How about a refinery option for blueprints? It doesn't take long before building, maxing, and scrapping isn't really worth it...Why not let us refine them into either other ships or a material for other ships. Especially when we get extra copies of ships we can't scrap and only want one of

Mycelium Nodes are way too small. Can we have some larger nodes so we donāt spend all day stocking by moving miners every minute. Itās just dumb
We now have 60k Decoded Data nodes but still only have 4k Corrupted Data. How about making a system with larger Corrupted Data as well. Also could you add a hotkey for attack for PC users? Its a pain when you have to mouse over the Attack Button every time you want to attack. We have a lot of hot keys now but attack would be good. Another, is it at all possible to map several keypresses into a single key stroke. Similar to World of Warcraft...
also - a hot key to zoom in or out - rather than the dang mouse

Please do something about Intrepid Explorer SLB. My bracket ops levels are too low to earn the new artifact so itās just a battlepass completion event at this point. Can you please award 1st place rewards to all the ties. Yeah it will be double-digit ties but itās not the playerās fault how you designed this SLB.

can we combine speedups into a global "minutes of speedups" by type? so can we can apply bulk with less clicks? or use just 1 or 2 when we only have 30s?
I suggest scopley comes up with events icons ( the same every time, like research icons) that indicates that you canāt score unless a purchase is made. Also they should come up with an icon that indicates that you canāt finish the top milestone unless a purchases has been made.
Also fix the action icons - slime and nitrous are way too close in symmetry/ style. This is just gawd awful design. I would have never approved these. So many ways to make them better, working with your limited resources - I would just go far a different geometric shape on one of them.

Weāve been asking for this since the beginning. Any events that require joining, and require currency (e.g. tickets or tokens) to join the event, should display how much of that currency we have left on the same screen.
We already have similar functionality on AT assignment screens, when we have to use star charts to start an assignment. The star chart count is on top of screen. And that was something we had to ask for, because initially it wasnāt there.
I have 2 suggestions.
Suggestion 1 I have said before and will say again Fix The Game ever since part 2 of voyager arc started I have had constant game crashes and major lag.
Suggestion 2 please stop running pvp events that every single system scores there is always lots to do in game events and everything we have to grind if pvp is in every single system it makes that impossible pvp events should only have specific systems that scores like you have done before why change that now it just makes the game annoying if every single system is at risk because of a pvp event.
I have two suggestions to make. a) do big mining events during incursions, that will force either mining discreetly or mining protection strategies. b) Isolate a server and run all events on it one week ahead of time, it will help debug and spot exploits.
Suggestion: set a standing rule that any Scopely employee that suggests some form of flash event gets dope slapped and sent to buy coffee and donuts for everyone else. Flash events are actively aweful.
Obviously, since I referenced that, as well. Doesn't change the fact that the architect shards should have more detail instead of forcing us to hunt through layers of menus
Itās intended that way so that you can choose whether to enter the event or not. Someone already has all the ships, has the research done, and already has the refit, they can help their alliance and not take away a place on the board.

Please add another system where you only find Hirogen enemies but also so that you can shoot down these ships with OPS level 35. It is extremely difficult to collect Hirogen relics if you are not strong enough to shoot down a 30m Hirogen ship.

Your theory seems to be that the goal of raiding is to empty the base. The amalgam isn't for emptying bases, it's for getting meaningful rewards from raiding overstuffed targets. The "get em empty" strategy goes out the window once they get billions, unless you have 20-30 players on it.

Daily Event SLB Brackets need work. It is literally impossible to compete in Station, Research, Officer XP, Ship XP, etc. when I am OPS 28 and I have to compete all the way up to 48+, especially with the narrowed rewards only being top 10. Making the brackets sized based on number of active players and levels on the server. For instance, when there are 50 active players or so in a range make that a bracket. I get that if there is only one 48 player you wouldn't want them to just be in a bracket by themselves, but when we have 100's of active 28+, we can do better than just being in one large group. I used to plan & save up to win SLB events and enjoyed it a lot, then I upgraded to 28 and realized no matter how long I save I won't even place in top 10 against players who are getting way higher scaled rewards to feed into the event.
Add some pattern buffers to mission rewards for leveling up Ops. With level-locked missions like the current Voyager arc missions, players that are too low a level today still can't unlock them in the future unless they have pattern buffers.
Short and simple - please add the ability to jettison (= destroy) cargo in space without having to dock at your station to drop it off.

I agree completely, but they will continue to do this. Thankfully, most of the recognized alliances on my server all agreed to follow ROE and chose a system to do pvp at.

T2 I have 35k with cargo officers, not done the research yet. T1 is shocking cargo capacity for a "miner".

The reason I ask is, I make more rss than I need, and I like to donate it to lower level players, problem is, there isn't always a friendly larger player on to crack my base, but an option to drop shields, etc, would help
Any pvp hit will drop your shields. Your problem concerns disabling your turrets.

The two missions listed in the Bajoran faction store (Imbalance and A Galaxy of Opportunities) are not anywhere to be found (stfc.space, Kelvin Memorial Archives). I suggest they be added to the databases. We'd like to know whether they are worth the Bajoran Credits.

Re-purpose the Field Training UI to show the story line for the arc. Dates, Story, Mission, Rewards. Presents a throughline for the arc and easily track your progress
Suggestion: Territory should reset every two months or so. It would make for alot more awesome battles after it resets and everyone is scrambling for territory again.
You can fight for every territory once a week, no need to reset. Your great battle problem is solved
Yea but tell me most of the territory on your server doesn't stay pretty static and stable most of the time.
On our server itās stable because nobody wants or care to fight for them anymore. Players without territory joining alliances with territory for a short visit and benefit from the resources ( jellyfish mostly). I think it would be better to add new territory ( deepspace perhaps) so the bigger alliances move out the one we have now and it would free them up for the smaller alliances. Perhaps deepspace territory with 4 and 5* nodes instead of the 3*.
Suggestion: I'm a solo player, and there's currently no route in game for a solo player to unlock the armada control center, outside of joining a larger alliance. I looked for a pack to buy to allow me to unlock it and found there is none. would love a path in game to unlock or even just making an ACC unlock pack available to buy in game. would love to be able try out the solo armadas and not having a route to unlock the solo armadas as a solo player just does not make sense.
A 10 second delay on ALL pvp attacks needs to be implemented to allow us time to recall. people have been bypassing the attack notification for years by flying right up next to a ship before attacking, this needs to be fixed.
id argue the other direction... and im usually very one-sided on protecting miners etc from a RoE standpoint. In this case, I disagree with requiring a 10-second delay for attacks. I dont think it is warranted. š¦ if someone can sneak right up next to you, he should be able to attack in 1 second, etc
It's a deliberate exploit to negate a game function. It needs to be fixed. I'd also accept instantly going to warp on recall rather than having to wait for the 5 second timer. level 60's can corss an entire system in that time and differential lag means they can often pull your ships out of warp even if they do manage to recall on your screen.
sorry.. still disagree. its not on scopely to protect your ship at all costs. and I dont see that anything is broken in that regard... no exploit, etc. If you see them coming in time, you can recall successfully (and I have on occasion).
This is the suggestions channel, not the antagonize other players over theit suggestions channel. bypassing an intentional game design is an exploit by definition. It's broken and it needs fixing, end of story. If you have a suggestion or something constructive to add to the suggestion go right ahead, otherwise take your arguments to another channel where that sort of thing is warranted.

i dont see anything wrong with how players are "bypassing" the attack notification. its not scopely's job to babysit the players... the game originally didnt have shields for stations and so u had to watch ur base at all times. Thats been "fixed"... Utilize that function if u dont wanna be attacked š

When Cerritos buffs a ship, can it also change which ship you have selected to the one you just buffed? My Cerritos is very happy to buff a ship then run straight for the target rather than staying put and watching the fight unfold
You mean like the monthly Jelly event? Or Armada rewards? Or terrority? There's plenty of f2p possibilities to get the Jelly, just requires some patience. Its also useless nowadays.

Also need a ship maybe reliant or Enterprise from Wrath if Khan and its ship ability is self destruct. The self destruct will damage anything with in it radius station, ship, platform, hostile, even ship in your alliance. As ship lvls up the radius gets bigger and damage lvl goes up.

1 sec? I just wanted to hit a base I already reached and was parking next to it. Hit attack and certainly my ship was just getting out warp entering the system. Now the travel time is 56 sec to the base, i have send the ship 4-5 min earlier to it. So neither 10 or 1 sec is certain because scopely stewed up their coding with last update and todayās update didnāt fix anything
typically when that happens, its a bug... restart the app and it should clear the issue... but obviously scopely has something wrong... also... in the last few days there has been a client update, so make sure you are updated too so you can see all the newest bugs, as the developers intended. š
When switching between phone and pc, the notifications for private messages reappear. If it has been a few days since I have switched platforms it takes a long time to clear the pips. Can we get a "mark all as read" feature? Thanks.

I'd like to suggest that once an alliance initiates in Armada in deep space that the system becomes visible to players selecting it. The way it is now is very frustrating because you have to send your ship to the system blind and then find the Armada after it arrives. Given how long this can take depending on the players' level this is conflict with the reality of real life and playing a phone game. Essentially, you have to pray that nothing happens in those 10 minutes you're flying there that might take your attention away from the three minute or so window you have to find and go to the Armada. We should be able to see the Armada once it has been called and target it properly.

I like the idea of a belowdecks officer that has warp range extender. This can be either as a percentage or a flat number. Whatever works best.
Even just a separate category would be helpful, just lump the directives in with the credits if you have to

SUGGESTION For Armadas that are located in Deep Space, If one of your Alliance mate is already in the system (which you need to, to start the Armada anyway in DS). Joining mate can open the system like normal, and directly join the Launched Armada.

Option to hide certain officers from the lineup so itās quicker when crewing a ship. Iād hide 85% of them because they are utterly, utterly useless.
It would be great and exciting if Scopely makes Territory more interesting again. It's stale and boring now. Alliances effectively sit permanently and the odd swap occurs for the past two/ three years now I think.

In much the same way that using a Hailing Frequency snaps to the ship using it.
Here's an idea since Scopely loves introducing new researches all the time. How about a research that allows you to permanently reveal some deep space systems? Kind of like how there are researches and mission to unlock superhighways. You can base each level on warp ranges and each level increases the reach. You can even separate it based on faction control and have faction rep be required at certain levels. This would leave systems like the Gamma and Delta Quadrant dark.

Please make an option to collect all daily tasks at once. The game is very slow and pressing one by one when you have 10 or 15 to collect, may take forever.

Well I think that itās not just cuz there are so many Armadas in the game, but that with the exception of maybe Muddmadas, you guys have never gone back and made any improvements/fixes to the old Armadas based on feedback.
DS Armadas, for example. Every time thereās an Event that involves FKR Armadas, you can hear the teeth gnashing from every Ops40+ player cuz the spawn rates are so agonizingly slow for Rares and downright sadistic for Epics. Weāve been asking for years for a major buff to respawn rates. Whatās the holdup? Did it ever occur to Scopely, that they might sell more Armada packs if it were easier to find and launch Armada targets that were actually desirable to playerās?
Solo Armadas, Expansion Cubes, feedback was given to make them more enjoyable, so far nothing. This I believe also contributes to āArmada fatigueā, especially among your more active players. Thx š

Give Armada tokens and credits a category so they aren't mixed in with all the left over event stuff when looking in items.
As long as Tal is a thing, I expect we will never see a Burning BDA as you could run PBTal with burning BDA and nuke any opponent in the game.

My suggestion for improve the game is a "Collect All" Button, which collects ALL possible daily chests! No one will collect Optical Diodes and skip the Nadion Supplies then. Also nobody will claim the 10 Min chest and skip the 4hrs/24hrs chests (maybe you should exclude the 7d/30d chest on this).
To get ALL the daily chests (include the refinery/faction ones) cost at least 10-20 Minutes each day where you do nothing except refining or collecting chests. This is truly annoying tbh.
Also a "Start Now" Button on Armadas would be a great improvement (on Formation Armadas the Armada will instantly start when all 3 Leaders have hit the button)
When two miners go for a mine, the second one sits on top of it not mining. Could you please make it that the second one moves automatically a bit away, so the mining player can reset the node normally and not click 5 time to hit the spot where the mine is?

@gusty jasper @cold escarp how about a catch-up events, as a returning player I know some other low level players that feel like they miss out on the water content but if you rush to the higher levels your severely underpowered, and the drip for the specialty ships impede your game progress. How about running an event to get all of the sub 35 players caught up to 39/40/41 before 6* drops

I am a little at odds with the $99 Voyager upgrade package. At T3, you should be able to upgrade more than two modules on the ship. That is ridiculous for $100. Just pointing it out. I have had the same issue with other ship upgrade packs as well. It should scale with your level and at least be worth more than two days of grinding effort
But I would be more tempted to buy more $100 packs if I was trying to keep current not just catch up

That might actually cause me to quit the game. Iāve spent the last 4 years, as a mostly F2P player, to get to ops 39. To suddenly give everyone below me to catch up to me for basically free would be a huge demotivator to continue playing this game. Thereās a balance between pushing and pacing and an event like that would completely throw off that balance.
My game suggestion is to let us see who stung us so we can exact some payback.
I mean this is slowly happening naturally, I played the game for a year back in 2019 and it was a grind to level up, and the piece is quickened especially with battle passes and power creep. I'm not sure how it took 4 years to get the office 39 as I'm already up 31 in 6 months as mostly free to play.
I agree, it does happen naturally. Over time, game makers make it slightly easier for newer players to progress at a faster rate than older players were able to. Thatās why, in my opinion, it isnāt necessary to push everyone up to a base ops level. As for how fast or slow it takes to progress, everyone moves at a different speed. For me, I do my dailies and events and donāt spend a lot of time doing extra hostile grinding. I bought one extra research queue and one battlepass. Add that up and you get ops 39 (almost ready for 40) in four years.

With regards to the bookmarking of systems and planets that you create, I would find it helpful to have the ability to drag and drop them into whatever order I wish to make them more useful when I need to use them. Currently when you create a new bookmark, it is saved to the top and you cannot rearrange them. Thanks
The Treasury is little more than a cash grab. $100 for a Desealing Rod or waiting a year to get 4k broken rods is an absolute joke. I just spent a day grinding hostiles, hoping that I could get the Treasury Lockbox to help push my ops to 39 only to have the rug pulled out from under my feet by the cost. The unmitigated greed and catering to the Whales is why I quit almost 2 years ago. Now I'm so far behind the curve that I struggle to do missions at my level, let alone progress.

I suggest that you improve your customer support. This will definitely help you retain more paying players and encourage them to spend more.

Could we get the armada links appear as a button in the chat? On mobile, when you click you more often than not get the players profile options even though you're not clicking anywhere near the name. Or open up the player pop-up only if you hit the avatar.

Ok Big suggestion, how about the next Arc bringing in a new Building called 'Ferengi Trade Centre' which will let players trade all those spare items in their storage and leftover event credits for items of use. To upgrade the building you would need to hunt the 'Assimilated Ferengi Miners ' which would drop upgrade items. In new systems of a higher lvl than already exists which currently drop raw latinum. The trade centre would only be available one day every week. And the returns on trade would be dependent on building lvl.

I recommend a condition for attacking Survey Ships. Whenever a Survey Ship is destroyed, a penalty to the point base of the Faction they are most ranked in would be calculated. Set amount of penalty pending whether it was Under Protected Cargo levels and a lesser for being Over Protected Cargo levels

Hereās a pretty simple suggestion, honour your Terms and Conditions! In 2021 I reported multiple instances of account trading on our server and nothing was done and conversation closed with support. Skip to 2023 and same accounts and many more are still trading (unless you think someone can jump from lvl44 to 55 overnight through grinding). Reported it again and nothing, conversation closed. If you enter into contracts with players under those T&C and money is exchanged then I suggest you honour your contractual obligations. Fleecing players constantly with āadd-onsā is bad enough but at least let us play on an even playing field and act on breaches of T&C
How about offering a 30+ day peace shield that doesnāt cost money?? Can be bought wae credits etc like the smaller peace shields? Allow people to take a break from the game when itās getting a little bit too much or stagnating at higher levels!

I would like it that if I click on an artifact fragment I can see what the artifact's effect is. E.g. increases XYZ efficiency etc. This way I don't always have to go to the artifact tab
When a player is out of a given base shield option like 8hr shield, and taps the option, the game takes them to your pay store, suggesting they go buy shield packs. Please instead have this route to the alliance tab where players can freely purchase additional shields with alliance currency.

I use my Multiphasic for Syndicate Exp and mainly save them for the Syndicate exp events. So I greatly appreciate the multiphasic credits.

Big issue I just got aware of - Field Training, Station category. Donation part needs to be adjusted or removed entirely because donation costs is scaled by alliance level, which can be extremely off-putting to new players that join a top alliance

I would like to decorate my ship. Last game, a ship skin was, say 10 bp to unlock. At 20 bp, the bonus went up +X %, 50 BP +X % and so on scaling up.
I would like to trade in all of the extra event tokens which are of no use now.

Hi I have a suggestion, Iām a lvl 29 player, I was attacked by a lvl 44 player 99 times. To allow a player that much higher attack another 99 times, it makes me not want to play because of the amount of time it happens.
Was it an attack on your ships or a base raid? Cause if they are raiding your base you're going have on average 100+ attacks from the same player.

No one says it is fair, but it is how the developers decided to do it, i honestly don't like it anymore than you do. just try and practice good shield discipline. So if you are going to be off game for a few hours try and set a shield to cover that amount of time and try setting an alarm for when your shield drops. Many players have tried to get scopely to alter the pvp levels so that players that are ops 42+ can't attack those that are below ops 34, but again just try and practice good shield discipline, move your base whenever you can so you aren't in the same system on the regular, and you should stop having as many issues with getting raiding.
There needs to be a recycle depot for old content to be used for something new and usable. Need sourcing for any and all Officers that r included in game. The officer shards we get from the webstore needs to be upped to 5 or more, 1 shard at a time is painful. Include ferengi, ST, in there respective refineries. Revamp the doommadas to include sourcing for the tos officers with there own refinery option to further it along. Some type of research to reduce the cost of dvor/feesha/vidar/talios parts and/or increased parts in refinery. This game needs a massive overhaul b4 any new content rolls out. Or some of the Old content can we added to the Artifact building, like shards if u weren't able to spend that currency last few arcs. Need Commander events back. More slb/sms/alb for the multitude ship skins/torpedoes. Increase faction rep/credits for the faction hunt events. Increase faction credits for the daily faction spend event.

The PvP range is just an idea.
It could be 5 or 8. I'm OPS 37 and can easily handle OPS 43
But a OPS 56 able to attack 37 is too big a range

but that isn't fair tho, i say, it should be 7 lvls up, or down

The "unfriendly" tag has been known to cause issues from time to time, largely due to the fact that it is the same colour as the "enemy" tag. A simple solution, change the colour so that it is a half way point between the "caution" & "enemy" tags.

It would be nice to have a ādump cargoā option when your cargo bay is full. You can select a specific resource to leave behind to make room for other stuff. The ādumped cargoā would then be left behind for other players to collect with a tractor beam.

A slider for the number of chests to open would also solve this and make it easier for everyone who hasn't maxed out the standard rectuit chest too.
I'd be more likely to check the store for the mission keys if I didn't have to sign in every single time. I get that it's a security thing, but maybe require the password before a purchase and not before actually looking at the store?
what really takes it in the nuggets is that you can actually do it without paying them... but you have to wait and see when the 12th 30 day chest has been claimed to see if you can actually Refine the Broken Rod parts into one Desealing Rod.

This is an example of something I see in this game a lot, overcharging for more chests.
If one chest costs 1000, then two should be 2000, and three should be 3000.

I have a radical solution to server lag. Just render the red hostiles on the clients. I do not see other players yellow hostiles so that should be an easy fix.
Release officer sourcing information when officers are released. That way we can make informed decisions on how much important the initial release is for acquiring officers. For example, how will the voyager officers be sourced in the future? Will Janeway and others come relatively easily from a ship based loop like SNW? Will they be sourced from a regular pull, like TNG but with key officers excluded, like Picard, or in this instance, Janeway? Will they be sourced sporadically (or nearly never) like strike teams?

Give the ability to upgrade a building more than one level at a time. I.e. I've just unlocked a new Dock through research and having to go through upgrading it 48 times one after the other is incredibly tedious.
The entire Voyager loop is going to fail unless you increase the spawn rate of rare anomaly nodes, actually have chests drop from bioships (ive done the 5000 kill field training and not a single delta quadrant borg coordinates), and jesus . if we have to mine endless amounts of useless uncommon anomaly, allow us to jettison cargo⦠you are basically crushing people by this loop - to get to a fluidic system, to mine stuff they dont want or can get another way (yes hostile shooting is the best way to get large amounts of uncommon and biotoxins) then when their tiny cargo bay is full before a rare spawnsā¦ā¦they might as well leave. rendering the token wasted

With how much the Formation armadas scale up from 35 to 40, they really need more systems that have level 35 formation armadas. Right now it's hard to get a spot and they are taking a long time to spawn.

I like being challenged. I like having to think about crew selection, ship choice, team setup or other things. I don't like being bottlenecked during events because there are two Formation Armadas for 70 people. Same applies to Apex Thursdays - there is simply nothing challenging, fun or engaging about having to look for Armadas like a madman and be the first to click them, like a game of Whack-A-Mole with a Star Trek theme. This is, simply put, frustrating and adds absolutely nothing to the game except for another horrid timesink, making grinds even more frustrating.

I have a genuine gripe and something that has pretty much ruined the game.
The strike team crews have taken away the fun of trying to figure out creative crewing.
Everyone just slaps strike team on and then that ship is ridiculously over powered.
Then uses strike team vs strike team it's then down to research and power, where is the creativity in that š¤·.
Still really annoys me, I spent a long time learning crews and doing the math to see what is better etc and now its pretty pointless.

It's obvious that the holodeck pattern buffers real money makers, even to the point where they aren't the main focus for the bundles that contain them. For players with unplayed holodeck missions, could you occasionally include some in the 24 hour chests? Maybe 100 at a time, make them fairly rare but still obtainable with enough playing time.

Scopely don't care about the gameplay and more about making cash, I understand it costs money to run a game but never the less instead of churning out crap release less but make it more refined, give the game a overhaul remove a lot of the pointless systems, change the ress mines to 4*/5* mines, give us a second scrap slot at ops 42

Scopely's sole purpose is money, is only money. All their novelty, all their functioning revolves around that. One more proof, the price increase of all packs below 100ā¬. No justification from them, no additional additions. We are cash cows and people continue to buy in droves.

@cold escarp @gusty jasper I have a suggestion for how you can make us hate the Directive 010 event even more than the nonsense with not allowing us to hit stations: Allow us to hit any given player only once. That way may you really force PvP. Or force us to just ignore the event entirely

If the game allowed for 2 or more players to team up ships and (2 Enterprises + 1 D4) could take on a Pilum or something. This would help fix the crazy power scale issues and make it challenging for bigs and smalls to where they can actually fight on a semi-level playing field

Again the proof, I got censored and transferred because I gave my opinion on these people that we see in their promotional videos and their acts in games which are linked to them. When two alliances KOS each other, start a War Score Leaderboard for each and every war. Access it from Alliance menu? Score Power Destroyed, Ships Destroyed, RSS Raided from bases and RSS taken from ships. Have some kind of formula for overall war score. Give players some reason to really go to war. Maye even earn artifacts for winning?
when defending a base/bases, and i click to select the attacking ship, i don't want the damn base under the ship, or the planet! make ship selection a priority!! it's beyond frustrating - "cuz i want the base, not the attacking ship!"
i mean, talk about handing the attacker the advantage!
How about introducing a notepad built into the game, for non-PC players to make notes on best officers and configs to use, with so many grinds it gets complicated and intimidating for smaller players, being able to keep notes would ease the burden.

Directive 010 - base humping out makes it better to encourage PVP ship attacks, But I would suggest for the event some stuff as I needs some tweaks to make it fun
- levels you can hit is temporarily adjusts to 2 up / 2 down otherwise it favours higher level players
- Players canāt shield so they canāt hide for the event
- Resources are protected but this may be mute with base attacks not counting
You can take out 2nd you will just kill the game dead with that one

Why do recruit token chests offer the option to open 6, then show an animation and open just one chest, followed by the option to open all the rest or another one by itself? You think weāre all a bunch of dribbling Gilbert Grapes? š¤¤
I would suggest to please reduce the minimum attack range (minimum OPC) to at most 5 levels @ OPC 50+. It is super annoying to get killed by a 55 player with 60M+ ships. I am OPC 44 and have not a single chance against any of this players ships. No matter what I do. So I find a reduction of the minimum range @ OPC 50+ to at most 5 levels more fair to all players.
You never will have a chance with a Valdi/KTinga/Kelvin against a Tribune/Enti-A/Hegtha! Nor against 52+ ships

Never release event missions one at a time again. Was better having in 2 parts than in 10. Kind of a pain to have to keep checking back in the holodeck to see if a new mission is released yet.
Without a doubt, it's also alienated casual spenders. They know the issue the player base deserves to hear something about level range, even if it is a we're not changing it. The player base deserves a response. They ruined pvp and stopped enforcing TOS, they get no more money from me.

Could link to past missions to see storyline missed after collecting, could know if completed a particular mission (recently wondered if I'd compelted Queens Gambit 5, only because SMS points awarded for that particular mission did I know with any certanty), sometimes someone asks "did you complete X mission" and w/out a log "I think so" or "not sure" is the best we can do. Whether part of an added "holodeck" computer log of sorts or next to combat inbox log .. would love to see the list of completed missions accessable any time I randomly wanted to glance!

I don't mind the grind, but we can earn 50 bp's from 50 lobi for free plus 25 bps from claims during the arc. I'm not spending $50 for 50 BPS and "wasting" 25 bp's . I'll wait 25 days. However, if I could get 25 Voyager BP's and 25 Kim shards for 25 lobi each, I might just drop $50 on Voyager. I'm not about to drop $50 and have half of the "value" disappear instantly. Anyone with basic math skills can figure that one out.
Add another active ship ability called "Minimal Power" in homage to many Star Trek episodes where a ship cuts power and hides in an asteroid field or the shadow of a moon or nebula. When activated, the ship effectively "cloaks" and will remain invisible indefinitely as long as it does not move. Movement or other action (e.g., mining) cancels the effect. Other ships can detect low-power vessels in the same system by using the "Scanning" hailing frequency.

Introduce a new faction called Ferengi that does not rely on faction reputation gain through grinding hostiles in any fashion. Instead, reputation is gained every time the player spends (or perhaps acquires) latinum. Additional reputation could be received through donation of raw or refined latinum. Bonuses from the faction would be economic in nature. For example, increased build or research speed, reduced material cost for construction and ship components, increased potency of the Swarm resources refinery, reduced cost for buying speedups with latinum, etc. BPs for the D'Vor and Feesha could be moved from other areas to the new faction store instead to support the atmosphere of the faction store. Ferengi officers could be sourced here as well instead of other locations.

If we look at the inbox, we see 2 tabs, Battle log and inbox. I would like to see the inbox tab used to show a list of completed missions with the date completed and ongoing (active) missions that when clicked on takes you to that mission in the current mission log.
I would also like to have a "share with alliance" or "share to ticket" option in each battle report in the Battle log tab. This will aid players by getting a better understanding of how the battles play out and alliance officers in deciding on diplomacy. And if There is a big fox required concerning a mission (such as a mission point obscured buy a another's base. Edited for typos.

Maybe, just maybe, when an account is admiral of an alliance, don't auto-archive it (it was just a small, 6 day absence from the game) along with every other player with the exception of one player that had not been on for over two months (they have possibly retired without informing us). Your customer disservice monkeys were no help at all, their brilliant solution, contact the player & ask for an invite, now if that player gets archived, bye bye alliance, bye bye two years of resources donated.

When on an enemy server, I was killed by a friendly. When asked why, he apologised and said it was because I looked like the enemy. They are white and I have a white halo whilst on the enemy server.
Wouldnāt it be better if I was a different colour to the enemy whilst on the enemy server.
I'm suggesting our halo on the enemy server is green. That way, we can easily differentiate between the white enemies and our allies.
To make our halo green instead of white to my allies whilst on the enemy server doesnāt seem like such a huge code change.

But that small change would make a big difference, especially for players in their first hostile server.
Suggest adding a galaxy filter similar to hostiles and mining nodes for available missions. Make it easier to find missions you missed or didnāt pick up because your level was too low.
Before adding pvp events, add a pvp system that resembles the numerous ones already designed by other games for actual pvp competition. Merely being able to attack other players is the most minimal, pointless and barely thought out design that can be loosely called pvp. And you sit there wondering why the entire community cooperates to relegate it to bribed events that still go largely ignored.
I don't know what server yer on, maybe newer older or different part of the world, but I have never heard of an alliance taking a group vacation unless the admiral had 6 alts. You should have just left the alliance with you as admiral and ask an allied alliance to foster any remaining active players rather than giving it to a player you do not know.
I wanna support this suggestion and go a little further. What about custom building our own packs? A 20/50/99 option where players can set the parameters of rewards from a set list of predefined items with predetermined maximum values. Letting players spend smaller amounts but of their own choice would get scopely more money.
If I could build a $50 pack with 500k lat, some rare ore, no rss, and maybe 1000 faction credits I'd be more likely to spend on it, than really ever consider a $99 pack with mostly undesired items and a few things I do want. Scopely can set those limits. Maybe it must have a minimum of 10 unique items, and you can only double dip into a given item twice. (E.g. lat option at my ops is 250k lat in the 50 pack, max two selections, 500k total).
A whale might have the capacity to buy ten packs to get what they want and absorb the lost value, but us average galvs are more like to choose to spend nothing in the current structure. This would probably make whales happy too. Everyone loves player choice.

How about we get a month of "Fix the interface"? Screen transitions hanging for silly long periods, having to restart the game several times just to slug through dailies because it's got some kind of memory leak. Collecting daily task rewards taking 30+ minutes to get through, for example. Look for ways to eliminate redundant clicks, eliminate "Milestone Reached" flash screen transitions that can hang or crash entirely. You know all the little frustrating garbage.

B. Along with battle reports that have links You can share to to one of the in game chat areas or to a ticket if you suspect a glitch or to report mission locations under player bases.
C. I also suggested a forth chat area for admirals who want talk to other alliance leaders. They can invite commodores or leaders.
D. A dump cargo option either all cargo or unprotected.
E. A separate repair facility other than a dock. Docks can still be used for repairs but the repair yard is more efficient as it is leveled up. When the repair is complete the ship is moved to an open dock of the players setting, provided that ship is at home. If the ship on dock is damaged, it changes place with the repaired ship.

I suggest making an animaton for the docking process. While looking at the exterior of your station you can see the drydocks. Why not make an animation where you can see the ships go into the drydocking. With the final 3 - 5 secs of entering the station the ship could go around the station and then slowly enter the drydock, like they do in movies. Would be a cool feature
We recently merged with another alliance, they had the bigger starbase, so most of most have moved over to there, but there were about a dozen that aren't on often. One of our commodores created an account to hold our old alliance open, as we're still negotiating a few more mergers, that alliance has the second biggest starbase, so the plan was for everyone else to jump into that alliance once the main one was at capacity.
The commodore acting as admiral for our old alliance got busy with work this week, so they didn't log on for six days, yesterday afternoon, they logged on to find that everyone bar one member had been purged from the alliance, including them (customer disservice informed them that their account had been auto-archived). Customer disservice's response, "sorry, not sorry, nothing we can do, maybe see if one of the other members can invite you back."
That is laughable, the only guy that wasn't purged hasn't been active for something like two months, so we're suspecting he ain't coming back. Effectively we're about to see two years of resources donated (plus all the work done to the starbase) go up in smoke cause of Scopley's incompetence and they won't fix their screw up.
Please remove this banner pop-up. We don't need to know that our ship won, it's still flying. If it dies and we are confused as to why it did we can check battle logs. This banner is useless clutter and blocks other information we need to see. If someone needs to see the individual points acrued for each hostile for events then that information can be added to the hostile's battle log or just make a tab there that has all the banners that would have been displayed in list format.

I actually really like the concept of this idea, we have so much junk latinum as it is you give players a reason to actually accumulate and "exchange" raw lat for latinum that you can then turn around and spend with the faction to increase standing and gain benefit, it adds a ftp option to offset a lot of the pay prime mechanics or even just another thing to help lower levels boost up faster. It would also address and fix the latinum mistake from years ago that nobody speaks of lol
I too would support a Build Your Own but from what I've seen posted before it'll never happen because then Scopely would have to assign a real world value to those items and then the value of the existing packs is instantly calculable and they don't want that.

GIves you some choice - do I do this 99 pack with more lat, or custom build one with less lat but more of XYZ items that I want as well. The idea here would be they structure it in line with other existing packs, but you have a good point that...those differ drastically already.
if this suggestions tab is ideas for the game then i would ask that every last mining node had a auto boot when the nodes hit zero so others can use them and then that would drop the amount of z-node hits as there would be no need for it then as the nodes would be freed up.

Would it be feasible to hide events, like the archive system for missions? I'm not planning on buying a voyager or participating in the absurd syndicate heroic events, would it be possible to hide them so I don't scroll past them constantly while looking to make sure I know about all of the ongoing events I DO want to participate in?
There needs to be a blue phaser projectile option for the Federation ships to use. There are plenty of red options for Klingon ships and Green for Romulan. There already is a gold one for ships if you have the ship skin. Thanks

Can we get a "Mantis Commerce" added to the Voyager refinery? Mantis parts are ridiculous to get and the refinery grind is brutal, so this might soften the blow at least a little.

Distress Signal - When a ship gets attacked by another player it sends a distress signal alert to alliance members (only gives system location of attack, nothing more). Perhaps have the alliance button flash red (like it does purple for armadas or orange for territory takeover). Add a button that players can click on to see recent distress signals and have them stay for a set amount of time after attack.
Develop, create, and implement an attack que for all active warships. That way when you are trying to accomplish certain goals of destroying so many hostiles, you can set your warship to attack automatically for however many hostiles you have in the que. Make it like a 5-6 hostile que.
Reduce the refresh time frame for the Latinum Antique refinery and increase the odds for other transwarp cells. Ridiculous that some of us if not all have to wait 4-5 days for it to refresh. With that said, should also decrease/reduce the refresh rate for everything else in the refinery. 24 hrs is a Ridiculous time frame.
How about packs in the store that actually help at the players ops or ship level, some of the upgrade packs are useless
Example, explorer upgrade I would have to buy 10 £99 packs for one weapon, the Voyager ones are nearly useless
And please fix the cool-downs and not only on the Voyager refinery

On the book marks screen, it'd be nice to have a tab at the bottom (like the star/skull/etc..) to filter the list for only bookmarks in the current system. That way, its easy to see out of date marks and delete them.

Many good suggestions already here...but first before add more and more content...how about care for bugs, lags and stability in general. Since about 2 weeks i face lot of lags in game, restarts load screens over minutes just by click on a chest.
I am finding the lag when simply doing dailies becoming more and more intolerable. Fix the code..

If I have slightly more than 1d left on a timer, don't suggest I use a 3d speed-up at the top of the list. I am F2P and those speedups are precious so when I use the wrong one and burn 2 days worth of speedups because I'm not used to seeing a rare 3-day at the top of the list, it makes me feel sick.
Suggestion -- Make a new ship ability, like for the Northstar or another freighter, called "Tractor beam" that allows you to target ONLY alliance members, and drag them off a mine (thinking for zero'd nodes, but doesnt have to be locked into that)
Suggestion - Give Titan the ability to repair ships in the field using specially-placed resource tokens in its cargo hold. These tokens can be stolen (as tokens) if the ship is killed OPC, but each token only takes up 1 unit of space and cannot be used for any other purpose than to activate the field repair ability or transferred back to your base.

currently I have to look at this view... go back out to the main screen, then go back in to a different assignment (hoping that I selected the next one in the list) and see the new assignment, then click back... do it all again, until I find the officer Im looking for. the < and > would auto scroll to the next ATA in the list making the process much easier/faster

Couple of QoL improvements and suggestions that could make the game a little more enjoyable.
- Give Borg systems their own outline. Similar to how Faction spaces have their own outlines and are easy to recognise as Faction spaces.
- Add Assimilated traders to level 36+ Borg systems. Improves sourcing for Latinum antiques, and thus better sourcing for access to G3 lucrative systems.
- Improvements to the Latinum antique refinery: Either reduce the cooldown from 5 days to either 24h or 2 days.
- Multiple level upgrades for station modules: When building a brand new parsteel generator for example, it would be nice if we could build it straight to the corresponding level we want without having to do it stage by stage.
- Improvements to officer sourcing for officers released in previous arcs: For example, TOS officers, Ferengi officers. Similar to how we have a Disco refinery and Disco officer recruit tokens, we need a specific recruit method for past officers.
I would like to see a system where I can exchange resources for materials or other things more usefull than the billions of parsteel I have right now. I know I could share with the server but still..

They always transfer goods to and from warships and any other ship that is out there⦠Even The US Navy replenish other ships at sea.., Why canāt the ships on here do the same⦠Transfer what you mined or collected during opc and being able to send that to another ship to clear your load and be able to continue without worrying about being hit⦠Why canāt scopley look into this⦠Iām very sure many would like this ideaā¦

I have just got 800 shards of an officer through transport patterns. That equates to 400 clicks. 1 select officer 2 select chest 3 push skip 4 open all chest 5 push done. Please can we have a slider or some mechanism to open multiple chests. A bit like the alliance contribution slider. Itās the same issue with faction recruit chest. It would save sooo much time and rsi!!!

Dominion / bajor faction armada token exchange is based on ops level instead of defiant level. I'm unable to pull even one chest a week at the terrible exchange rate. Was the intention to create another bottle neck to halt ops progression? Either I stop everything else and wait for the slow drip of defiant parts or just ignore because the exchange rate isn't worth the time / cost of directives
if you cant pull more than one chest from bajoran per week then you are seriously underpowered for your ops level.
So what are the requirements then?

Suggestion: enforce terms of service and community standards. Refusal to do so has cost 20 players in 4 months. Let people play with the intent of getting people to quit and you're going to be down to very few servers.

When viewing ships in dock, you can click an arrow to scroll to the next ship.
I would like a similar arrow to scroll through Away Teams.
Example: I view the top one in the list (mainly to double-check which officers I have on that team). Currently, I have to go /back/ then click on the 2nd one down.
I think it would be very helpful to have an arrow to click on so I don't have to go /back/.

Server has around 250 active players, around 15% lvl1-15, 20% lvl16-19, 30% lvl20-29, 15% lvl30-35, 20% lvl36-45... the server is about a year old, and we already have 2 players over lvl40 (be they cash cows or F2Pers is mute)... if the server matchups are more or less equitable, then we WOULD match up to other similar servers, so the idea that we don't really meet a set of whimsical 'requirements' is pretty flimsy, wuddnt you agree...? š
when there is a server merge, can you please make it so that the two servers have an incursion, and the winner of the incursion is the server that has the other players moved onto
Anything with a cooldown timer, let us be able to look and see what the requirements are for the different possible options.
Also, how about faction indicators to go with the type indicators...especially since we now have to hunt Hirogen and those are only mixed in with other ships (it'd be nice not to have to select each one while zoomed out)
Could yo guys please remake the warp animation background which you see while the ship is warping. This double curve doesnāt fit to the rest graphics of the game. Itās beating my inside monk. Ships donāt fly such tight curves.

@gusty jasper Incursions: I see no strategic benefit atm in incursion hence an idea or suggestion. Create systems similar to territory for incursions. Server defending have to occupy these sections and intruding server has to take them - similar to capture the flag for example. The server who holds the most sections, wins. Defending and attacking is scheduled in certain times, so itās not like an ongoing event - like every 3/4 hours for 45-60 min. That constitutes teamwork, strategic activity, options to integrate SLB and SMS / ALB and AMS mechanics. Plus I think it would be a goal a server can work towards, then just drying bases and killing random ships.

I was wondering if there are any thoughts on PvP banding to be power lvl based and not Ops lvl? Ops lvl could be more of a secondary requirement & power lvl as a primary.
Scopely would never do that, all they care about is conning us out of money, and providing us a game that would be better suited with the name Star Trek Glitchtopia.
power level is driven by ops level first and foremost. all things being equal, you cant get a higher power level at ops 39 than an ops 40 can (if everything is maxed out).
so not sure what this would do - severely weak higher level playser would still be able to smack lower level with impunity. and the high level ops power ranges have great disparity. For instance, a level 60 on my server has 541m power. I have 247M power at ops 57. Thats only 3 levels difference
Player power primarily comes from research and buildings, 1:1. All other sources of power Ć·10 when added to your player power total (def plats, officers, docked ships, hangar ships).
In my view, someone's power is a borderline meaningless metric of which one can conclude very little about their combat viability.

I know plenty of 39's that were beating the snot out of 43's. and i also know 39's that were losing to 32's on a consistent basis. Power levels showed the higher ops level player much stronger but they consistently lost anyway
Those milestone typically also correspond to increases in power by research nodes as well. Or they would if people do them. the good research normally doesnt boost your power level that much. Hull research especially
"Power" in STFC really doesnt mean much other than a really general guideline. Heck i've taken down ships that were easily twice my power before, with same level players

I suspect the ability to flip between accounts on a device by using scopelyid is not used by a large group of people, nor is it fully vetted. Otherwise, bookmark clobbering between accounts would not occur. Can we please have bookmarks stapled to the account and not somehow pseudo device specific and over-riding account bookmarks? My ops23 test account doesn't need g4 bookmarks and my ops43 primary account doesn't need g2 and low warp g3 bookmarks .. for only one of many issues when bookmarks are clobbered either way.

You need to locate the systems that are all Hirogen Hunters.
Since you are out to bore us to death here are a couple more design changes that might help.
Lat rush: have nodes spawn every 15-30 minutes in random systems and hope people sit all day looking for one.
Faction hunt: have hostiles spawn one at a time in random systems players have to find and chase down.
Armadas: have the timer run for a random amount of time from 45 minutes to two hours after starting.
That can bring pve activities in line with the pacing and tedium of incursions. Literally every change you made this go round made a boring event even more slow paced and boring. I didn't think it was possible but you managed it. /Bow
After next round of incursions i will have 75 shards of 7 or 9...

Allow a 1 time a year scrap of ships. Such as the hijacked, feesha, having events that you build these ships but then not allow to scrap is rediculous.

Here are some thoughts on how to improve the overall PvP experience for this game:
- implement an honor system. Players loose honor for attacking significantly weaker ships and gain it for attacking stronger ones. Go ahead and exclude survey ships from this unless you want an honor cost for hitting UPC miners. Be sure to have a leaderboard for this.
- start running instanced multi-server pvp games that players can opt into joining. There have been several suggestions around king of the hill or capture the flag type events. Maybe run one of those at the top of every hour and the other at the 30 minute mark. Players from all servers in a region could queue up and be sorted into random teams for the game. Use these to slowly dole out the incursion rewards.
Its should be bases on power killed not by ship count.
Compare our winner stats to my stats. All ships should count based on power.
A basically new player walks in and colludes with another player and kills realta together.
Total ships killed, his power destroyed, and kill ratio sub par and he wins the champion 1st place spot. I kill an enterprise and my ship his the same point victory for his realta win.
It's called a shield. You get them from completing dailies.

That is opting out and you know it - I saw you had a typo and corrected it for you. The game has a large pvp element to the game and provided shielding to allow people to opt out of pvp events. Without pvp the game would fail tremendously, scopely took war profiteering and applied it to their game model. As a result, they won't get rid of it.
Few options for you:
A.) Utilize the shielding mechanisms and not engage in pvp (ideal). (I managed to get all my dailies done without pvp interruptions during incursions).
B.) Put up a 24hr shield and not play the game for the 1 day a month that provides pvp fun for the vast majority of players who enjoy pvp and instead go do something productive for the day.
C.) Find a different game to play.
Post thought - it's literally 1 day out of the month that incursions rolls around, you have another 27-30 days on average to do all the non pvp centric funtivities you want. Politely, get over it.

In that situation I would have rather seen a non pvp server set up in the begining rather than an option out. I have hit miners before too. But usually as an angry response to being hit. I don't really consider it a proud thing to admit either. I get frustrated and I retaliate by sinking to their level and grieving others. The PvP aspects of this game are, in my opinion, overly complicated to learn and way out of balance. You have ships with 50mil power hitting ships with less then 1% of that power. There is no defending against that, no learning to counter it. Just boom gone in most cases.

This is not griefing. Griefing would be clearing every system every chance u get a preventing people from mining and doing anything. Hitting a ālowly minerā that has loot is not griefing itās taking something that can be stolen.
Suggestion to make PvP more inclusive of all players. In a previous game I played, they had a āmoraleā bonus. It was based off of the size/level of the attacker over the defender. An example: Everyone knows a 100m player will win against a 1m player, but with this āmoraleā the 100m player took a 75% decrease in this combat stats on second hit, 80% on third etc etc. This meant that those who bought their way to the top had to fight with the top to actually accomplish anything in PvP events. This same morale bonus worked the opposite way of smaller players hitting the bigger players ONLY if they had been hit by that bigger player first. It brings a whole new dynamic to PvP, stops excessive bullying, still allows the spenders to have an advantage, and allows for new items to be brought into the game (exo comp for removal of negative morale for 30mins etc) still causes spending, but gives the little guys as much of a fighting chance as the whales.
Territory capture - increase the cost of activating bonuses by 10% from previous week's cost if same alliance hold same territory. Would encourage movement in territory as after a certain point an alliance wouldn't be able to activate any bonuses and would have to relocate. Possible way to breathe life into the otherwise relatively dead feature?
It may be fun if there would be some stuff from the Star trek serie for children (Star trek prodigy)

More events during incursions, Armada runs for invading/defending servers...talk about a PVP melee...make the loot worth it, like selecting from options.... Swarm space event, PVP and PVE options (Make a number of kills PVE, and PVP pts for Franklin and F-A usage), almost like doubling down on Dailies, but tweaking them for Incursions,

Instead of crossing over servers for incursions, have both servers be merged into a third server for 24 hours. Everyone is ported over. Bases in territory are moved to random low level systems, and territory is shut off on the temporary server

Hi, I have a suggestion... Since forever players have been asking for more currencies. The amount of different currencies we have now is impossible to oversee, and from what I hear players seem to love that. From the patch notes I gather that we have only one more new currency added. Why not add five?? Or maybe even, gonna say a wild thing now, may-be add ten?!?! It's awesome to see how the Scopely team is taking our feedback seriously by adding yet another loop to this game, but come on..., please make an effort and make this game truly impossible to play!

Relocation tokens can be obtained by loot chests from tygokor hostiles. But saves a lot of problems if they just spawned in the same system as your base.

This is a misfeature by whoever was assigned to code up ānearbyā and didnāt consider the edge cases. Thereās been lots of reports of low level players being sent to that system for regular missions, when thatās locked behind ops 53 research.

Qās Trials button should not be here, this must be for the daily goals and missions only. We build years of muscle memory and we click a hundred times a day on the yellow icon. Our brains are used to itās place. A button placement should depend on its importance, and right now your UI design is telling me that the pink icon is superior to the yellow icon. Daily goals will always be more important. Unless you are planning to consolidate Qās Trials with the Mission/Goals icon later.

I'm going to be a broken record here despite the futility of it. Please fix existing content before rolling out new content, and when you do introduce new content, GET IT RIGHT!
Why do scopely think alliances has no value? The ALB rewards are mostly very low in contrast to SLB and now you add a player of the month and ally of month event but only SLB get a token.... that is so sad that the alliance in STFC has such poor value.... in other games you have great benefits like alliance research etc where player have to work together and donate or do daily to get upgrade points for ally and all has a nice benefit from alliance like active boni etc and alliance rewards are the best.
The starbase was my hope you will increase the ally value but it was a big big fail with single player research again and no real benefits for alliance member .... assaults are useless also... really sad... place the starbase into a system could have given some kind of boni for player in that system or allow repair in starbase / change crew etc so many many good options but just wasted till now...
Suggestions:
1 - Focus on improving the current (faulty) elements in game: Starbase, Territory, Incursions, Armadas, Lag&Connectivity
2 - Reduce complexity of gameplay: # of currencies in use, # of researches that have little to no value anymore
3 - Reduce the silly amount of grinding needed for all new elements (Borgmadas, Solo madas, all other madas), Voyager grinding, Mantis grinding, Titan-A grinding, Vidar grinding -> this needs reduction as well
4 - Focus on releasing some stability releases first where you fix stuff and make the game better playable, this will also improve launching new arcs (because lets face it, last 4 arc releases have been terrible, ridden with bugs and issues that could have been avoided). By focusing on stability & performance updates you give time to the QA team to properly test an Arc before it gets released, instead of having your player base act as a defacto beta testing crowd.
5 - Build a better forum where your player base gets insight into priorities. We have bugs and issues existing for over 2 years without any resolution on when it will be fixed.

Suggestion: for armadas, give us a 15 minute timer for all of them, but add a button to Start Now. Waiting 15 minutes to start when everyone is already queued is a bit much. Also, sometimes i like to solo to test things out. This would be an easy add, and welcomed addition I'd imagine.
If you could "start now" how are enemies supposed to kill you so your armadas fail when at war?

When you roll out new functionality (like Q's Trials) consider not running events (like SLB and SMS) for it immediately. Give it a week for those that want to jump into it to find some/many of the bugs and give you time to correct it. It's a smaller player base to deal with and the frustration will be lower because you're not messing with SLB positions.
Ideally QA would catch all of these issues but we've seen that doesn't happen enough times that you should plan for there being a stabilization period.
As an added bonus, the players that engage early will have spent some resources and are more likely to spend to catch back up to others. It could be more $$ for you.

The other thing that I'm finding that is a big hang up for me is the fact that the other trials, namely the two star and higher, are locked behind having the court at a certain level. Certain level. Plus, you also have to complete all of the one star trials and get all the material to unlock them from there. Why are these trials being double gated? Especially since Q gems are being so hard to source, since they require proto matter, which is also used in upgrading my forbidden tech? Tech? Wouldn't it make much more sense to source the qgems through the dailies and leave a protomatter exchange out of it?
That is the most buggy and laggy game ever since itās launched.. maybe a turn off and on again?
Suggestion: cancel all new content for 6 months, maybe a year. Fix and improve the last year's torrent of new content, much of which was too vast for many to adopt and essentially left behind unfinished by later content releases.
For future arcs simply return to prior events with narrative/BP type events to give more resources, shards, etc. on the existing content (possibly with slight tweaks). There is now so much in game there's no real need for new content for quite some time.
Meanwhile, new bugs stop being created and old ones can be addressed, without breaking the game with an open floodgate of new minimally tested content every month.
No lessons have been learnt from the car crash of DS9 last year. Lost a lot of players then because they didn't know their product and didn't test anything before release. It's clear it's going to continue so it's up to players now to decide if they want to keep putting up with it š«¤

Work arounds do fix some issues for a few mins but ship not able to mine and game restarting comes back after awhile.
Also, work on the User Interface. Itās confusing, things are all over the place, some major icons like Research are not on the main page, and other functions are almost hidden.
I docked my nova that had on the mining thingy from new Q ark, swapped ship, and have been crash free since. Not to state the obvious here, but the crashes seem to directly correlate with the Q ship upgrades.

With the Forbidden Tech, it seems a bad idea that the Equip/Unequip and Upgrade swap places when going from equipping to possibly unequipping. This seems like it could lead to accidental unequipping and spending the forbidden tech reactors

Suggestion: How about starting a Server 000 for employees to playtest all your new "fun" updates so us players aren't infuriated by all the bugs. I mean I know I cut my spending dramatically because of it. You're losing atleast $4-6k a year from me, wonder how many other players cut their spending down to just the Battlepass.
Since this game is extremely laggy atm, why donāt you turn off the feature where itās too laggy the error that you get disconnected from the game gets turned off. Let us lag for a bit and game recover instead of just forcing us to closed out the game?
I also think that at least 1 month break from new content would be good. Use it for bugfixing and streamlining of old content to fit in the new game economy. During this month you could run an extended officer pass. There is so much new content, it shouldn't be a problem. It will be September until I'll unlock my Voyager ... and i still have to upgrade the Vi'dar and do all the other loops.

Suggestion 1 : revise the bonus for winning incursions. With the advent of the mess hall, the 50% bonus to research translates into very little, less than 10%.. Suggestion 2 : During incursions, reward mining for the invading server. That would mean deploying and protecting surveys or event trying to lock a complete system. A new set of strategies and varied uses of the boosters.

Have Private messages update from the server on demand. I switch between devices and the conversations fragment with part of it on the house ipad and part on the work ipad. Itās maddening that you cannot read all of recent conversations if you use more than one device.
Can we have a STFC "light" version with reduced feature set for the more casual users? That would allow us to enjoy the game and escape the over-engineered (and buggy!) feature factory that the game has become...
(BTW when was the last time $cope killed a (old-ish) feature to try to keep the gameplay sane?)

I'm unsure if this will be looked at but wanted to talk about Court of Q a little bit. This has/had the potential to be an awesome new addition to the game. Something for almost all ops levels to work towards and enjoy. I know for a lot of ops 50+ players that aren't constantly pvping they're looking for new challenges to work towards. The fact that it will take many months/years to level the Court of Q building to 25 just to unlock the 3* trials seems horrible to me and many others I've spoken to between the servers.
If you look at a building like Mess hall its fairly enjoyable because its pretty easy to level up and has good value. The Q building itself has limited value and is incredibly expensive to level up. I'm ops 44 and at the current pull rate I can maybe pull 100 "Embllems of Assessment" every 5 days roughly. It would take me well over 22+ months just to get the building to 25. That means for the next almost 2 years I have no new Trials to enjoy. I'm just going to be running the same thing over and over again with no challenge added for trials for a very long time.
I understand this is a "freemium" type game and your looking for people to spend money. But at least make it worth while in the long run. I would much rather spend on a pack I know will get me very close to my goals vs needing to get over half a grand in just to get level 25 on one building. I feel like Scopely has good ideas and makes fun new content then locks it so heavily behind a paywall it actually turns more people away from the game. The Mess Hall is one of the best buildings you've added in recent types because it actually feels like I progress with it often. When you make a building that's going to be years for me to reach anything new it makes it pointless to me. I know a ton of players who would happily spend much more money on this game if the packs provided more value or weren't all 100$. Please consider rethinking how leveling the Q building is. There is potential there for it to be fun and challenging.
Shoot, in the last year we have had 8 players quit our alliance and game and they all spent well over $100k a piece. Scopely is losing paying customers because they don't properly play test new releases and keep devaluing packs whilst raising the cost. It almost feels like they are trying to ruin the game so they can run with the money. Edit: yes the alliance I'm in has invested over a million dollars in game. I know it's crazy, I stopped buying anything but ships and $20 battlepass myself.
suggestion: when a new arc starts, don't load so many events in at the beginning. Give simpler/smaller events a chance while bugs are worked out, and increase the activity later when things look reasonably stable

The goal is to have you buy stuff to swap them out. End of story. The money grab is at 1000% and they are only going to push further and faster. This is the final push of the game where they are going to throw everything they can at us and count on FOMO to fuel unwise purchases. As soon as it gets ridiculous enough to drive sales below a certain point the game will be shut down VERY abruptly with no warning. Mark my words.

Automated distress signal: When a ship/base gets attacked by another player it sends a distress signal to their alliance. It will only send the location of the attack, nothing more, not name, alliance name or ship/strength and have it stay for a set amount of time. Have a section for the attacks in the alliance button and have the alliance button flash a color like it does for territory defense.
Have a summary of raids on your base / or raids you run on another base showing the total raided from you per player raiding you or raided by you per base raided ....

seeing as how the cap for pve kills per day is not going anywhere, i suggest an overview of this information on the items / loot screen. like permitted kills 751/2000 time to reset 1hr45mins. It would make it a lot more transparent seeing as how soem of us, like the current slbs albs, are legitemetly killing so many ships we are running into this issue.
When you spend rss in the refinery or store, thereās an indication in the top right of how much X you have available (so you might make budget decisions, etc). When it comes to ticket events - can we get this as well? It would be nice to know from that single-pane if Iām spending my last event ticket on something unnecessarily.
It'd be nice if the events menu could be cleaned up...such as streamlining it a bit or next or flowing in multiple directions or even nesting a bit.
Similar could be said for some of the tech trees. The Starship menu is pretty long, it might be simpler if it was swim rows going down for each ship and then it goes out to the right for progressing each ship...maybe even a way to collapse completed research tiles or something...
Oh, for the Forbidden Tech...have it assigned to the drydock instead of the ship. It makes more sense since there is a cost to unequip and change it on ships, but we're likely to use the same drydock for a given role...but we might have several ships that handle that role for more specific things. Such as swapping survey ships out for different materials, but each ship could use the the mining Forbidden Tech
Can we get a button where the hostiles/mining/default button is that can help identifying which systems have available missions not already accepted. I would imagine this feature could be limited to only the systems players have already discovered. This feature would be much appreciated and cut down on missed side missions.
Allow armada starters to bypass the timer once their teams have joined in the circle. Give them the ability to "fire off" the aramda regardless of how much time is left on the timer. Obviously only have this for group armadas and not formations.

Custom Alliance Ranks: Allow us to make custom alliance ranks and what each rank is allowed to do, invite people, start territory capture, upgrade starbase, etc.
Take back control of the Events Tab - several years ago, you used to order the Events Tab by active events to the left, completed to the right. Youāre currently only doing that to current Events and past events. It was extremely helpful when you reordered the Events (left to do) by moving completed Events to the right of the current group, showing us visually what we needed to complete and preventing the constant open and closing of multi-layer events. You could even show a percent complete on the multi-layer events on the top level graphic, or at a minimum a āCompleteā notification so we donāt have to open it again. This was a function that was added in the early days, but was lost somewhere along the update cycle.
Im not a fan of items (FTs) that have multiple purposes that dont belong on 1 thing but belong to another, giving you the impression that the item needs to be swapped like crew ... but swapping has a dismount cost. thats dirty imo. id much rather scopley make the FTs un-upgradable unless dismounted ... then you dismount for cost to upgrade, then put back on ship
small suggestion: show the maximum protected cargo number after the current cargo in the cargo-popup screen. So:

Give adjustable zoom ability for galaxy and system view. I can use third party code to achieve that on pc, but why wonāt scopely implement it? The galaxy is so huge now but on my iPad I canāt zoom out enough and get lost with where Iām looking.
Qostiles, along with any mission who's target spawn point depends on station location shouldn't spawn in territory. If the target would spawn in territory, send it randomly to any sub 20 warp (non token) system. Territory spawn points cause too much headache.

I suggest that there be a confirmation for warping OUT of token space like there is to warp in. I've lost too many tokens due to accidentally hitting recall instead of locate and being unable to cancel the recall due to the instability of this expensive game.

- Clean up the interface, best bet is to remove the Away team Refresh button(just the button, not the code) make the gifts button like the help button, one click gives all gifts available.
- Instead of hostile ships being server objects, make them client objects which manifest server side when attacked. This will decrease lag
- Give us means of disposing of unwanted inventory. This will also reduce lag.

- Server hopping. There is no reason to effect server merges if you distribute server transfer tokens above the level of 12. You could also make this a sellable product and it will sell. This would greatly increase player retention as most players quit the game because of conflicts they cannot exit from.
- In game moderators would be good, you can effectively conscript players to act in this role by paying them in special packages.
- A fourth chat panel connected to an AI which is programmed with everything about star trek fleet command. A guide to missions, ships, structures and an advisor on logistics and gameplay.

That is a complex discussion, but for the most part, most MMORPG games have moderators in game. You typically don't hear from them often, but they exist.

the game is already full of 'moderators' ! karens that take offence to anything you post in gal chat, report you via tool ... game auto chat bans you for no reason other than karens banding together ... and you want to give them proper tools to use? this the first game you ever played?
This is where actual contract moderators come in. I know it seems like a Karen move, but it would reduce the Karen effect dramatically. Plus these Karen's who get these things done tend to be big spenders, and really, it is a wise economic choice to give into their often petty demands. With moderators in game, Karen's would lose that power, moderators who are also player don't necessarily have to moderate....and should not....moderate their home servers, and moderators use special software which is not a game interface. A neutral third party would be valuable PR .

You missed my point. You earn transporter patterns when you get shards for any rare or epic officers after they are maxed shards/maxed. Iām not suggesting to change that. Iām suggesting the 24 officers we currently have in the transporter pattern section disappear once maxed. I have 16 of the 24 maxed, but all of them are still available to trade for transporter patterns. This way, you donāt waste transporter patterns by mistake.
People use them to dump TP for recruit slbs or for things like the Apex event.
Fix the GD pan and zoom glitch! Having to do the work around 10+ times a day, sometimes twice in a row is more than annoying. It has been over a year now! You have released multiple arcs, many money making packs and events, but don't care enough about the players to fix this tremendously annoying bug!
Make a PRIME research tree, instead of having them all scattered around, put them into one category. As they often don't have a rhyme or reason to the trees they should be in anyways.

I'd like to receive a notification if my mining vessel lands on a node that is already occupied. I hate it when I send a vessel and then get called away only to look at it an hour later and see I'm sitting on top of someone. Yeah, I know we should stay in the game and look. Lazy right? Now let's be realistic, this game is long in the tooth. Long gone are the days where I would sit for hours staring at it. They should do everything they can to encourage people to keep playing it. Small conveniences make it easier to continue.
I have that happen all of the time. I just kill the ship mining MY node. I usually get opc and when I don't I get a chest or two.

- Two more systems with Augment Hostiles that also spawn hunters similar to Yarda. One lvl 38 with 4,900 nodes and spawned hunters with lvl 38 to 40. One lvl 40 with 6,100 nodes with spawned hunters lbl 40 to 42.
- Two more systems with Augment Hostiles and spawned hunters similar to IImatar. One lvl 37 with 80K nodes with spawned hunters lvl 37 to 39. One lvl 39 with 100K nodes with spawned hunters lvl 39 to 41.
Why is it that the Field Training Achievements aren't patched yet? Would think that knowing the problem is being with Server Transfers while earning those Achievements. Could they be just confirmed as being completed so that they can be collected already?
Forbidden Tech upgrade failure PITY BONUS should be INCREASED to 5% per fail (up from 0.75% or whatever it is). This would allow for the rng to cap out at 8 failures (40% bonus) in addition to the worst base seen on the twitch (60%), to give a 100% chance to succeed. I feel this doesnt mean whales can forego gaining assesment rank, but is actually a healthy balance between those who spend a MONTH to earn 1 upgrade chance f2p (seriously 8 months for a guarantee is already beyond stupid with MY BUFFED suggestion) and whales who will be more willing to spend for guaranteed investment giving guaranteed output (would need to ADD an EXO to packs ... a 5 minute use boost FT upgrade chance 20%) -> This would mean a 60% FT would be at 80%, given 4 failures to upgrade, the pack would contain 4x amount required to upgrade FT 1 time (eg if FT needs 6k, pack will contain 24k + 20% exo). Look at that! a suggestion on how you could make money!
PLEASE for the love of God change the mechanic of Rare Anomaly Sample nodes!! PLEAAAASE!! I've drained 17 commons so far and CANNOT get a blasted Rare to spawn! If the goal is to annoy the heck out of players this is by far your best work š
When an event is completed, move it to the end of the queue to avoid cycling through closed events to see which aren't, especially the grouped events

I know but still listing valuable ships in scrap list is wrong. There should be a way to prevent accidentally scrap or at least cancel an ongoing scrap if possible. Similar games do have this functionality since ages to protect players valuable items.
It would be nice if you could mark certain ships as not scrappable. But then you would have to remember to unmark them later when you are done with them.
I hope never to see this event ever again till scopely fixed their website. Considering they donāt even fix all the bugs in the game unless itās some meaningless pip they probably wonāt fix the website either

Could the "Away Team" icon on the officer screen be turned into a button that takes us to the relevant AT mission? For example: I need Barot back to I can send him off mining. I know he's on an away team (oops, my mistake: I assigned him without thinking about it). But which away team? Currently, I have to drill into each, one at a time, to find out where he is, nope, nope, nope, no... oh hello cat... pat, now where was I? That's just annoying when the game could just jump us straight to the right screen, and I could decide whether I speed it up.
Doesn't it already do that? you try to assign them and they're on an away team it does this.

@gusty jasper losing the g4 rare and uncommon ship part spigots at ops 51 from the bajornan chests, feesha chests, and other sources is a big contention point for lower spend people not going to ops 51. I can say personally that there is a big likelihood I will stay at ops 50 for a while just to work on my g4 ships, and I won't be spending much. If the g4 parts were still in the chests at ops 51 I would go to ops 51 without thought and spend more while there.
Having your g4 ship parts spigots shut off at ops 51 feels really bad. Pls fix

It offers to speed it up, but it does so "blind" without telling you anything about the mission. The most you get is the remaining duration at the top of the speed-up window itself. And as @visual grail says, it's really not obvious that it's going to even make the offer.
Increase the reds cap from 2k to 3k. Or atleast double it when hostile grinding events are on
@gusty jasper @cold escarp please undo the changes made to augment system bounty hunters. This is easily one of the dumbest changes to have been made in some time. The amount of lag it generates is ridiculous. Some of us want to be able to play the game, which is being made infinitely harder by the players that just want to AFK their way through grinding events.
Please rework the rogue faction store. Obtaining uranium and upgrading the Stella is a slow process so why punish players for leveling the faction with even more uranium required? Surely levelling should be a fun process?

Brackets should be locked to each level. I have seen events where I at 34 at the time had players ops 60 in the same bracket.
im with you on that thought, however at the low end of the levels ive also seen that there were only 3 people in the scoring for a particular event as well (the person I saw was an OPS 25) in a server that most of the players have gone to at least 28 or higher and of course we have level 60s also.
That's fair. Maybe make it multi level brackets up to a point. Like Ops 34+ is brackets by level and 33- by grouping?
keep in mind that the age of a server pretty much decides for you how many people at lower/higher levels there are... so it's not likely a one size fits all calculation. š¦ there's always going to be some disparity because of different people's progression speed moving at different rates. It's almost a calculation of how many people your server has at level X.
While true i can tell you now i havenāt even made an attempt to win a spend event in 6months. Thereās no point in trying given the 60ās will just outspend you

Here's a suggestion for an new exocomp, Make an exocomp that temporarily puts your faction rep at -2,000,000 Enemy. You can make 1 exocomp for each faction. It would be nice to sometimes try and autogrind the different factions if I choose to.

if you're going to insist on merging servers together when they dont want it, maybe try to increase the spawn rate of armadas at least during events.
Two suggestions:
- Allow the members of the bridge crew to be swapped while in space. That is we should be able to reorganize the three that are on a given ship.
- Similar to saved crews, we should be able to have a quick ship swap such that I can quickly assign my Disco to a dock instead of having to keeping scrolling waaaaay to the right to find it. That way, if one of our serverās many denizensāwhose seemingly only purpose in the game is to antagonize and disrupt othersā gameplayācomes into a system, I can quickly get to my disco to bring my ship safely home.
Making diplomatic status mean something so friends and allies have the ability to communicate with each other, work together on events and share the benefits of territory. For example, a friend might be able to join your Armada, a full ally might be able to share a territory, They might both receive alerts and advisory messages from each other if a station is engaged, a territory defense begins, or an Armada starts. It might be helpful if such a status prohibits certain in game behavior. For example a full ally should not be able to be engage in PvP without first changing their status. You might even consider integrating community chat features. At the minimum, providing diplomatic controls would be an interesting element to the game.
Great ideas. Until they implement something like that, I recommend setting up a joint server with a discord bot that alerts to your and your allies TCs.

Hi team - UI suggestion, when a player goes to look up a system, is there a way to only have one lookup field. At the the moment you have to click the system look up button> click the system name field> then enter the system name in a different field then click ok. It seems like there is an opportunity to make that a little simpler for players. Thanks!

I would love some officers with tradeoffs. Something like -$$% loot from hostiles but you get +$$% rep or you lose 10% defense but gain 10% attack.

- Cut down on the number of clicks. If I want to go to Actian System I have to confirm twice that I want to use a token to travel.
- Make the items menu more user friendly. A search option would be nice so I could find the item I'm looking for in the pile of other useless items that never get used. Also, make the process by which I search for a specific system easier. See #1. I have to click like 4 times to search for a system.
- There are way too many 2-day SLB's that should be 1-day SLBs. Heavy Hitters is a good example. When one of the biggest complaints about your game is that players feel like they have to spend too much time in front of the screen, having LBs that require the user to be in front of the screen all the time that are 2-days long is a bit much. And yeah, I realize you don't have to participate, but also maybe I want to, but I also don't want to do it for two days. Seems recursive, I know.
Can we slow down voyager token space hostiles impulse, i appreciate we got impulse research with voyager but because like other efficiancies, they are annoyingly fast
