Hi, I noticed the game is pretty broken since the arc fall from hell. Is anyone working on fixing it? Doesn't r-e-a-l-l-y feels like it, you know... It's pretty broken af.

My ears to the ground mission is locked up. Since day 1. I sent a ticket. Still haven't heard back. Don't I need to finish it in order to advance in that event(complete missions and side missions) any one know how I can fix on my own? Scopely please answer

@spiral venture main event tab is "a certain station and wormhole(ims)" the mission set is lvl25 "Ear to the ground defend the rebel base" I'm stuck at the second part "fight of the trill ship" I killed it but it won't clear. And says ship in battle
S9 is having issues activating services in territories.

Both ships look stuck to me, you can state that in the email.

Same procedure as "stuck ships" then, just be clear to CS that you mean the hostile is stuck and blocking your mission progression.

@earnest crest the only thing I can find on a stuck ship is if it's mine and it says restart your game. I've done that already . I close the game out unless I'm playing. Am I not in the right spot ?

Has anyone found a fix for the hostile on Homefront Part 4 missions in Bajor. It had me in an attack loop for 5-10m then released my ship, neither destroyed, and it hasn't been attackable on any device for 3-4 days now. Been waiting in support to get back with me but they are overloaded.
Sounds like the same problem as above. I'd follow the procedure for stuck ships that's pinned. Instead of your stuck ship, tell them that the hostile's stuck and stopping you from progressing in your mission.

@earnest crest already did 2-3 days ago. Was hoping to find a fix here. The stuck ship instructions are for if my ships stuck. My ships are fine it's the mission target hostel that's stuck. thank you for trying to help

Spinning while trying to activate services can be "fixed" by clearing localization. If it doesn't work, try again. Otherwise, change language settings.

Clear Localisation 3-4 or 5 times.

Does anyone else’s game crash every time they try to look at the star base ?
Any update on the severe lag issue? Servers 201; 114, 158, 162 are still lagging for (on average) 60 minutes. As it’s about the fifth day, and an issue for more than one region (servers affected are European and Asiapac), could we possibly either increase the effort or (as I’m sure something is being done) increase the transparency? One feels rather like one is shouting into the void.
Do you mean the hasn't gotten the ops 38 restricted Dark Space mission that's required to unlock access to all of the dark space systems?
If so, are you able to get him to archive all of his missions and send in screenshots of the ones that are left (i.e. those that can't be archived)? Often people just overlook the missions leading up to it, so worth checking out his current missions.
He has gone thru all and scopely has put him to waitlist with the fix for it. As I want to say that Scopeley already knows that there is an issue.

There are 3 gold-bordered mission chains, one is combat training, another is buildings, and the last is the chain with DS unlocking. What is the name of the mission they are on for that last category?

How to disappear completely is not one of the 3 main chains and (at least at one point, could have changed since I guess) has a gold border. Looks like a Mudd mission chain.
I think there might be more, but hard to say. I was surprised to see them pop up in screenshots though.
This guy only has 2 gold bordered ones though, so something is definitely off. I've suggested they reach out to Eco.

@earnest crest hi, having an issue where I spent event currency on the Cryo weapon skin when it was 1 per 500 or whatever. Anyways, now I'm stuck at 72/75 with no option to purchase the remaining amount to unlock the weapon skin. I'm sure I'm not the only one who bought them before they became 5 for x amount, which means others will be running into this problem as well.
I don't see how you're stuck, it's for sale in this event store even. Some projectiles took months to finish, think my rainbow beam took 9m.

Usually I'd see the option to buy the item removed when the limit is reached, so having the screen at all suggests it should be offered still.
@earnest crest unfortunately didn't work. It doesn't show the red exclamation mark indicating a purchase is available.
What I think happened is I bought some Cryo shards when they were "1 for x amount" before they were updated to "5 for x amount" and the game thinks I've maxed out on the necessary amount of shard purchases for a full unlock.

Day six of near-unplayable scoring lag on Server 201. It takes an hour for any scoring to occur - scoring points towards events, scoring credit towards daily goals, and scoring points for chest unlocks from collecting daily goals.
It makes SLBs impossible and the rest of the game very un-fun - I spend more time combing my inbox for killmails to count how many hostiles I've killed than I do actually playing the game.
This has been happening on 201 and some other servers ever since the game came back up after downtime last week.
(Server201) No screen shots for this but, installed game on a Windows 10 Pro OS Tablet this morning. All updates completed, connected to my account via Scopely but the touch screen does not work for the game. When the keyboard is attached, the game works perfectly but not off the Touch Screen. Everything else on the tablet still recognises the touch screen, just not the game. How can I correct this as have several other games that do work off the screen???
So is there any way to restore an account that was admiral of an alliance to admiral of that alliance? Scopely kicked the account without explanation and all that hard work is now lost.
Server 65: It's been 8.5 hours since our territory defense, still no bonuses. Those things are expensive, if this goes too much longer I want compensation. This is ridiculous and been an on and off issue all week. It's also affecting game play because those bonuses are things we count on to plan ahead.
Touch screen isn't currently supported. I'd suggest you leave feedback on it to Eco.
You can ask CS if they're willing to do something, but Scopely just doesn't kick accounts randomly. Either something was done on that account, or they decayed through inactivity.
Clear localization and try reactivating the services. If it still doesn't work, repeat a few times. If still nothing, try changing language settings.
Can you define how to "clear localization"? And augh the language change is not a thing I want to try
Click this button in the General Settings:
The spinning circle inside the services menu is a common issue these days, and clearing localization can get it to load up so commodore+ can reactivate the services for your team.

@earnest crest Is there any update about when we can expect the scoring lag to be fixed? Seven days ago it was working fine; from last maintenance onwards it's been 100% delayed - it's not sporadic or occasional, it's all the time, on every scoring activity.

The scoring lag issue on your server's been reported. They're working on it, but I don't have any further updates than that.
Okay, that's good to know. Most of the responses we've had have been ... pretty dismissive, to be honest, and people are getting disheartened and angry. It's good to know that it's been heard and they're working on it.

@umbral nexus Pretty much a whole bunch of servers including my home server of 201 are gonna chuck in the game because of the lag and the very dismissive yeah we know and we're working on it. I've not been able to complete a lot of events and not gonna bother with buying the premium battlepass due to this and a lot of other players from our alliance and probably our server are doing the same.
Some updates and an explanation of what is causing the issue at the bare minimum. An ETA of a solution and an idea on how we will be compensated for this barely playable arc which was highly anticipated would go a hell of a long way to repair the damage.

@umbral nexus , do you have any news about fixing the bug which prevents us from managing the Territory Zones buffs? When the DS9 Arc was launched, the Territory management interface was broke. We cannot even see what buffs are provided by each zone we own. The UI gets stuck in a never ending loading phase.

Clear localization. Might be necessary multiple times. If it doesn't help changing the language helped for others.
This problem occurs on multiple devices: Android smartphone, Android tablet, Windows PC. Could there be localizations issues on all these devices.

Any Idea why i get kicked out of the Game on my Iphone 8 and 6s every 2-3minutes when chaning to another system or go to chat or even when screen shows another submenu? This is for month now.... i always hope the next update will fix this problem... but its getting more worse...
Server 49: same issue with the broken territory interface as well as too many corrupted images to count. Every item displayed whether in inventory or in event payouts is all jacked up. I mean people pay millions of dollars on this game. Put the IT team to work or for god sake hire some more people to fix this bs.
regarding supply chain antics: i got the "winner" notification on the last milestone 2 times so far, without actually having completed it. (on pc)
- 1st time when i killed a klingon supply ship that would have had enough loot on it for me to complete the event, but i did not have enough free cargo space to actually complete it
- 2nd time when a ship carrying loot then returned to my base
the event itself had the expected missing points, and the rewards were not paid out. just the "winner" notification and an a "collect prize" dialog that didn't actually pay out what it said it would appeared

Server 201 still experiencing 50+ minute delay in event scores registering.
133 allows you (if lucky) 15-20min active game play. It then locks up, you are forced to reboot and wait a further 3-5min before you can access servers max. In short - it’s still fecked

1 having to uninstall and reinstall just to get into the game because it stuck on repairing while trying to load
2 can't swap officers on ships
3 can't move ships
4 can't navigate out of mission, dailys stored mission screen being thrown out of game every so often

There seems to be a bug in Starbase Research. I was progressing along the tree quite nicely, now it say I need Assembly Chambers lvl 1 which we already have. That requirement wasn't showing first thing this morning for me but it only seems to be showing on new research nodes, not those already researched.
Restart game or if you view the chambers then go back to the research it will register

Our Alliance Starbase seems to have stopped producing collisional plasma, we've relocated the base twice in the past 2 days but there has been no change in production.
It wasn’t inactive. The player took maybe a week off from the game.

There are a bunch of servers that have issues with event updating so event updates are lagging several hours. Seeing as it's all non US server affected it doesn't seem to be a priority to fix

So inactive for a week still counts. They very recently purged inactive accounts so that player may have been caught in the sweep. Have them contact CS to reenable their account, and see about getting leadership of their alliance back. I'd use the email option in #👽-how-to-contact-support

There was no sarcasm there. I am serious. The lag is not as bad. And only for a few of the events. E.g. regular event "Latinum rush" is scoring normally.
ok.. I had to restart the game like 15 times within 30min after reset because during doing my daily stuff (claiming 24h chests, refinery, faction stores etc) I got time out error EVERYTIME I pushed the "claim" button

there are not - or at least there shouldn't be... the swarm attack just didn't get moved over to the "completed" events for some reason, which is why the "ticket events" tab also didn't move there
@small sapphire That was my usual strategy on Android. I switched to running the PC version using PlayOnLinux, works reasonably smoothly except for shortcut keys sometimes being disabled.
And on another laptop I have full Win 11 running in a VM, which is OK.

but after several restarts and clearing localisation it seems to work now. Every attack consume 1 of every exo now.
If the mantis exocomps get stuck again, you can unstuck them by manually activating them in the consumables tab.

For me, once I've unstuck the exocomps, the rest will auto-activate the entire time I'm there.
There's a limit on the number of buys you can do for some actions, this may remove an offer from the store.
I just spent 3 days of speedups and had critical for MBurnham and I had critical success and got away team only. I cannot believe this game.

I have sometimes the same issue on my second device. I guess you use the same account on all the devices? Make sure that the STFC programm on the tablets and smartphones or PC is completely closed and not suspended. Restart your device or computer. This should close a still half opened connection.

I mean is it lag or or issue with the event? I used Officer shards to get some recruit pulls and got rewards instantly, but when I used XP to level Officers I’ve been waiting over 2 hours now and no points with 500k XP wasted on this event.

so 24 hours they give themself but since weeks its mostly never between this time. so its to less persons cause mostly u need answer to 24 hour events (with bugs) or s.th. like this
if they tell answer normaly between 24 hours they should do otherwise they should work on there automatical answermail and write the true time 72/96 hours +

We've been building our Starbase for days and this is what MY game thinks about it. Added this to my ticket with CS. 😖😫😣 This is preventing me from starting some starbase researches that I should be able to start.
Still nothing on my end, also off topic of the event being discussed I noticed a lot of destroyed hostiles in exchange events are just stopping and not disappearing filling the systems with non targetable ships. Don’t know if this is something anybody else has noticed

There seems to be an issue with Territory Services. None of us can access the services, just get a spinning circle. We have cleared the cache and restarted the game with no change.
Keep clearing localization or try changing your language settings.

The first one is inferred that your spending credits on officers and it’s always been the same in other events of this style. What’s to compensate 🤷♂️

Spend credits for that event has always been for officer promotions. Nothing else
If a change had to be made in their writing on the page to indicate what the scoring was, for, that would mean for anyone, that did not know that’s where the faction credits should have been spent and they did not earn points because they weren’t aware of this. They should be compensated in kind. I’m not asking for anything special. All I was asking for was just literally to have the event completed since they did not indicate what the faction credits had to be spent on.

@dark siren clear the localication cache in the settings. Maybe you must do that more then one time but it help

I see that the US servers at least don't have lag but what about the rest of the world? 201 is still lagging and my alliance is no longer spending on the game. There is no point and so many are just gutted that you ruined the DS9 arc with these issues.

What level is your treasury building?
Treasury building level isn't a factor in lockbox quality.
If you don't need some or all of the contents in there, then just ignore it. Some players still want G2 for making envoys or hoarding for the eventual dock unlock at 39.

The pool is the ones available to draw from, not what you get.
Also works if u change languages back and forth. Works for a temp. amount of time
And it's not increased chances, as there is no Lorca offered without the refit. You gain the chance to earn Lorca shards (i.e. he is added to the pool of available officers).
Adding to the pool of officers isn't the same as adding to every pull.
Then definitely check the roster again because Lorca is already in the pool of officers without having the skin

A big +1 to this - an hour lag on any dailies or event updates is ridiculous, and is making the game extremely frustrating, I know there are people walking away (either until this is sorted or in some cases permanently) and many more not spending money they normally would... which you think would get Scopleys attention and reaction

Server 201 and half a dozen others (at least) have been having scoring lag since the DS9 update went live. Took 4 days before it was even acknowledged as an issue but even then all they do is close tickets.
my app has been stuck at 76% for the last 20mins now
Since the DS9 update, if my app is in memory when I go back to it, hangs on loading. I have to close it then relaunch it.
I'd reboot your router first. If nothing, then uninstall/reinstall the game.

Interesting that yours is 29 minutes. Ours is rock steady at 50 or so. I haven't timed it to the second though.

I just want to let you know that I just manually moved 75 players from one alliance to another due to your incompetence when you fixed our alliance after YOU had deleted it. We have sent countless tickets and your best is to tell us to uninstall and install the game. This is shameful. We have lost all our alliance rss. i dont think many folks have the liberty of playing this game on multiple platforms and checking like I did.. imagine a research event focused on the starbase tree.. and i cannot do the research on Android platforms.. only because I decided to try on my iPad i figured out the issue was related to only Android and not PC / iPad. What complete disregard to a player base / community .. releasing an update with so many bugs with the mindset, we can fix on the go.. we wont lose customer base because of this.. they are slaves to STFC..

It does get checked but Scopley only ever do 2 patches. 1 arcfall and 1 mini patch half way through the arc

In-game ship levels are still broken. This is while leveling my baby stella.
Its not a permanent solution.. you have to do it every time you see spinning circles in the Alliance Territory screens... its a "permanent" workaround.. hence the "clear localisation arc".. the problem will come back after a normal restart of the game...
What does the battle log say if someone hits you?
no one can hit !! because it shows the ship inside the base, but in reality it is not there !! I can't change ship, move station (says a ship is missing)

The Starbase AMS isn't counting points correctly. I upgraded a building and it only gave me ~3k points instead of the 10k it says it should give.

...I had 111 left. and I used thme to open another..the game literally paused and froze.. then I got NO rewards.. .it took my 100 tokens and didn't give me any rewards

Blocking will not remove messages that are visible in chat when you block someone unless you also restart the game. Is that what is happening here?

Blocking someone is for further massages, you keep olders ones. It help you also to see the one blocked if he change his name

Blocked function doesn’t work on any messages and it works by removing all messages old and new

the treasury was not showing the correct points for some time. it was at 0 again and didnt add points anymore...had to restart 2 times before the points shoed up again correctly

the gift was not received, not sure if this is because of the starbase_error_26 and the game not recognizing that our officers have a starbase.. non-officers can see it and what was upgraded, Commodore+ get the error, and cant see the starbase/any upgrades if we go to it manually it wants us to build another one.. we have each sent a CS ticket in (as others mentioned this has fixed it) however none have been responded to, and this has been happening since reset (6h roughly) so also affecting ALB events due to not being able to relocate/mine/etc.

If it keeps up I might just leave it lol this is getting old… reset is the same time everyday but now days you can’t actually play for a few hours otherwise scopley may say “sorry about your luck that your points didn’t score.. spend more maybe they will..” this is two days in a row my points didn’t count for a part of the game and for the first one the ticket I submitted they blew me off when I also added my part about the treasury..
“Clarification” is only those “affected by the issue” … we were ALL affected by the issue. I was trying to upgrade the station from event reset but since the game wouldn’t let me push a button I didn’t “score” any “points.”

When you use the cargo enhancement officers above and below deck you can never feel the cargo space that is indicated that you’re supposed to get someone you’re gonna fix this it’s kind of a pain that you cannot fill out to the cargo buff. specified
So whatever you did to fix the points scoring issues this morning broke the cardassian alliance chest pulls. Credits got removed but items never delivered, scopley can't do anything right ffs.
The abilities still work and provide the correct amount of extra cargo, the issue is that the display overstates how much space the officers are adding. In your case, 70.25k is max cargo with the correct amount of bonus applied, and you should ignore the remainder.

Its been two days and my ship is still stuck in a system. I've made a ticket. Wrote an email. I have no idea what else to do it has my best crew on it. I reinstalled the game tried it on my phone. I feel so helpless -_-

I requested from support before a detailed breakdown of all my active bonuses and re-searches and stuff so that I could calculate… But every time I ask for this even in regards to the refinery and other areas of the game they adamantly refused to give it to me 🙂

Yes. It’s like you got into a store and see you get 75.7k but they only put 70.5k in your bag. Visually you promise one thing. Reality you deliver another. Until I’m able to see the exact calculations of course I’m going to think it’s wrong and I’m pretty sure it is because if it was correct then it wouldn’t display 75.7 it would display only 70.5
If they gave you a formula, and an equation that shows 70.25k as a result would you believe that's enough?

An AMS and ALB will both require participation before you'd get the rewards. Make sure your members build something to contribute to the pts, even if the MS are full.

This is a common issue, see the pinned messages here for a workaround.

There is an efficiency calculation bug affecting the client where specific values of total efficiency do not work. A possible workaround is to change one of the parameters affecting total efficiency like:
Swapping in/out Discovery crews,
Upgrading your Disco's warp component, or
Increasing Cultivated Mycelium Jump Cost Efficiency research (Support tab, top row).
Maybe run it through Google translate if you need to.

You can pm eco about the ticket (including ticket number if possible) so he can put some pressure on the team to unstuck it

Anyone else having trouble with activating Territory Services? None of the Embassy screens for our alliance loads properly on EU-157 - on either Android or PC. The loading circle just keeps on spinning

My alliance had the same problem (now fixed). Open a ticket with CS to fix it.
Common issue, a workaround is to either clear localization or change language settings a few times until it works.

you have to first unlock the treasury before you can 'build'/recruit the rod - in the Officer Recruit tab
That's all done already, unlocked and all that jazz, have to find my own welding torch i guess to make a full rod

Stuck unattackable hostile in Boneshi is the Apex, so the system is way less useful for venom grinding since another won't spawn.

I installed the game played till I could open the settings menu > logged in with my scopely-id and I'm still on this new level 1 account. Restart didn't helped.
@umbral nexus Hi Eco, can you please ask them to take a look at the new station tab, on ios it crashes the app when you open the station unless you restart before opening it. I have done all the usual things on both my ipads and it still occurs 90% of the time. All ios updated, caches cleared both general and in-game local, nothing appears to stop it. Thanks. 👍

Actian apex in boneshi on s65 is still bugged. It's untargetable and a new one will not spawn while the first one is still there
It's been a week since the last update and still there is at least a 30min (or longer) delay in registering kills, event step completion, daily task completion, etc. on EU158. Its making the game almost unplayable. This is supposed to be a game, not another job. Fix the lag.
Score delay on server 158 is between 1 hr to 1.5 hrs …..has been like this since that that patch….

There's been a scoring delay of 30-60 minutes on server EU158 since the DS9 update came. No communication when it will be fixed, no compensation, nothing so far. I'm not going to spend a cent on this game anymore until you fix it.
Just did that. It didn’t fix the problem. Territory Services still won’t load. I checked for multiple territories.
Either do it until it works, or try changing language settings.
With respect, Territory Services has worked fine until the las last couple of weeks. The language settings couldn’t possible be linked to game functions (I would hope that Territory Services works correctly regardless of the player’s language or region). We bash on Scopley sometimes but no way they’d design a feature that only works when you change your language.
It is linked, in the same way clearing localization is linked. Choose to do it if you want, otherwise, wait until they perform a fix.
How are the bugs today?

It's technically not the language setting that fixes it, changing it does two things: flushes you cache and forces a reboot. It is sometimes the case that regularly clearing localization isn't enough, the device saves some info for some reason. Language settings forces the device to get rid of it to display the new language.

Android version .26740 August 31. My "Back" button in top left keeps graying out in every window, not letting me get out from chat, stores, etc... It is really annoying and playstore ain't showing any updates. I tried uninstalling, even installing from galaxy store instead, but no luck so far.
Lol. It fixed itself after a few restarts. The game is seriously messed up this morning. I’ve had to restart the app a dozen or so times apart from the issue we’ve been discussing. Hostiles won’t load as I switch between systems. Game freezes. Can’t open the ASB. It is like the game has a virus tbh.

I am still seeing extra Ultra chest pulls in lieu of an officer full pull (I assume). This has been happening for me for close to two months now across anything that uses Ultra tokens. I would rather have 30-100 shards over an extra 12 random ones. It's not a graphical glitch as I go through them all and have confirmed in my officer tab afterwards.
It usually does. I’ve noticed that lag is a regular issue that shows up. Perhaps there is a way for the game developers to improve the cause of the lag? It is usually harmless, but on a few occasions it has delayed last minute scores from hitting at the end of an event (in my own experience). I’m sure there is a back-end server solution to speed things up. Just something to pass along if you can.
This mission should specify a specific system. I have killed hostiles above level 10 in other systems and have not received credit.

Wrund System appears to be broken on Server 8. My ship goes there and is locked and I can't view the system. I restart my client and the ship is back at my base
just had Kor Na Ron showing corrupted data in the galaxy popup (correct), but decrypted data when i was viewing the system (normally incorrect). quit, restarted and now i see corrupted data in KNR again.
Also, it just ported my Valdore from deep space back to my base.....
