You have to consume a food item to gain stamina, then hit it with a shovel to break it. It will then respawn in a random location the next in game day (if you destroy more than 1, one will spawn each day until you have 6 again)

So I recently reset my island and am at the point of the game that I have six villagers on my island. Would I be able to swap out any of these six villagers via Amiibo card at this point, or do I need to reach my maximum population of ten villagers before this becomes an option?

You need to reach the max island capacity for an Amiibo (or any campsite visitor) to switch spots with a current resident. Prior to that they will only move in if you set down an empty, unsold plot for them.

That’s fine, it’s not needed. It’s just a way to speed things up and spawn weeds.

Time traveling doesn’t affect anything besides build and upgrade progress, like finished the campsite or having a store upgrade. (And weed spawns, plus if your TT too far ahead your villagers will ask where you had gone and you’ll wake up with the bed head animation)

As for the update of the huilding, it takes two days to update. The first day is when you will see the store covered, and the second day will be when it reopens.

Two of the most important things to know about restarting is that

1. The beginning of the game is very tedious. Most people tend to forget how annoying it is to farm mats for the shop, farm bells for purchasing items or paying off your debts, and placing furniture and flowers for the initial 3-star rating.
2. Seems obvious but you will lose all of your progression, including all of your learned DIYs, all of the villagers you've obtained, etc.

If that all seems fine and dandy to you, go ahead and reset for a fresh start. The middlemen can even help you transfer some of your items if you'd like. #request-a-middleman🛎️🙋‍♀️

It is not possible to acquire the items through legitimate means, they must be hacked in to be obtained. i.e., the Fish Recipe DIYs -- since your character learns these recipes through "inspiration", no physical, tradeable DIY card exists for those recipes. Thus if someone is trading them, they acquired them by hacking or from someone who hacked them in, because they do not exist in-game.

You must be the first player to buy from Leif 3 separate times—the buy counter can only increase once per day and only for the first player that buys from him.

A second player would have to buy first 3 other times, then talk to him again. Buying on other islands adds to the counter as long as nobody on that island bought anything from him yet that day. However, you can only receive the DIY on your island.

You need empty, unsold plots in order for villagers to appear on mystery islands. If you aren't seeing any for the 3-plots quest, that probably means you either filled them or finished the furniture requirements and Tom Nook filled them for you.

Do also note that the 6th villager comes from the campsite, so the plot you get for them won't spawn villagers on mystery islands for that reason.

There’s different levels of gifted villagers. In ACNH, you can gift a villager once per day to earn points for friendship between you and that villager. These points are a counter that can’t be seen. Ungifted means that the villager wasn’t gifted at all and therefore their house remains the same as it was when they first moved onto island A, and therefore won’t have anything odd when they move to island B. Lightly gifted usually means a gift or two was given, which the villager may or may not have displayed in their home, while heavily gifted means the villager was (probably) gifted enough for Resident A to earn that villagers photo.

How to MAKE BELLS, the SIMPLE Way:

2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.

You have to open the mail then it gives you the option to delete it. If you've favorited it you have to unfavorate then you can delete it.
