If you haven't yet, submit a ticket. Sacrifice a chicken, or if you're vegan, maybe a carrot. Dance around 3 times clockwise, then counterclockwise (the order is important). Bake some peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and eat them only with alternating hands.

We only have 1 commodore that can get into the territory services regularly and they're also the only 1 in our alliance that didnt do the latest client update after that dumpster fire maintenance. This is the location sharing bug all over again, albeit worse. I also have a ticket in to support from that maintenance snafu that has still not been addressed. My dailies didn't score points and after waiting 10ish hrs it became obvious it wasnt a lag issue. Bugs are snowballing and support is basically nonexistent.

I have problem with the Assembly Medal Efficiency Research. I believe the assembly medal cost calculation after doing the research is wrong.

I have L2 at 12% and my team mate’s is L4 at 16%.
We compared costs of Isogen Scanners both not researched, I.e. same L0, they were:
821 == 12%
793 == 16%

But when you divide by 0.88 and 0.84 respectively the results are not the same (+/- 2 for rounding), therefore, the calculation is wrong.

Costs look fine.
These cost reductions are actually an efficiency increase, efficiency being express as output / input.
To calculate final costs you would instead do: base cost / (1 + sum of bonuses)
In this case the base cost is 920, so 920 / 1.12 = 821 and 920 / 1.16 = 793.
To work it out the other way you would take the displayed cost and multiply* by 1+bonus, so 821 * 1.12 = 920

The change is very slight, but if you look at mitigation at start and end (or really round to round) the differences are really too large to be rounding errors.
i.e. if you find a % that will work out for the first lot (51.01965% - 51.01967%) it will not match the last lot (51.04526% - 51.04528%). They are not interchangeable, whereas a rounding issue should show a common value in the ranges.
I've put the question to someone smarter than I, because I can't think of a reason why this should happen; can't get a double negative with these abilities and bonuses?

Description: i always find a differentce around 8K between the HHP on a scan and HHP on a battle report. Before i notice this i accidentaly crashed my vi'dar because i thought i had 8k hp left but in fact i had less than 1k....

1. if you're using Tendi below deck, lower deck abilities will overstate their bonus for most players, leading to HHP listing as higher than actual.

The stuck hostile issue is becoming an increasingly larger part of discontent. It is effecting every system.

Multiple players I have contacted have submitted tickets. But no response or action plan has been provided.

A short list, as an example, of effected systems:
Sol, Kronos, Romulus, all Actian systems

Some specific scout systems in fed territory and Klingon territory.

Again, this bug effects all systems. The issue is frustrating when the bug applies to a system with a “special” hostile that has a chance of getting stuck. Since the “special” hostile is only allowed to spawn 1x / system the stuck special hostile will not allow the system to spawn more “special” hostiles.

This issue has been happening for well over 2 years but has become more and more prevalent in the last few months.

From at least some of our experience, we have had some serious issues (in our case a lost starbase for 22 hours now) and no announcements of known issues and timeline/etc (certainly not in the official announcement channels which is over a week old). I tried sharing fact pattern of causes that could be the root of the problem in starbase channel but that is locked now suggesting uninterested in feedback on the starbase and issues people having there.

The absence of acknowledging an issue encourages people to report it. Just like anytime you see a fire, you are encouraged to call the fire department until you see them there. Never assume it has been reported by others. And by aggregating multiple reports in this case we can build a fact pattern to identify the source of the problem.

So if you compare your protected cargo after your unlocked it and after you unlocked it and use it, you will see no difference. Bonus already applied. "Never" shouldn't happen unless it's only been a few days since you sent the email. I'd suggest checking spam/junk folders as I've had their messages go there when I emailed them.

I’ve only used email in the last couple days as the in game has been helpful. I shifted to email per your and other suggestions. And “never” being the response rate to date is accurate. Definitely aggressively checked spam as I’ve been designated by my alliance to pursue this issue.

A few days is pretty rough response time for a serious issue as such for this new major content completely broken, burning our best laid plans and $ spending for the ALB to the ground, and throwing errors on most activities for all of our alliance members for much of their gameplay.

All of this in the context of no announcements from the team that this is being looked into. Feels like I’m screaming into the void on behalf of our alliance. I’d happily be chill and wait for fixes if I knew the team was aware and working on it. Last announcement is a week ago.

ASB error 26 issue is the one we have. Reported in email to cs 31 hours ago. Have attempted to share some root cause analysis from hearing from lots of others (dozens) about same issue but starbase got locked.

Thus why I was sharing, or tried to but locked channels, share that root cause for 26 error may be magnetic plasma systems with low/no planets available for bases given the error thrown and other folks reporting those specific systems as generating that problem. I.e. Pjem and Rator. Both of which super popular systems which rarely have a base slot.
