Ah the yellow leaf. They keep the design as long as you also don't mess with the slot the design is located in. Did you in any way change/erase/move the design that you had put on the wooden shop sign? If so, that's why it changed

You would need to delete her resident from the island. You can do this in the main menu of animal crossing from your own account if hers is deleted. Press - on the title screen to access Nook and go into Island save data (iirc) From there, you should be able to delete a resident

nope, you have to recreate it. or i think if you import into an online editor like acislove.com or acpatterns.com, you can change it, then make a new code to download. but there is no way to do it in game

must just be a product of how the site converts into a qr code. there are other options you can use, such as the drawing guide option which creates instructions of how to recreate the guide in game. its a lot more work but it will give you accurate colors and editability in game

They would be flying near flowers in any weather except rain. If you're in the right seasons for your hemisphere, you would just need to wait on their spawn

Seems like bad luck, you could try planting more flowers to increase the spawn chance. Generally they're quite common
