First, look at the specs page on Newegg where you purchased it. That will tell you exactly what specification you purchased (or, at least, what Newegg is telling you you purchased).
That should/will/does say what storage it includes pre-installed.
You can check for all available storage slots for it on the specs page from MSI that you already linked to, specifically the section on storage.
Furthermore, you can check the manual for this model to see what slots it has (msi.com/Laptop/support/GP65-Leopard-9SD#down-manual).

but for the past half month seems like just the CPU has been sold for ~$200 on average for used. So you might get that $400 total cost for selling it if you're fine with the "scam" type of feel. Here are the 6700Ks that were sold on eBay

I was right, replaced it with a Seagate Firecuda 520, great speed results and stability now. Whenever I go and buy one of these ridiculously discounted items, such as the RX 570s, Ebay freaks out, forgets my preferred payment, and makes me login to Paypal again before either refusing to let me go back to checkout or making me use my credit card which always fails.
Ever since this has happened to me with SSDs, I've taken it to mean that the seller is hacked and that the item is never gonna ship. Stay safe out there, folks.

Ignore the people telling you different higher refresh rates don't make a significant difference. It purely depends on the person and how well they process lots of information being thrown at them. I own a 240hz and 144hz monitor. Before I got the 240hz I would overclock my 144hz. Even mild overclock was noticeable. Since getting the 240hz and comparing them side by side the difference is night and day. I also tend to respond to visuals very quickly and with a keen eye. I would say to anyone trying to choose that if it is within your budget to go with a higher refresh rate, go ahead and do it. Best case scenario you immediately see the difference. Possible scenario over time you adjust and eventually can tell the difference. Worst case scenario it was within your budget anyway and higher fps/refresh rate still = lower input latency, faster response times, and better frame times (assuming you have the hardware to drive it).
