to a CPU fault, but I would say thats in extreme cases

all I can say for that issue is to keep searching google for "UnityPlayer.dll failed" and trying what others have found to work.

@molten karma no worries, one last thing I just saw was to try updating Microsoft C++ Redistributables.... The easiest way to do this would be to follow this guys YT video: https://youtu.be/U76ZRIzBhOA and use the "upgrade installs" (with no boxes ticked) described in the video at 2:00mins.
This looks scary but is basically a super tech geek, making things work the way they should, the easy way for other tech geeks lol.

(also just so you know, this does not install anything, it just updates what is already there, to its latest version)

I also notice you are playing on BlueStacks, any reason you choose that over the official Scopely windows app? I have noticed in the past, that BlueStacks is not the most stable software and can come with security risks.

Until you join opposing server in incursion and then return home- suddenly ever msg you ever sent returns, and if like me you have been suspended for things you have said in the past- they even auto flag them and you get it again, double jeopardy from bad programming

These bugs have been months with nothing said about what your doing about it. Months and still the same bugs as when u launched it.

I should have known another cheap reskin of borg/swarm to actian would be bad. I mean u give us no word on any of this just cut and paste replys. Tell us what your doing about it and at least it might calm things down. It's so frustrating your farming away and the buffs just come and go and the purchase error message has been since day 1.

And the chat box up top keeps disappearing. The lag between screens is unbearable after 10 minutes online.

I never know if my ship is warping half the time it doesn't show me and I only know when it won't do nothing else. It lags so badly once u click return u can't stop it like u should.

What's the ETA on fixing the stuck ships? I'm no longer able to fill my mantis cargo since the actian apex hostiles are no longer spawning (a couple of weeks now) because they are stuck. Everyone who purchased a mantis deserves to get a chest with actian venom due to the opportunity loss.

The game got more and more unstable during the last half a year or so. Nowadays I am having constant time-outs and lags ...basically whenever I do anything in the shop or event windows. Joining daily events takes 30 sec per event. And there is a myriad of error messages popping up time and again (armadas supposedly cancelled, errors when buying stuff in the stores, ship icons appearing blurry, mantis buffs not activating, game just closes whenever I open the starbase window etc.). Not to mention that their events never seem to run without some kind of bug. They seem to have neither a debugging nor testing staff at all. It's a disgrace.

Is there any word on the Territory buffs just being spinning wheels? I know the change langiages workaround but it's a pain. I swap languages, activate buffs, swap back, half the time some of the messages are still in the wrong language and of course the refiery notifications are doubled requiring a restart. Uaually the partial wrong language is fixed with another restart or two but still a real PITA. And it has now been this way for a month.

Well, mantis research should effect the rest AFAIK, but if you have mantis cargo and protected research bonuses then your other ships would overstate these numbers in dock and that sounds perhaps like what's happening.
With the no PC though, might be that you have high protected instead. Especially at lower tiers it's very easy now to have protected cargo at least as much as total cargo 😬
Some screenshots next time though, we might be able to better spot which of the many known issues it is 😅
