There are very few stars on my beach today, does anyone know why? Usually the beaches will be covered, and I’ll do 2-3 passes to get my max amount. I think depending on how much you buy turnips, that counts as a negative, and when you sell turnips, that counts as a positive, so it adds positive numbers to the profit count

Basically, If you get a 3 star review, KK will visit your island and will sing you a song and give you 1 disc every saturday. It requires 3 stars and talking to isablle will check your current star rating. After reaching 3 stars, you will achieve basically the end game. Tom Nook or any NPC will no longer give you tasks (default ones not event ones). Basically a form of finishing the game (If you're lazy), Or End-Game (If you wanna go further and prepare for updates using NMT). Your next goal Is to reach a 5 star review, But that Isn't aquired and the game won't ask you. Just a challenging task for challenging players to achieve. @pallid cosmos

but anyhow, Nook Miles+ are meant to be daily tasks you can usually do multiple of within a day but yield a smaller amount of miles, whereas the regular Nook Miles are usually meant to be completed over a longer period of time but yield more miles. I wouldn't focus necessarily on one over the other, they're both helpful imo
