Yes it does. have a timed auto close, and a user has left auto close. and adding a user to a ticket is just whatever the tigger is then add user id. Does it have some derp moments. yep. but all bots do.

Invite Ticket Tool to your server

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.

Create a Panel

To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.

Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

Send the Panel to a Channel

Once the panel has been created, use the blue Send button and select the channel you want the panel to be sent to.
