A few of them like the XFX are fairly loud in games.

Also make sure your fans speeds are controlled. I know MSI afterburner keeps defaulting my fan to 100% even though it doesn't need to be.

and to Tim, the 5800 is a very good cpu. Of course, the 3070 is nearly the same as a 2080 ti, so of course it is also a very good gpu. But if you are going to buy a 5800x, i would much rather recommend not yet buying a 3070, and financing the extra money for a 6800xt, as there are many features they unlock by using a system with the both of them. Though it is around 150 dollars extra, unless you become very rich or technology suddenly evolves at a very accelerated pace, then you most likely won't have to upgrade your gpu for a very long time. I endorse this even more so since the 6800xt is a competitor to the 3080, and comes at a much lower price. Also, the performance increase per dollar extra you spend from the 3070 to the 6800xt I would say is much more worth it than if you were to buy a 3080. Though if you already have a 3070, there obviously won't be any problem using it, it's an amazing card.
