Despite industrywide component shortages and cost pressures. especially on memory and storage that are driving overall PC pricing trends upward. SOME PC prices on Newegg’s Desktop Computer program remain around where they stood last year when comparing equivalent systems and configurations. Notable deals on prebuilt systems featuring high-core CPUs and RTX GPUs are still being offered relative to their earlier 2025 listings.
This means savvy buyers can still find good pricing right now, with desktop PCs priced more attractively than they might be later in a 2026 market facing component cost inflation.
Insider News:
One of our employees said prices will likely rise in April for the rest of the computers so grab some deals before they last! Take a look at some of the computers around the $1,000 range.
