Depends on the system, I've used it with many other forge mods to boost FPS and it worked really well, however I tried back Optifine and got even better results (also go 64chunk max render distance instead of 32chunk with sodium)

The h510 is not a good case, it's a heater.

It's one of the worst cases actually

A z690 with a 12400 doesn't really make much sense, there's no benefit over a b660 except for more pcie lanes, which is only relevant if you're running multiple nvme drives
