Time travel at least 15 days. There should be 1 villager per day that will have a thought bubble, they'll ask to move out. They won't have a thought bubble on Saturdays, or if they were the last villager to move in
Orrrr you could wait/time travel till a villager visits the campsite, and then reset till the villager asks if the villager you want to kick out would want to leave

Maybe try breeding flowers? It can take a while so you could start a flower breeding square and then let it breed while you do other things like gathering ressources and so on

If it's just animal crossing you're after then a switch lite is so worth it! It depends if you'd be playing mostly in handheld or if you'd want it on the tv as then you'd need an actual switch. But acnh is the only game I really play on the switch anymore so I'd definitely go for it if you feel comfortable with the spend :))

Hi! The Amiibo cards allow you to invite villagers to your campsite. Once they're there, they'll request to see an item crafted. After you've crafted their item, you can invite them to stay as a resident. They may refuse at first, and you'll have to try again the next day. Once they're convinced to stay, they can fill an empty plot of land, or you can select a villager to replace.

I have three Switch consoles: Switch Lite, Switch OLED, and Switch 2, and two ACNH physical game cards.
• I play on my island with Switch 2 using my Nintendo Account.
• My mom started playing ACNH on my Switch Lite, but I forgot to create a separate user/Nintendo Account for her.
• As a result, she is currently playing on my Nintendo Account and has already made some progress on her own island.

What I want:
1. Give my mom her own Nintendo Account and user profile on the Switch Lite.
2. Make her the Island Representative.
3. Keep all the progress she’s made so far.
4. Remove my account from her Switch Lite entirely.
5. Allow us to play online together.

Basically, I want her to have her own account and island, without losing anything she’s already done.

Does anyone know the safest way to do this?

I don't believe you can transfer island representatives without deleting you island's save data

You can use #request-a-middleman🛎️🙋‍♀️ to help you reset and start up a new island for your mom, but progress like island type, native fruit, etc. cannot be saved. You can give furniture items and such to a middleman so you can have it returned to you once you start your new island

For 4, you can remove Nintendo users via the settings tab on you Switch system. For 5, you both need a Nintendo Switch Online membership (NSO) and a separate copy of AC:NH

You can transfer a secondary player by going on that person's account and pressing minus on the title screen and talking to Tom Nook about moving to a new island. The other switch needs to be on the screen where Timmy and Tommy is at the airport and there you need to tell them you're moving.

That second player will go to that new island with their home, money and storage, but will be the rep of a new island

I think what you can do then is make your mum a new user account and delete yours off her Switch. it depends on the pattern, which you can find out by putting buy n sell prices into websites like turnip prophet
for small n large spikes (decreases at start of week then "spikes" at some point) sell whenever the tip of the spike occurs which iirc is the third interval (e.g. 109 -> 141 -> 210) but you'll have to check because iii do not remember lol
for fluctuating (random) just sell whenever youll get a "good" profit (depends on personal taste)
for decreasing (usually figure it out 100% around thursday night) just sell then (thurs pm) and cut your losses (or go to someone with a good price)

You can only invite a villager in boxes on another island if you have an open plot. To kick out villagers youll need to wait for a thought bubble or a campsite villager/amiibo
Though for campsite and amiibo, it will be the one in the campsite that moves in, so it doesn't give you an open plot technically

Theres several ways you can do it! the easiest imo is to go into decorating mode (press the down arrow on the left side of the switch)

Then find the wallpaper that you put as an accent, and press x on it to remove it.

Sadly it depends. They can keep it in their cloth rotation or they can expose it in their home. There is no way to know what they will do. They will more likely keep them if it matches their preferences in style and colors

was hoping I could get some help or advice for this. I'm attempting to get Winnie off of my island. I'm using the time-travel method present in the server (that being yue's method). I've been time-travelling for two months and still no sign of Winnie wanting to leave. I should note that she isn't the most recent villager to move here, and her birthday is already past, so that's not holding her here. I'm at my wit's end believing that I've wasted a large part of my day trying to get this to happen. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Its all about preference. Some people want different villagers because theyre more visually appealing to them, or have a personality type that they like. Its up to you, who you want on your island.

The only benefit you get out of having different personalities is that once you reach best friends, each type has a special emote. Otherwise, there's no difference whatsoever in them other than personal taste

If you have all of your starter villagers, chances are you have all the personality types anyway, so there's not rly anything youre missing out on

I finally was able to kick out a villager and start villager hunting. I exited the game without saving at 8am in-game time to sleep, and I came back this morning to continue hunting. I think once you uproot a pine tree with decorations, it cannot go back to be decorated, I don't know if it changed since 2021 but once I made the mistake of uprooting all of my pine trees and was left with none decorated. The only way I found to correct my mistake was time traveling to the day before Isabelle annonce and then time traveling again a day forward to have decorations again

1. It should remove it more or less permanently. Be careful to report when they are wearing it. No matter it's it's custom or in game clothes
2. There are many gifts you can give ! Identified fossils work, but the most popular because it's easily farmable is wrapped fruits /veggies. The present needs to be worth 750+ so be sure to wrap, 2 foreign fruits, or 3 veggies / coconuts.

How does villager trading work? Because there might be a few villagers that I dont associate with / dont like them. What happens if I discuss them with Isabelle? Also if I could trade, can I only trade them when they havent unpacked yet? Cuz I just seen now someone looking for Tom and I have him but obv living on my island for some weeks now

You can only trade with island villagers after you’ve reached a certain friendship level with them (meaning they will have been unpacked and you check up on them and complete requests from them). If you want to trade with the villager but also don’t like them, you are still able to get them to leave the island. When you talk to Isabelle about a certain villager (whether to report their language or clothing) this will give that villager a change for a though bubble to come up and a dialogue of them asking if they can move out. You’ll have to wait for this dialogue to pop up after a certain number of days and I recommend not talking to them at all while waiting for the dialogue option

they are garanteed empty only the day you place them, you have then a 20% chance to have it filled everyday, if you play online you have most likely people in your move in queue, waiting to jump into the empty plot, so most likely it will fill by 5am

Be sure to be around 1pm to have the most villagers out.
Go day by day, avoid kk. Events. Birthdays.
If after 2 weeks of day by day you need nothing start over.

Be sure the target isn't the latest to move in or the latest they said no to. A good way it so say no to another villager if you have a bubble. Be sure to save and tt 5 days if you do that

To get the rest of the fruits you’ll unfortunately need NSO to trade with others. The only fruits you can get without online are your native fruit, your “sister” fruit from mystery islands, coconuts, and you might get a different fruit from Mom in the mail at the beginning of the game. To get different shrubs and flowers you can just buy from Leif whenever you see him!

Shrubs from his inventory are seasonal iirc, so you can only get certain shrubs from him during certain seasons.

If you have the amiibo then you can guarantee that they move in, yes. But you have to scan their amiibo 3 days before they will move in. Also, you can’t use amiibo until villager number 7+

So far the 3 ive talked to the most have wanted to move out and yet the ones ive talked to literally once or twice have outlived so many others

Bear in mind, rare and difficult to breed are different. Flowers can clone, so they can be very common.

It can be argued that golden roses and Lily of the valley are rare since they can't clone
