They're just really rare at least in my experience, it took me sooooo long on my normal island in-game to find one. I think your best bet is to just keep running around and despawning everything else til it pops up, but I don't know anything haha

you should just grow them somewhere else then dig them up and put it where you want :)

Yes. Distribute them elsewhere with more spaces around them. When they fully grown, transplant them back in that area.
