can villagers ask to leave before the island has 3 stars & kk performs? i'm currently on 1 star and i've been desperately trying the tt moveout method to get villagers to leave, but i've not even seen one moveout thought bubble - it's driving me insane pahaha. I didn't realise how careful I should've been when asking villagers to move in as i currently only have 2 out of 10 that i actually want to keep. I hadn't spoken to all of them before when i initially tried the method so i just reset by syncing to internet time and made sure to speak with all my current villagers in the hopes that this would cause at least one to think about leaving when using the 1 month method - has anyone else had such trouble with this? is there something i'm missing or some hidden necessary component that i'm not aware of? please help!

It has been suspected that 3 stars is required (a lot of people have reported the same issue since the last couple updates) but some people have also been able to move villagers out without K.K. As a last resort you could try to get K.K and see if that fixes things.

I went through this recently and thought I was insane because tt method wouldn't work for me. This was on a new island/new switch and i hadn't bothered unlocking KK yet.
