My thoughts are that a) you probably don't want to transport the PC with the monitor attached and b) when using it, you're probably not gonna want the monitor mounted at a 90° angle so low to the table
So it would probably make more sense to just have a portable monitor with its own stand

You could also get a strong suction or magnetic mount for the monitor to mount it to the case if you have a lightweight enough monitor but you may as well just get a laptop
