SMS requires to be over the max number of tetryons at start, to time the gift chests well (play with the 22h refresh), to do the idiot with the cheapest ship to cloak (d3).

With lag at event reset in my server yesterday, I missed my window to open the chest in time 😵

During the 48h that it runs I cannot do any cloaked pvp if I want to complete this event.

Please increase the score per kill made from 10 point or scale it up by hostile level (starting at 10).

This event to kill explorers with battleship is ridiculously unfair. I don’t have a battleship with long enough warp range to match my other ships. So I have a high target. Have to hit a couple hundred smaller explorers

@wanton copper I went into the Disappearing Act event over my limit due to battle pass pulls from June, I also made sure not to pull a chest too early and get just the speed ups due to the small cap. I hit a few hostiles until I was at 100 Tetryons left, and pulled my chests on cool down. And was still not able to make the SMS final milestone. We need a better way to source tetryons if this is going to continue to be an issue.

That would have required to recall 6 miners and after basis relo — send 6 miners back. Thus = 6x disco. My method was better. The event is a design failure

Guys, they KNOW the tetryons aren’t there for most people to fairly complete the milestones. They plan it like that. That’s why there is a tetryon pack in the store as well as cloaking unlocks. They don’t care about fair, they care about keeping enough people chasing packs and spending that $$$

Seriously, just put back the extra tetryons that were originally in the milestone rewards. As it is, it's completeable IF you have a low enough level cloakable ship AND you start the event out already over max tetryons AND your tetryon collection timing lets you collect twice during the event. Or if you acquire a new cloak. Otherwise, you cannot complete it without those extra tetryons.

I expect you’re correct here. But if true it really shows how bad scopley is, they make money in so many other ways, throwing an extra 50-100 tetryons to people is nothing.

@mods Heavy Hitters SLB event could use a minor tweak. Almost everyone seems to crowd into Penumbra since Eclipse hunting is the most efficient path. So instead, I would suggest limiting eligible targets to Faction ships only. That would also increase the challenge and make it more interesting, imo

Uhura milestones are way too high. interceptor vs batleship should be vidar vs probes and 33's will take forever

My 39 just did a run and ended up with 3280 points out of 19.95k required

Shoehorning people into using a specific type of ship vs ship is problematic for higher ops levels. If someone didn't invest in a D4 and went romulan, they have to rely on what..a Saladin...if they invested in it. You can't assume everyone has every type of maxed ship at all ops levels

ops 42. 4k per Vidar run with 53.2 k top milestone....Guess that's not an option..

The milestones should be much lower to accommodate all players

Thank you. When the milestones are set too high, it turns an event into a hassle. A lot of us will still do it because we need the officer shards and mats—but it shouldn’t take anyone two hours of grinding for each event.

WTC….. level 41 has to do 39k points and a level 45 has to do 136k points in these stupid events. Did you even consider the time required to accomplish these events since you will be forcing people to use ships that may not be their primary warship for their level?! No one except maybe Uber whales maintain more than one ship type with the same combat power. To accomplish this event I am going to have to spend 3+🤬🤬🤬 hours again grinding ships for one event reward.

There’s a time/cost analysis to consider in such a competitive leaderboard. Eclipse are far faster to get to and more consistent in point rewards. Swarms take long travel times, have high repair costs, and provide wisely varied points.

That’s why you take a screenshot of your playerID and make sure you have a ScopleyID or Game Centre logged in. I reinstalled like 4 times since I started playing and I never get deleted

Nope it’s related to a lot of things 47s have over 44s. That’s why I said the brackets are broken. Put me up against 42-45 and it would be fair. My effort would equal their effort. You add in their ship advantage it all makes their grind 100x easier than mine at my ops. Their is no denying that.

It would be nice if when you schedule a ticketed event with the same scoring mechanism as a battle pass event the ticketed event was actually put up on time...

Of course, all of the frustration from players when daily event launches go amiss could be avoided entirely if you'd just give a detailed planned schedule.

In terms of relative gains you were on pace to take 11th, and have 1/30th of the top scorer. Now you're going for 4th and only 1/3rd of the top score. As 11th would put you outside of the t10 designation you considered important, this 4th placing would be a victory.

Scopely, I am highly irritated about the incursion events. Specifically, I am forced into moving my base without any option to opt-out of what I think is a very "stupid and pointless" event. The message you are sending is that you don't care about paying customers. I waited for a very long time for a spot to open up in this system and I am forced to lose it because of an event that I have absolutely ZERO interest in! Personally, I would much rather seen you optimize your code (with all the lag lately the game has been less enjoyable) instead of forcing users to do things they don't want to.

That is not the message they're sending at all. If you had no notice, logged in after maintenance and your shields didn't work and there was an active incursion? That. That is the "we don't care about you" message.

For what it's worth, the rest of those folks in (probably one of the 29 systems) will face the same problem. Plan ahead (with the ample notice given and get a spot back.)

If your interest in the game was tenuous enough that a relocation and some frustration was enough, then yeah. There's the door. Triumph Token Chest - Great! Awesome! but one problem (part of a bigger one):
I (and many other players) have built the epic ships. I don't want to ~~build ~~ level a second D4/Ent/Aug and I probably never will. And I definitely don't want to risk a pull for officers I need, only to get BPs I will never use.
All of these ships do have Cloaking available.
We LOVE the Transporter Patterns for Officers, and even the Officer XP gained from C/UC officers is nice.
Let us shred BPs we don't need/want into ShipScrap (TM). That ship scrap can be spent on:
Skins (Epic BPs?)
Cloaks (Epic/Rare BPs?)
Ship XP (Com/UC BPs?)

@wanton copper Welp, i guess 195/193 are the test subjects again. Just a heads up, Events are not giving rewards even if completed. The invaders can not repair their base or ships. Ships always show as full health. They also can't relocate after being attacked. They are just stuck.

Bugs with incursion (attacking side) - no points for raiding bases. Ships in base being raided do not get destroyed. No event milestone rewards including battlepass.

And encouraging the defending side to bring out some ships for points is just not happening 🤨

That's an easy grind, if triple lock and doing your daylies that's 50 fraction, 22 swarm with a frank A so almost half just by your daylies, then you have the BP event so your going to get some hostiles from. Exchange... You are mostly there...

As an APAC server resident (187) I can tell that incursions event is even worse than I thought it will be.

• Scoring is laggy, or even not happening (I'm waiting over half an hour to get my points).
• Doing this event during Rules of Acquisition is really great idea (sic!) .
• 90% players of my server went to lvl19 or lower systems and shielded and don't participate.
  I guess no one likes to be bullied, because this event is all about being bullied by ppl with more money.

Next time you create events, you should think about creating a set of events that encourages the high risk/high reward of being out on a server during an incursion. Think a SLB with massive payouts for mining/hostile killing that rewards someone for being out there with a high probability of being attacked.

Events like this PAIRED WITH player kill/damage/steal would go a long way to not creating ghost towns where only whales come out.
