might not be the best, but I got COUGAR MG120-G RGB in Black. came with 3 x 120mm rgb fans. looks like you can get them around $60. houses my 3700x and rtx 3070 via mATX board, was easy to build in and although I'm only air cooled with 5 fans + cpu i don't see temps beyond 70c after prolonged gaming

My keebs dislikes chipset USBs so I had to move it to CPU, and to keep my USBs organized I moved my webcam to CPU as well. Got random disconnects, so I moved my cam back to chipset and kept keeb on CPU and it all worked out

Well, basically, they mean nothing other than identifying a specific part, but generally, a "ti" ending means slightly better, but not better enough to be a bigger number

Well, the main distinguishing factor is the socket (Which cpu it fits), and then there's somewhat of a quality scale with the chipsets on each generation. Example:
Socket AM4 (AMD)
A520 low end, B550 mid-high, X570 high
Socket LGA1200 (Intel)
H510 low end, B560 mid end, Z590 high
