I used to do alot of mc pvp and my friends do it alot lately out of nowhere, but you are kinda making it sound more complicated than it is. The only thing you are mostly focusing on is how fast you click, heath, and healing items. As long as your inventory is sorted as you are used to then everything else comes as second nature like hotkeying which is done in fps games and buying items. Also it does not require that much aim

First difference is the screen, higher refresh rate (hz) is better, and higher NTSC rating means better color, not necessarily color accuracy but color space.
Next is adapter, battery, and weight, should be fairly self explanatory, and this ends the more objective side of comparing laptop specs.
