Events (brackets) where not the player who invest the most is the winner but only the level will mainly decide the top rank. Good job.

We all understand Scopley wants to make obscene amounts of money by the sheer volumes of players online and I agree with @vestal sandal re. A La Carte style store. It’s proven more money can be made using this method and satisfies the most people. BUT it’ll take Scopely like…..forever….to figure this one out!

All scopely want is for you to purchase to complete the event. Both the cost to do so and forcing a situation where you must purchase to do so is predatory. Currently there is a senate enquiry in Australia on this issue in the gaming industry, I would love@to see a real response from scopely, which I would be more than happy to submit to this enquiry.

I’m actually one of the whales 🐳 on our server, so hearing this from a guy who has spent on this game…should really make the content team question what marketing they truly want to pursue.

I’d love to hear which business development leader laid out an OKR/KPI for their Q2 sales objectives and forced the team to publish this to production. If the customer backlashes like we are publicly, they are now stuck in appeasement for a long time. Kudos to the leader wanting to prep his yacht for the season, and needed some extra cash.

I don’t know with everyone else but I see no difference in what I receive from daily goals based off what I’m supposed to be getting from my syndicate lvl. It looks the exact same as what I’ve always been getting for my lvl. Hell I’m syndicated lvl 8 the first syndicate lvl gave daily syndicate exp of 200, lvl 4 syndicate gives an additional daily exp so that should be like 400 exp but it’s still only 200, then it’s supposed to increase again at lvl 9 syndicate, I’m supposed to be getting 1.5x and 2x resources from syndicate yet I have never ever seen these increases in daily goals the amount I’ve been getting is the exact same I’ve been getting based on my lvl since before syndicate came out. I suggest showing the proof of the so called change in daily goals.

If I remember correctly syndicate level 1 is 150 xp daily. level 4 is 200, next increase is to 250.
The 2x multiplier is in your daily goals and those are working for me, I get more than what I did pre-syndicate. So I'm not seeing anything wrong here.

Question about daily goals… I’m dual locked at Fed and Rom. When doing daily goals I can kill lvl 40 feds which satisfy my Rom 25 lvl 40 kills. When I try and kill lvl 40 Roms to satisfy the Fed goal of killing 25 lvl 42 Rom or Klingon it does not work, however when I kill lvl 40 Klingon it does count. Why is that?

You got out crewed, learn from it and move on. If you'd had Marcus instead of kang it would have been very different I think.

I have killed 8 mil + Katinga's with my D4 when it was 3.9 mil. What tier was his Marcus? A maxed Marcus is very effective at bypassing shields with damage. And depending on his Spock tier he could have driven your crit damage below your regular shot damage.

Yuki would do double duty, both anti-rom and shield removal. The other player has not played as long as me and doesn't spend on game I have got officer packs in store multiple times just so i could get officers or max the ones already have. But I also have officers that are maxed a few people dont have that are higher in game that have been playing longer than me...so the random thing isn't really good.

The way you have chosen to progress is just that, choice. I started around the same time as you but am ops 45 (not f2p but am not even a dolphin on my server). Always pushed ops as far as I could; caught up on research later. As a result I got earlier access to higher event rewards AND additional efficiency research.

If you want to be good (for your level) by doing all research first that’s again choice. There’s no wrong or right way, and certainly isn’t proof of skewed RNG

iOS app has become very unstable in the last ~2 releases.

In the case of events where there are sub groups. Clicking into one of the sub groups and then back out returns to an events tab with no content. You have to back out again and go back into events to see them.

e.g. Daily events -> Fed reputation -> click join -> back -> Empty

App is also hanging a lot when trying to view a system or enter station. Keeps freezing, like its loading but never loads. All buttons become useless, need to kill the app to restart. Killing my app probably once or twice per hour

Here's me take on the latest arc. In a word, or rather a sound, "Meh"

In fairness, it is better then some of the other arcs (Ferengi....), but it ignores some of the really great content they have done in the past. In particular Jayla, the Terror skin, and the Infinitus.

Now I will grant you (Scopely) did just do a Borg repeat and you could get a third of the Infinitus shards (which I find frustrating because I somehow ended up 6 shards short at some point), but I give you credit for at least running the Borg event!

But WHY do you make Jayla shards so RARE in Events??? She is a GREAT officer in the F-A, especially once you have gotten them both tiered up a bit (My Jayla is LT / T-3 and F-A is L44) I make short work of the Swarm task.

This, of course, leads to the Terror skin, which has NOT been made available since it was originally dropped! I am on S61 and there are exactly TWO players with the Terror skin. Seriously -- can you just make it available (and not one of this effing bidding wars. It can be expensive, fine, but none of this winner take all nonsense.

The Roadmap details some interesting new capabilities (Lower Deck abilities, Alliance Starbase), and the "Best of" has been subject to some unknown filtering process by Scopely. Please don't misunderstand me. Some of this content looks EXTREMELY compelling (if you are familiar with an older game, Starfleet Commander [no connection to Star Trek or STFC], I am guessing some of this newer content picks up some of the mechanisms from that game), but Scopely seems to be deliberately ignoring some great content from their past for no good business reason. One could make the case that it appears rarely in order to drive up the revenue Scopely derives when it is available, but I would counter that is a pricing decision, and that the revenue the derive when it is available cannot be that much, precisely BECAUSE it is only available rarely. [Also, lets not forget Tal, which seems to be about as easy to acquire as the Terror skin. At least Georgiou is in the Discovery Recruit pack.]

Dear Scopely… please at least double the spawn rate for literally everything(!) On merged servers. Our newly merged server 176 emptied the whole eclipse system from hostiles. Same for Armadas. The main storyline missions have been frustrating me. I needed support's help to get past a roadblock, only to run into the exact same issue a few minutes later...

These are the parts of the main storyline intended to be completed at levels 6 and 7 and they're impossible for me at 11. These missions should either have a way to move the target system (e.g., relocation) or need to be fixed so the randomly selected targets won't be unreachable :(

The game is basically unplayable on my home WiFi. I know it is slow, it is the best ADSL I can get in the area, with no fiber available. It was fine last night till about 2300bst, but now it is terrible.
Constant network timeouts, kicked out of hand to restart. Can't even do daily refinery. Away missions was terrible. Took multiple tries to even try accept a completed event. It's the only game i am having a problem with

Guys - "Merit of Honor" tokens in away missions are far too hard to come by, I've got millions of the other resources needed for that research tree but for at least the last 6 or so missions for merit of honor tokens, they fail to hit crit, even with maxed out chances for crit. I'm never going to be able to make any progress there if the crit always fails on those missions. Anyone else having this issue? I've also noticed that those missions come around very infrequently lately, where I used to see them pretty regularly, now its sometimes a week or more in between when I see them. Something changed....

So as someone who has patiently waited for an event store to include epic ship skins again I am extremely disappointed that they are not included again. I have 49 shards to unlock my enterprise skin which now seems like a waste to have purchased because you folks haven't put it in the last few event stores. I also know that someone is going to say that the amalgam is the answer, but as someone who actually purchased that ship the first month it was offered, I have only been able to get enough shard trackers for 8 of the skin shards.

This is absolutely ridicuolous as it has been months. I respectfully request that all of the possible ship skins be added to this event store.

What's with the lower level player hate?

Looking at the event store on my main account (LV19) account and for the officers, I only have tokens. I leveled up a second account to LV20, and there I have the Ferengi and Lower Deck officers.
-There is NO reason for the 'Gate Keeping' when it comes to officers. All the players that take part and earn the event currency (3D Chess Piece), should have the same chance to get the officers.

Ship Blueprints and parts I can semi understand, but considering I already have the needed BP to make a Legionary and clocking unlocked for it.. More ship BPS should be available. Even if a player can't build the ship(s) yet. It gives them a reason to want to level up, since they have something to look forward too.
-Sadly the part I need to tier up my Franklin (Warp Relay) isn't in the LV 19 Event store, but it is in the LV 20 store. What's worse is my LV 20 account doesn't have the Franklin yet... So yes, I'm a little sour on this one.

'Resources and Materials' and 'Special Currencies' should also be available to everyone. Yes, Players might not be able to use everything. But it does give them a chance to stockpile a bit for what they'll need down the road.

Hey Scopely, what's the chances of increasing the D'vor refinery's output of D'vor parts at higher levels, especially now that the D'vor can be scrapped at T9 for a Feesha? My larger (of two) D'vor is mid-T7, and at an average of 550 parts per day for max refine, it's going to take me nearly two years to get it to T9. (Roughly 612 days by my calculation.) If it weren't for the pressed latinum it wouldn't even be worth bothering to refine.

Who made the tendi recruit SMS leaderboard part of the recruit TNG crew -SMS? I just made 40 a week before the battlepass started. I need to earn 450k points. That is 30 rare armadas, or 9 epic armadas or 4,500 3/4* uncommon or 3000 rare 3/4* . I CANNOT EVEN REFINE 4* UNCOMMON MUCH LESS THE 4* RARE. How is ANYONE supposed to have that much resources? Yes, I could scrap a 26 ship if I had one ready, but that takes a week and this is over in 2 days.

This battlepass is quickly turning into the absolute WORST. If we don't complete this, we can't finish the tendi recuit and then we are out a full unlock.

Just gotta say - I hate cross server leaderboards. As mostly f2p, I can buy battlepasses and save up resources for leaderboards to get what I need. Not first place, or even top 10, but somewhere in the top 25. Cross server board guarantee that f2p player are locked out by the whales of 2 servers and never benefit. Dear Scopely, not every ship has to be a Federation, saucer, enterprise look-a-like ship. You have ALL of Star Trek canon to lean on, there are ships from the Vulcans, Andorians, Xindi, and many others. Even in the federation there are other classes of ships. Then you have the Klingons and Romulans too, who have styles and classes of ships OTHER than the standard long-neck, bird of prey, hole in the middle types you lean too much on.

Use your imagination, it’s fine, we won’t bite.

Also, caring just a little bit more would go a long way to gaining new players. If I saw this before downloading the game I would never have started playing. The chest is mainly to get the guaranteed 20 rare mada cores to upgrade the ACC. But sometimes you get lucky and get some other goodies. If you can make it to DS, and you have a heavy hitter willing to help, the 47 rares give 130k rare mada tokens. I have an ops 56 slliamce member that brings his g5 uncommon ship to the mada (just us) and we beat it. I die, but he kills the mada and 130k in the bank

I didn’t ignore ATA for Ent after I learned how good it was with Augur. But yes generally most ignore lead expedition and the credits

Armada Battle Logs should give an overview of each participant - number of rounds alive, total damage output, total damage inflicted (after mitigation) etc.

Why the hell the officers exchange is being treated as a ticketed events? It’s stupid to have ticketed events when there is no tickets. Most free to play tend to do all 30 tickets in one day. This new bit of not giving free tickets sucks major balls.

A fair game doesn’t go and try to force people to pay for everything, it gives fairly. This game has for the past several years gone from fairly fair to more and more of an unfair game giving all advantages to paying and more of a forced to pay game then an actual fair game for all.

Ain’t nothing in the store worth more then $5 for none of it truly adds to the game size.

you do get the free tickets one for each ticket event, just like it has always been, so yes you got your free tickets, if you spent them all on the first day, that that’s your fault
