oh, you not so bad. easiest thing to do is buy some velcro, and tie cables together in bunches and route them. next level after that is to get some cable sleeving. and the next level after that is to buy trunking/raceways and use that to route your cables

Pro level: buy some usb extension, long monitor cables. Put your PC to the far right. get trunkiing/raceways, stick it to the underside of your table. Run ALL cables through the trunking

also, get rid of those suplement containers and put a board to cover that gap in the back
