If I get a villager to fill up a plot and travel later to when this villager is already in this plot without anymore boxes, can I try to travel even further in time to get another villager and after that travel backwards to when my other villager did not started unpacking to be in my island (basically go back to my own time)? Will this affect my other villager?

Anything that happens in the game can't be rewound. If you go back after your villager is already installed, it will still be installed completely

Even if you travel to a date you didn't even encountered it yet

It is the same for any time-based mechanics of the game, they just account a "new day" (n+1) to update themselves, but don't store their states they was on specific days, and can never be reversed.

At the very beginning of the game your mom will send you a fruit in the mail. This can be a different fruit than your sister fruit

I have had a villager randomly send me a non-native fruit after I sent them a gift in the mail, but the gift was an Iron Doorplate

Also when I agreed to invite a villager to hang out at my house I've had them give me non-native fruit but only my sister fruit. I think they only ever give you your sister fruit but might just be that's all mine have happened to gift.

I have two islands, so I can safely say I can switch between those. You will have to start the DLC over on the other switch though. Both islands have their own progress in HHP

ACNH (and all games) personal files (individual game data) are stored locally on the switch. the only thing that would change is where the base games files are stored. it would free up some storage on your switch!

So there was a good response to this question that I’ll restate a bit, you can get them when it rains, and Kapp’n tours as well, you can also get a gyroid fragment that washes up on your island from time to time (which you plant in the ground and water to get it to be a full gyroid)

🐙 Seaweed, Scallop, Tiger Prawn, Sweet Shrimp.
🐟 Salmon, Anchovy, Horse Mackerel, Barred Knifejaw, Sea Bass, Red Snapper, Dab, Olive Flounder, Blue Marlin, Squid.

Any fish that can be cooked besides Salmon are in the back of the critterpedia. Also, I italicized the few critters with a high sell price (at least 3,000 bells) bc you're better off selling them as usual.

Honestly I'm not sure. I've seen some people say going to the day before your birthday and the forward again resets it and some people say going to the previous birthday year and back resets it?? I've never tried but it's worth testing out both now anyway tbh

My guess is there's some sort of conflict happening when you launch the game and that is how the game is dealing with it. I've never encountered this issue before. It could be unique to the moon item.

You can try leaving other items there, but the solution is probably to not put it there or try to make more room.

Hello i have a question can you pick up stray villagers if you have 2 plots when visiting friend islands? I adopted one but when I returned from adopting them both empty plots were taken and the villager (Gaston) that moved in unannounced is one ive never even seen. Im very confused because I was keeping both of those plots empty for a reason and now I have an uninvited guest that will take forever to kick out.

When you place a plot, every day after the day you placed it, you have 20% chance for the plot to be taken by a random villager. It isn't announced the day they "buy" a plot, Isabelle just announce them the day they move in (while being in boxes). The second plot surely were already taken by Gaston, you just didn't notice it.

In order to avoid that, we recommend people to always place a plot only when they are about to invite a villager / hunt from mystery islands on the same day

Is there a way to permanently reset a heavily gifted villager i adopted? I have been speaking to Isabelle but the villager still sometimes wears their gifted clothing. Their house i have fixed with the dlc but their clothing is a problem. (Google says to heavily gift them the clothing you want them to wear but I just want them in their default clothing and I havent found a good answer to that)

No, there isn't. Isabelle only resets custom clothing. The only way to have a default everything villager is to adopt them fully ungifted or from a nook island or the campsite.

Villagers have 24 spaces total for clothing. This does not include custom clothing. It is separated in these categories:
• 8 Shirts/Dress-Up
• 4 Hats
• 4 Accesories
• 8 Free Space
Gifting a villager their default outfit over and over again may clean out those 16 shirt possible spaces. But if your villager has already had a hat or glasses gifted to them, no amount of shirts will push it out.

To transfer the island automatically to the new switch. You can deny that option though, if you'd like to just start fresh on the switch 2. If it does transfer and you don't want it to, you can use the island transfer tool to move it back to the previous switch

No. You would need 2 profiles to play together, since the same account can't open the same game on two devices. It would give an error code. Before virtual cards you could share the same e-copy of the game between 2 switches though, without having to move it.

Make sure you are using 2 whites to get the purple, and then the purple and red to get the pink. The red+red pinks, and the red+white pinks will not count towards the perfect pink required for perfect reds.

"Gifted" refers to an animal villager who has been given gifts from the player, thus they might not have their default housing interior anymore, & they may wear other clothing pieces that were given to them, including custom designs.

"Ungifted" refers to a villager who has NOT been given gifts from the player, so they will still have their default housing interior & outfits.

Lightly gifted- received some gifts.

That's a hard task yes, if you want to buy some, you could try on #flower-plants-trade or on Nookazon, and then duplicate them by isolating and watering them each day.
If you're sure to have the right red ones and still want to try to get ones by yourself, the only way would be to water them each day and wait. Inviting other players and ask them to water them also grant better chances to make the reproduce the next day.

It all depends on what feature you consider important enough to be in such list or not

Yeah, some creatures requires some others to be caught before being able to appear, like for example, the pike requires the player to have catch at least 20 fishes before. It is pretty fast you would say, but still be considered as a thing to "unlock".

Iron is found by hitting rocks, you can get up to 8 drop by hitting rocks in a small frame of time. For wood hit you trees for 3 pieces of wood everyday. Don't do it with a sharp one you'd cut the tree.

For progress. Be sure to read the dialogue, especially from Tom Nook. If you find yourself stuck you can always ask him "what should I do" for now though if you need there is a workbench in the tent, that you can use once you completed the tutorial

After I received the announcement from Isabelle that the hotel had been built, I didn’t go there immediately. A few days later, when I finally entered the hotel, Tom Nook was no longer there and I keep getting this message saying the hotel is not open yet. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do now or how to activate the hotel properly. Is there a way to trigger the event again or fix this?
