I'm trying to read through 20+ logs from yesterday ATM

Looking at STFC.space it seems that some of the level brackets for the event are 26 instead of 26-50. Probably a mistake when they set the event up..
28-31, 32-35 and 43-45.

Does exocomps from actians not working on mantis? From screenshot you can see that i killed one actian which supposed to increase amount of shots and still got only one shot in round 1 with next actian.

Is that known already and planned to be fixed this century?

If it bugs and doesn't auto-activate, you can usually unstuck it by manually activating them in the consumables tab of your store.

If you filter them by ability activation, you should find in all cases that kirk's ability only ever lists once per round. Filter will make it quick and easy to see.

I get no resources from npc opponents.
neither from the borg probes nor from swarm ships. Normal npc's don't drop tritanium or dilithium either. I also don't get ship-ep for destroying npc's. I completely reinstalled the game on my phone and on my pc. the bug is still there. Please help!

Maybe the plasma storms or harvester are buggy? We had a base in Godui and the harvester didnt collect anything. So we relocated the base to a plasma-node we took before (around 24h before) and it still didnt collect. Then we relocate the base to Foaiveb, where we never were, and now it collect. Did the storms have a maximum value to collect? There are no informations at the plasma storms

Deep Space Ordinance scoring is bugged. It says it's supposed to be 1 damage = 1 point AND 1 crit damage = 1 point. But this is scoring just like heavy hitter. If you don't get a crit, you don't get any points.

Suggestion for fixing the lag... do the same thing you did yesterday (I assume spawn more processes to clear the backlog) but then... leave them running! Honestly, It was very, very refreshing to have near live scoring in the 2-3 hours before event reset but it went downhill from there, really really fast. This game is not made to have a point scoring lag of somewhere between 15 and potentially 150 minutes (I'm tired of checking to be fair, also I have nothing easy to track time with at the moment) - there are leaderboards you can't even start to think about what place you are on now, etc.

I killed my 56 or whatever hostiles this morning for the "pvp" event. An hour later I got the event payout.
I did my dailies... those registered in twenty minutes (magic).
Mining? 30 minutes.

Those are the easy sums... the ones like hostile hunt where you're keeping tabs on level vs points and then the count isn't so straight forward... but sure, keep talking out your hiney mate 👍

Each you hit takes ram, slowing your device and gives out of sync connection errors.

Combat and scoring happens on the server side, scoring is then updated back to the client display.
The delay between scoring actions happening and the comms back from the server are the issue, which we know is done by a push event because ALBs etc can update themselves without the player taking any scoring action.

You are talking out your bumhole, and I am thoroughly glad, if a little jealous, that your server is not suffering the way ours and some others are right now. But it is a bug in comparison to normal-to-date behaviour

Cargo capacity glitch? My alliance just noticed a big discrepancy from when a survey is docked to outside of station. I noticed it the other day with La’an belowdecks and figured she was broken like everything else, but my other ships too???

There is some kind of bug related to eclipse armadas. Currently experimenting with the cause, but when the armada countdown ends, shows ships as "in battle" inconsistently for 10-20 seconds, but no battle occurs, no battle report, no damage taken.

Currently suspect Kira might be the cause. Launched 3 armadas with her on a ship, all failed to launch. On the 4th, took her off my ship and the armada preceded like normal.

Lag is kill the game, events scoring either is extremely slow making it impossible to actively complete in Solo Leader Board or points are never applied. This needs to be fixed. No fix, no money!

We are able to turn on our territory buffs by promoting an alt that had not updated to the latest patch. That account could see them.

Seems if you have updated your app you can not turn on the buffs so find a player who hasn't and promote them temporarily to turn the buffs on.

2. Randomly, a system will zoom in and become stuck at that zoom level. Have to reboot game before I can zoom back out.
3. I typically play zoomed out completely. When you go into menus, after exit, it zooms all the way in and I have to zoom back out.

I've heard there's been scoring issues with events.

2 Days ago, (maybe it was 1 day ago; 09.09 or 09.08), I joined all 3 daily rep events. Then I started the upgrade of Def Plat A which at my level cost 4b par or more (and 4* mats). I got no points for the mats spending.

AND. That officer event that has Sisko on it. Nothing has been scored on there (particularly from the Def Plat A).

Already put a ticket into Scopley about it.

Is there any info as to what causes the constant game crashes on IOS? I am getting really sick and tired of this. I’ve always had random crashes, but it crashes every couple of minutes since DS9 launch and almost every single time I try to do anything for territory or the alliance Starbase. And before anybody asks…yes, I’ve already cleared the cache on the IOS, cleared browser history and cookies, and cleared the localization for the game.

I think it is a memory issue. When this happens I restart my game by exiting, force closing it, and then opening again. Then zoom works for a while... 👍

Easy fix to the lag issue, give us a way to get rid of the massive amount of useless inventory we have for something we can or will actually use and it will free up a ton of database space. Less data to retrieve for each account on each server = less lag

The “Marketplace” which was on the original station layout would have been the perfect building to serve that purpose. Originally buildable at level 50 was removed from the footprint after the level cap was raised from 39 to 50.

Chrysalis instant exocomps unreliable and lousy. The server service running then constantly going down! I tried using them today. First run no problem. I’m having a bad day. First I killed over 2000 hostiles and have to wait for next day reset. I killed hostiles straight for 10 hours. Now at the end I noticed the XP gained was not working. I check I number in gauge and it’s no moving. The next day. Game reset and I still get no XP. I just hit 30 hostiles for dailies. I usually get PVE chests. I didn’t get a one. I also hit 2 Rom Scouts. Again I didn’t receive no points at All in the PVE chest. So clearly something is wrong and a couple in my alliance say the same thing. It’s not working.

For addition to CassianDs report for server 162. Any scoring be it in events or for dailies has serious lag. But the “normal” game play doesn’t have more lag then usual.

To me that means that 1 in 20 pulls should be a lucky one. However, in the past 6 months I've performed more than 20 pulls and I haven't got a single lucky chest. Not one.

Each of the pulls are independent events with a 5% chance of being lucky. It's like rolling 20 on a 20-sided die. Some people will be successful with just a few rolls, but others will take dozens of tries. With hundreds of thousands of players, someone is bound to be very unlucky, and in this case, that player is you.

Espionage event lag is more than an hour. Dailies same, and also not scoring correctly e.g. have to destroy 2-5 more hostiles then listed, sometimes a lot more.
I am keeping tally scores now using a third party app.

Awesome work fixing the purchase notice on the mantis all the time in actian space, and the pink mines, huge lag after 5 minutes online, the terrible times between useless screens like helps.

There still all here it's ridiculous been like this for months on most bugs. Not counting when I enter a system sometimes it's blank. Or the bug where u can't select a system. Or the magnifying bug which I still get.

You probably logged out straight after putting on your shield. Server was probably desynced from client so on your screen you did shield but the server never received it

Try restarting after putting on a shield or doing something like sending a help. It should sync back up

Cerritos Refinery stuck at T3 despite upgrading to T4 over a week ago. Waited until the cooldown when it didn’t reset and ran another refine at T3 (just for testing) and it still didn’t change. Been unable to do the refines for the last week because it’s a waste to do T3 refines when you’re on T4 due to the increase in costs to upgrade.

@umbral nexus Friday after new events started I did a major weapon upgrade for my Newton, spending 7k rare and 17k uncommon G4-materials. Did not receive any points for it in the recruit-event. Filed a ticket with support around 19:00 CET, provided details and screenshot. 4 more updates since then. Still (sunday evening now) no answer whatsoever 😡. I also upgraded 2 buildings, 1 more weapon-upgrade and some research, place 6 now in event. However, the points from the first upgrade are still not counted.

The Supply Ships in this section of space, is where you should be able to obtain plundered cargo. And your cargo hold needs space to fit it in to count.

The rom/kli sides both have the level 31 ships you're looking for.
