You don't need 10 villagers. Villagers can start moving out when you have 6. But since Colton would be the most recent one, he won't be able to ask so you would need the 7th villager to kick him out with TT

I don't believe so. The rain counts them as being watered, but not by you. I do not believe you will add a boost if you also water them on top of the rain, however.

I'm having trouble with snowboys! I'm using the 10 custom/hard tile method thing, and at first it worked perfectly every time, but yesterday was the third time in a row where it said "almost perfect" or that 90% thing, so close but not there. I think it might be because I'm not rolling them to their full size, either the one I use for the base or the one I then roll through the path. Is there an easy way to make sure the ball is rolled to their maximum size? I've just been eyeballing it but I guess that doesn't cut it 😫

IIRC 11 tiles worked more consistently for me when I used the path method a year ago; I always got almost perfect with 10 tiles. There isn't really any better trick to it than learning to eyeball it, or using paths

Depends on how many you have. Only two - after building the shop, you'll get a three plot quest from Tom Nook. If you have 5, you'll get one from the campsite once RS is a building. If 6+, buy plots from Tom Nook

Star fragments will wash up on your beach the day after, IIRC 20 wishes or more gives you the maximum amount. If you wish on other people's islands, you still get frags on your island

Yes, that is normal. As far as I know, the recipe bottles found on Kapp’n islands with glowing moss and vines can have any random DIY from that series. (You may just have had some bad luck in only getting vine recipes so far )

Not necessarily, but you have to be careful with what you pick up, as some hacked items can break your game.
Any construction kit, blue present, lost item, item with Japanese name or Japanese characters in the name (if you are not playing in Japanese) are all items you should not pick up, as IIRC you are unable to get them out of your inventory, and it'll be there forever unless you reset.
You also shouldn't pick up anything that can't be obtained without hacking, those can get for example your Dream address banned, and can also be game breaking
But if you just pick up "normal" things, you should be fine

Also, doing max bells at a treasure island will AFAIK reset and make you unable to complete the Cornering the stalk market -nook miles goal, just so you're aware

Also, villagers from treasure islands might have wrong interiors when they move on your island, but otherwise they should be safe

That's as reliable and efficient as moveout methods get. In the end, villagers moving out is heavily based on RNG, so all I can really recommend is keep trying, and possibly spend a little more time looking for bubbles.
Also, make sure you've spoken to your target at least once, and that they aren't your newest villager

Those will keep growing if you leave your setup as-is
The easiest way to have an orchard like you seem to want is to grow the trees somewhere else where they aren't too much in close proximity (the rule is no more than 12 trees in a 9x9 area, as explained in the infographic above), then move them back to your orchard once they are adult: once adult they still grow fruits regardless of other trees around

You will need to have them in boxes, a player will come to your island to talk to them and invite them to their own island. Basically you’ll have them in boxes and the buyer will pay you upon arriving / leaving your island.

• Shooting stars only happen between 7 pm and 4 am. There are two main types:

• Heavy meteor showers: These are usually announced by Isabelle and discussed by villagers, with stars shooting in groups of 5 to 8 roughly every minute or so during the whole night. These are pretty rare, averaging around 10 per year.
• Light meteor showers: Only a handful of 5-star groups shoot each hour, if said hour has a clear sky. These average between 5-10 per month.
