Unfortunately, no. To my understanding there has not been an update on the Armada issue yet. On many servers, it appears to be multiple types that are not working optimally.

Well Solo Armadas doesn’t work properly either… still takes the directives and than disappears when the timer hits zero… can’t even see something in the battle log. No chance to get that event done with such problems. It’s kinda annoying especially after a month of continuous events with lots of directives to spent already.

I'm generally thrilled about the CoW updates. I have a minor comment on the ship list - I believe the Sarc is on there as a holdover from past runs, but the Stella appears to be missing still, and it feels weird that there's two ships that have a loop involving hitting hostiles (Amalgam & Stella) that aren't counted, while a ship that you don't want to hit hostiles with (Sarc) is given bonus points.

Summer Hunt is a total flop due to Armada spawning issues On server 78. Doomsday and Borg solo armadas will not respawn There are systems that are completely empty. I'm sure that most of the people playing this game would rather Scopley take the time to fix the plethora of ongoing issues before adding any more new content. I would rather do my dailies for a week and have fewer events than have my team deal with events that won't let you score.

How can you do Solo armadas during event, when there are not 1 left, because there are not enough, there are not enough zones suitable for majority player base on my server. Way too little 42/46. There are only 2 zones there. While on the server there are 400/1000 players, more than 65% 40+.. there are not even enough armadas in Dark Space for 40/49 players ...

Really, as much money as you take in this is ridiculous. First, a whole freaking week of armadas is insanely grueling. The person who thought this up should be fired. The person who green lit it should be flogged... for a week.

Then you can't keep the armadas or servers functioning, fantastic job there too. Your platform group should be fired.

Then when you do "fix" it, the armadas are invisible, or just don't respawn, or are at such a slow rate it's no longer feasible.

I personally stopped spending anything a year ago. I bought a $20 bp in January because you added new diplomacy options. It's the one thing you've gotten right in the last year.

How long do you think you will keep your customer base doing things this way? How long do you think Paramount will let you tarnish their intellectual property? Stop adding garbage. Rerun old events from years ago and fix your platform. You wouldn't believe how happy all of us would be. As things are, I have to wonder how much longer STFC will be viable.

Summer hunt is one of those events that, so far, I'm sure it has looked great on paper, but has failed in execution. And I'm not even talking about the armada bugs, that's been annoying but is a whooooooole other can o' worms.
Suffice to say, the design of having the same event over... and over... and over... and over... just does not work well. This last week has been an utterly miserable gameplay experience. I'm not looking forward to next week at all.
And the event store rewards are pretty meh too. Officer shards feel overly stingy.

I was hoping to finish the summer hunt SMS with Soloarmadas today, but they don't seem to respawn anymore. I've been looking at the Alafoss System for a while now and not 1 spawned over a time of 15 - 20 minutes. This isn't normal. I'm sure they used to respawn quicker.

In server 201 we have had multiple big alliances trying in multiple system with no luck. The last avaliable solos were the BORG Spheres and they have now gone the way of the Dodo. Its not you I know but can you make sure they get a message> Its really simple: FIX THE ARMADAS... I and many others have missed out on completing the Summer Hunt Event due to the whole week end being a waste of time.. I was looking forward to a cool looking Frame for my Avatar and now I wont be able to get it... The "compensation chest" that they will most probably give us all had better be a good one this time...

To add to the armada issue pile, even when you can run & defeat and armada it doesn’t score correctly. Suppose to get 1K per win no matter the size of the armada. Instead I’ve only been getting 980 and that’s if I get any points.
How hard is it to have scoring subroutines already made that get dropped in depending on what the stated criteria is suppose to be? It’s not as if that basic of a routine would need to be changed much except for the amount of points given and that an easy update from event to event. It’s not hard to leave a placeholder in the template. Ugh🤦🏽‍♀️

Spend directives to get tickets to enter events that require spending directives s, uncommon, possibly away team speedups, formation armada directives or using them on kill events with the lowest payouts. Congratulations dev who made this entire event, you have topped your colleagues at making horrible even worse. Any event that requires multiple days of investments or just really any unknowns about what the effort in will get you at the end should NEVER disappoint when it comes to rewards. How can any of us make an informed choice to invest in these events not knowing what we are going to be offered at the end? The supreme choice event gave out those tokens for great rewards. However that’s the only one.

It's been said before I'm sure, but just to add my voice - Scopley, putting tickets in the store that values the time, directives and effort spent placing high in the SLBs over 6 days at less the $40USD is an insane slap in the face to those players. Not to mention working through all the armada bugs to stay competitive. Pair that with the fact that the rewards aren't worth the effort put in anyhow, and I suspect more then a few people will have decided they are done with your shenanigans for good.

After the armada disaster, which was completely bugged from the start, it ends with a leaderboard where the winner is the one who spends money. This is the absolute climax in the negative sense that scopely has allowed itself here. For one week we had to endure lousy gameplay. All of a sudden, the armadas don't even go true - especially the armadas that provide cheap points. Shortly after the end of the event - after a week - the information came that everything was working again. That was partly malicious intent!

i thought it was tiered tie, top rank goes the the last f2p person (closest to the end of event) to score ...all the way down to paid rank which appears after the f2p ranking (which has several internal brackets itself) as a way to make the spenders spend to appear higher in the ranking (at least thats a mechanic in other games to promote spending and ive never appeared anywhere except last or near last regardless of when ive scored in a tie in stfc and im a spender)

-The Killing Game SLB prizes are BS
-It's unfair that the bounty orders are for sale. I'm used to the stuff to get into competitions being for sale, e.g. directives being for sale to win the SLBs last week to unlock the tickets this week. And it was explained that the bounty credits could be used to buy SLB points. But it wasn't explained that more SLB points could literally be directly purchased by buying the bounty orders to unlock the ticket SMSes.

I look at how an event is explained to decide how and where to spend my resources and time and effort. This was a bait and switch.

As far as something which can be adjusted now goes...

We just spent a week burning through our armada directives, esp solo, to get bounty orders. We then had a material spend SLB for two days. And right after those, and without any major chance to restock on directives or mats (e.g. the bonus refine coming this weekend)... The elite bounty SMSes two days in a row have been mats and armadas.

Come on! Shake things up! Do stuff other than madas and mats for cripe's sake. I like the Journeyman Dailies SMS today. I get that Elite has to be harder. Ask us to kill another 500 hostiles in a day, mine a bajillion whatevers, cool. Just change it up some. These tickets are a perfect chance to throw out a variety of tasks, right? Yes, madas and mats right after having us burn all our madas and mats is annoying, but it's also annoying and boring to just keep running madas for a second week straight

Incursions are an inconvenience, a server where all who wish to participate should move to an incursions server where they can have more glitch problems, those who won’t be participating can go on with their daily’s and game on as usual. Feedback on the Summer Hunt

Once again, what seemed at first to be a good idea ended up in a shameful pay to win event.

The mechanic seemed OK: first week leaderboards to get tickets for second week events. The hunt rewarded armadas and mostly solo armadas. So we began to plan our week as we could not compete in all SLBs. Doing borgs one day, then dominion another day, according to the game time available and our direcives sourcing. Suddenly guess what? SOLO ARMADAS STOPPED TO RESPAWN. A nice gift was posted, but no fix to the lack of solos, until the very LAST minutes of the LAST SLB... And during 3-4 days NO COMMUNICATION nor acknowledgement of the non re-spawn bug.

During all this bug time, the only players who scored were the ones with all docks in augment space for auto attack... So the lazy, bandwidth and cpu wasters were rewarded...

Then came the second week... double sanction for the ones left without solo armadas the previous week. Not only did they got less resources but they have no way to get into the LB...

Then we noticed the shop... tickets we could not gain were for sale... Suddenly it all became clear.... THE BUG WAS INTENDED AS A FEATURE to force all players into buying packs of tickets.

Am I paranoid? For what I see and read it seems the only valid explanation. A trap!

Due to personal illness, (you know….like IRL stuff) I could not finish every event I. The first hunt, so I have no tickets left on only the 2nd day of the bounty hunter event. CanNOT even participate any more. Can’t BUY them with tokens, in the store, or anywhere else. So only those lucky people who got tickets, or didn’t enter every event on the first day can participate in even the second day of the event.
THAT is BS in the highest order. Scopely needs to make it POSSIBLE to get more tickets so we can “join now” in the second day of events. A way to use previously earned tokens to purchase them. That’s more desirable to me than a single mayflower BP for what 4000 tokens. That’s ludicrous.

Here a good example why bad brackets are killing game fun: all players with high scores are OPS49. The reason is simple: they have WARP RANGE due to restricted research that the others (OPS45-48) DONT have. So they can kill higher hostiles. PLEASE CORRECT THAT ASAP

Im not sure if this is an unpopular opinion but the RSS scoring for the incursion events needs to be changed. Limit the amount of points the players of a server can score off of raiding a players base. Seems a bit wrong that a server can score trillions of points off of 1 player who forgets to shield or intentional does not shield.

Incursion is the dumbest example of "Shield or Share" in this game. You can have 99% of the players exercise good shield discipline and all it takes is one or two whales who are AWOL to turn the game on its head. Gotta tell you, Incursions is a very poorly thought out and poorly executed mechanic that benefits only the PVP player and punishes the PVE… if you’re a PVE only player than you lose an entire day of gameplay. If you’re a mix, like me then you end up burning through repair speed ups, getting nothing in return and get bullied by larger players, often ten to twenty levels above you. It’s not evenly remotely fun or enjoyable, and serves only to upset and frustrate 70%-80% of your player base…. Today’s incursions outcome for our server was so one sided it’s pathetic! 300B vs more than trillion! In the example as Barkman had already illustrated, the matching system is buggy as we had players on the other server in the mid 50s with 200+ million power ships bullying the entire opposing server as there’s no one large enough to oppose them.
This mechanic needs to removed until it’s redesigned. Or maybe make it a stand alone server that players can elect to join rather than bringing entire servers down for a day

I think the Summer Hunt was decent the first few days…until the second round (where need to spend “orders” to join each event. No where was it stated how long that phase would last, how many orders would be required, or the number of orders remaining for a player. As a result, many spent available orders the first day and are effectively locked out for subsequent days - is this the desired effect? They should be more up front about the need to meter the order use, or provide some additional orders in event completion rewards or as a daily “gift” (like in ticketed events). It is just dumb to have a multi day event that is decided on the first day and then unavailable (to play) for the remaining days. Please find a way to fix the order scarcity or just make it a one day event.

Alright this sucks. I did not get back on intime for the start of incursion but I did not make it. So I was unable to raise shields during event. Could not get any points to register on my account. The first week seemed neat at first. The idea of bounty hunters ranks and having different events based on rank is cool.

However it was implemented poorly. The week-long SMS didn't care about the avatar equipped and you could score doing solo armadas right away. It defeated the whole purpose of the event. And then having the same solo armada SLB all week long was asinine and painful. I would rather go back to having a baby and changing poopy diapers all day than do that part of the event again.

The second week is much better. I thoroughly enjoy having the option of which event I wanted to do that day. And having it tied to the bounty hunter rewards from the past week was also good.

But the most efficient way to place in week-long SLB is to only do the elite bounty. If the scoring was done in 4-2-1 method where 4 initiate, 2 Veteran, or 1 elite scored the same then we could just pick which style event we wanted to do and that personalization of playstyle would be wonderful.

My server lost badly in Incursions for one reason, too many players in our server didn't shield. This resulted in being behind after 10 minutes into the competition. The rewards are too low especially the currency for purchasing character and ship bps. 1000 credits can only buy you 2 epic character bps and have only 200 credits left over. For those who don't have the complete strike teams will be waiting forever to activate the epic characters. If a server loses all the time, it would take 50 months to accumulate the full 100 shards from the incursion store. RIdiculous.

Having in-between pull cooldowns on this event store made no sense. There was no harm or impact to other events letting people pull as many as they want when they want until they run out of loot. Luckily we were alerted in our group early on so I was able to plan out my pulls, but so many players are going to be stuck with credits they couldnt spend due to the weird cooldown rules. Event stores really dont need cooldowns, especially one that was so short.

End of shop timer is not the same thing as the cooldown timer. They need to tell people they are limiting daily pulls on event stores when that's the case. Scopely never put that info in the game or the tiles (until after you made the max pulls for the day once). Again, they left it up to users to figure it out and share with others. Yes they were in place, but they were not advertised nor marked on the tiles until AFTER you pulled the max. That was my point this whole time... scopely put no indicator of their existence in the game until AFTER someone pulled them and found out on their own. I know they were in place, someone in my alliance found out early on and shared with us - not scopely. Had we waited and not been told, we would not have known without discord users telling us. The lack of information in game is what I have been talking about...

I agree there was an absolute failure of communication about the change to how nearly ever other event store has been handled in the past.

• no FC shards it's been really long since their release and they are in the incursion store
• no building currency for the command center . This building is way too slow

the vidar MUST be built at ops 25, and every opslevel you grow in addition it should grow +1 as well, thats how they calculate the eventpoints required. it is hard but sometimes you can trixx a little bit, for example probes at level 29 got a serious fireing pattern issue 😉 *wink wink

What is the reasoning behind having to "JOIN" the Exchange Armada SLB event? Can you get rid of this? For some reason, I just can't ever remember to do this and end up going through a bunch of armadas before I remember. My own fault but I just don't understand the logic of having it 'joinable' instead of automatically being entered like most events. For the Faction spend events, I get it since you may be focussing on one or two in particular, but for this event I can see no reason why you wouldn't join.

Because its pointless for me to get a lvl46 ship, it just slows me down. Credit-wise it costs the same as a 53 ship, so I’d rather get more bang for my buck. Well, actually I‘ve started to work on getting a Pilum via the Away Teams store because I dont have much to spend it on otherwise and the ability is good, but I‘ve got a T7 Valdore which is way enough to reach 53 and get a Corvus next. I won‘t be waiting for the Pilum, as soon as I can I‘ll be going forward to 53 and that is where I‘ll be camping/researching for a bit

I have a t8 ktinga and it falls way short compared to my t4 newton. The kori and pilum are both t7 now and the part collection bonus as well as having the max faction bonuses for level locking really make a difference. The 42s give you extra rep, but the 46s give extra parts, which will help the 50s ship prep.

How are you even doing bajoran favors at 49? The chest costs are ridiculous and I don't know thst the 53s I am hitting now could keep up with the 49 pulls.

I‘m mostly f2p, I have a family and other rl activities so I long ago gave up on doing everything perfectly/everything max in this game. It‘s a marathon, not a sprint - so I‘m doing what I can with reasonable time investment

Yep, I don't have it but alliance member with lower tier Defiant and lower bajoran rep have it. And some alliance mates with higher defiants and rep also have it.

Which points and what were you looking for it to count against? It just gives you more ship xp per kill, it doesn’t count towards any event.

Ok ,when i put on 500 % ship xp ,i shot hostile and above my ship it say i win 27000 ship xp.Then when you open ship upgrade in the top wright conor it shows total ship xp.there it dont count ship xp

The bottom right corner is ship xp, and when you kill hostiles, the popup number goes directly to that blue bar. Using an exocomp will increase the popup number and the ship xp you gain from pve.
The top right corner are yellow xp cubes, they are an item in your inventory that you can earn from lootboxes or other sources. They are not affected by exocomps.

Revisiting the event store usually comes in batches. This takes time, and you may not get what you wanted. We'll have to wait and see.

I'd settle to just have available what other folks at same ops have. It's frustrating that other players get to advance the time lock on Defiant but some can't.

Please update the event store for resources. For 3k event coins I can get 8500 1mil tokens at level 52. My cheapest buildings cost 100b+. In comparison, the daily xp spend gave me 54billion. The amount of resources we need verses what we could get is laughable. I would recommend you give out 5-10% of what the next operations building would require if a player had max efficiency.

Another suggestion for away teams. Add a select token to the daily chests to allow players to pick and choose a specific away team mission they can run. Require 1 token for commons, 2 for uncommon, 3 for rare, 4 for epic. This way players can go after much needed items be it ship BP, officer shards, resources, lat, etc. This will also allow us to focus on maximizing that one mission type so we can have a better chance of getting what we are after.
