okay, so you can time travel back to yesterdays date and set it to 5am. So for example if its 3am on the 23rd August 2021 now, save and quit then set the switch time to 5am on the 22nd August 2021, this will keep it on the same in game day, and so the plot will not autofill

Rocks can only be destroyed (in one hit) by hitting them while under the effect of fruit power, and they can only drop a max of 8 items regularly (9 if you count the stone dropped from destroying it)

To grow fruit trees from fruits, simply bury a fruit: dig a hole with a shovel, then, while still holding the shovel and facing the hole, choose bury when selecting a fruit in your inventory

Looking at sell prices, it seems worth it to do with your native fruits as they only sell for 100 bells, but with non-native fruits it seems you'll get less bells from the crafted item than you would from selling the amount of fruit you need in the recipe

Gifted - has been given clothing and/or furniture that alter the original state of their wardrobes/houses. Most gifts are unable to be removed and are rather tedious to replace, so people sometimes prefer "ungifted" villagers for that reason

the void's other name is the Move-Out Queue, it can hold up to 10 villagers indefinitely. We don't know too much about it, but we do know that when you play with other people (both locally and online), you can transfer villagers from your MOQ into their Move-In Queue (MIQ). That's why sometimes, when you get random autofills, they mention having moved from another person's island even though you didn't adopt them

it's not super helpful because you can rarely manipulate either queue, but they exist and that's (to our knowledge) how they work

You can the problem is you wouldn't know the genes of those flowers so you might take longer get an specific color you want. It's just recommended to start with seeds because then you know for sure. You can also use flowers from mystery islands, those have the same genes as seed flowers. You can find more info #garden-science-info

Day 2: Plot is empty (will remain empty on this day so you have time to hunt/adopt from elsewhere)

So I've been trying to get two certain villagers to move out. I've been moving several villagers out the last few days, and my last two targets haven't been getting any thought bubbles at all. I've heard that higher friendship makes moving out more likely though, so would it be ok if I gifted them as I'm trying to get thought bubbles from them?

And you have talk to them at least once ever? Theoretically, having lower friendship level has a slighty higher chance for a bubble afaik

higher friendship = lower chance of asking, but only really when you have a variation of friendship levels (i.e some only being level 1-2 with others being 5-6) but if all your villagers have a similar friendship level then the % chance of them asking is pretty much equal

so i’m on a mystery island. i filled the beaches with palm trees, cut down all the trees, got rid of the stumps, picked the flowers, everything. not many beetles are spawning despite there being like 25 trees. i also went at 11 PM and put my switch in sleep mode so it’s light out but still 11 PM. i still need to catch the golden stag and giraffe stag but no mater how hard i try i can’t find them is there something else i could be doing??
