• Shooting stars only happen between 7 pm and 4 am. There are two main types:

• Heavy meteor showers: These are usually announced by Isabelle and discussed by villagers, with stars shooting in groups of 5 to 8 roughly every minute or so during the whole night. These are pretty rare, averaging around 10 per year.
• Light meteor showers: Only a handful of 5-star groups shoot each hour, if said hour has a clear sky. These average between 5-10 per month.
• Note that weather patterns use a seed and are set in stone for your island, including when the shooting stars will appear, to the second. You can use Ninji's MeteoNook app (https://wuffs.org/acnh/weather/) to help determine your seed and get your weather and shooting stars forecast for your island.

it stays up! even if you delete your island/restart. many people have tested it. iirc the only thing we don't know is if/when nintendo will purge inactive islands, but for now they seem to stay up indefinitely

You wouldn’t, since you need the two switches anyway to transfer without having to contact nintendo, and that is only for when your switch was lost or destroyed. Maybe you could try to not trade in the original switch for a little while and transfer it quickly?

To get this role, go to a channel called #721542917264638002 <- this should be blue and you can click on it. Once there scroll up to the very top and you should see a ✅ you can click

if not there are instructions at the bottom which tell you what to do if you can't see the check mark

and then once you've verified, all the trade channels should open for you and then you can go to #690093605821480980

It's normally 1 month forward, then 1 day at a time... After that it's more or less random who wants to leave, if the game actually designs someone to have the "I wanna leave" thought bubble (80% chance at max)

When restarting, you will lose all of your DIYs and catalog. The start of the game is very tedious and people tend to forget this when resetting.
It is easier to remove everything and flatten your island.
Restart only if you don't like the position of your RS, airport, river ends, northern beach, etc.

• What is my native fruit? - This is the fruit that will be on your trees when you first start the game. Your native fruit can also be bought from Nooks Cranny.

• What is my "sister fruit"? - This is the fruit that you find on a mystery island called "rare fruit island". This fruit can be sold for more than the native fruit at Nooks Cranny.

• What fruit does my Mom give? - Your mom will mail you a fruit. This can either be a new fruit that you have not obtained yet or a random one.

• How do I get the rest of the fruits? - You will only be able to obtain 2-3 fruits by yourself. To get the rest of the fruits you need to trade with other people. This can be done with your friends or with people in #fruit-vegetable-trade! (You will need the Trade role, which can be obtained in #721542917264638002.)

• Coconuts and bamboo are available through mystery islands! 🎍

We're not too sure on this to be honest. I'd imagine that if its bought on one switch, it'll be available for everyone

its a 20% chance maximum for a villager to come to the campsite (6+ days after one has already come) so it may take a while, just keep tt-ing day by day until someone comes, if its not someone you like, tt 6 days into the future then keep going day by day

My island is a bit glitched, first one of the custom designs on the wall went invisible, I just replaced it and it came back. then I was trying to move Pietro out, he asked to leave on Saturday, so I went back to Friday and then to Saturday again so that he was in boxes but it was still Saturday but I was a little confused because on the announcement Isabelle didn't say anything about his leaving. I'm thinking the best way to keep most of my stuff would be to temporarily transfer my secondary character to my sister's switch, then delete my island, start a new one, and transfer the character back. Does that keep their house and all the items in their storage and inventory? Will I lose anything that character owns in the move?

As far as I'm aware, the only things you lose when moving characters are things your character doesn't technically "own", such as building kits, bridge/incline kits, or lost items. Everything else you keep, including learned DIYs, storage items, etc.

And my friends want to restart their islands and i wanna do that too with them to have the fresh experience since its been a year. Are there any items you think are worth saving before i reset? (I have a friend who would hold a few things) I am not afraid to lose moneys or nook miles, just dont know if there are items from any of the events and stuff that you may think is worth keeping? I stopped playing last halloween actualy lol kinda weird logging into my game and seeing pumpkins and everything decorated already. :) thanks for any advice

as far as i know every event item in the game can be regained next time the event rolls around. Someone earlier said Rover's photo is the only thing you can't get anymore. plus the Mario items will expire this december possibly

6 cards per pack, (I believe) 1 special character card per pack. In acnh you can scan them at resident services and invite them to your campsite, if you do this 3 times then you can get them to move into your island. You can also scan them at Harv's island to take pictures and their poster (woman's in the case of the sanrio cards, furniture) will be added to a new poster section of Nook Shopping
You will also be able to use them at the Roost and in Happy Home Paradise when they come out (don't quote me on any of this lol)

you don't need to get another villager, you can evict zucker and then move in another zucker immediately into that same plot

did you drop them somewhere? they take the form of a red toolbox when dropped. if they aren't in your storage, your pockets, or dropped, you probably accidentally sold them or broke them.

I looked up how to get rid of villagers on Google. And it said that, the camper method will make a random villager leave, you don't actually get to choose. You only get to choose which one you want to move out if you use an amiibo.

I did the 15 day time skip 22 times and didn't get a single thought bubble

Also I found a method where you have to make sure the villager you want to leave is wandering around, talk to them, exit the game, and skip 30 days, but I tried that and he was in his house. Multiple days.

This is just frustrating

Around 300 villagers and not one official method to make them move out
