Nope, you can create a character in acnh, and then delete the switch profile, leaving the character "orphaned"

to delete a character you need to do it in the - menu at the start, deleting a switch profile isn't enough

switch 2 has a profile called Second2 currently connected to Second's NSO account but has never opened animal crossing

if I want to move Second onto the Switch 2, specifically onto the Second2 user profile I need to delete some things?

you need to transfer the player, I have a feeling it's possible but I've never done it personally, what will happen once the profile is on switch 2 I imagine, would be that once it's one the switch 2 Second is orphaned, you need to connect any profile, in this case Second2, and it will ask if you want to adopt the orphaned profile.
Sorry can't help on transfering the character though

Unfortunately Goldie will not appear in the campsite if you go back to that day, and the plot will auto fill when you time travel backwards

Not really. You can redecorate if you have hhp, but it is still in their inventory and they can always just pull it back out if they want to.

1. The best game ? No game ever is the best game, everyone has different taste. Is a NH the best in animal crossing ? It has the best qol and innovation compared to others but it has also lost features compared to other games. Again it depends on what you are looking for this is a subjective question.
2. In terms of running the game the switch 2 will be better yes. Acnh is the only animal crossing game on that console so bear that in mind. The older ones were on game cube, Wii, 3ds etc

ok so if I'm not mistaken and you are on Sunday, it's a poorly coded event and she won't show up on sundays.
However bear in mind, Celeste will not show up on every heavy showers. She can appear once a week, even if you have multiple showers. She will come once a week and prioritize the heavy ones. If it's on the week end you're likely out of luck.
If you have heavy showers on Monday and Wednesday for example, she can come Monday OR Wednesday

Do you mean in the corner behind the lamppost? That looks like a valid tile, you could try to remove the simple panel and try placing some and then put the simple panel back and see if that works. If that doesn’t then you’re gonna have to change that area up if you want to fit something there

Something i learnt myself recently is with amiibo villager any kind of amiibo, it lets you choose which villager to move out in the campsite unlike without an amiibo, you cant choose who moves out.

To clarify, you used to be able to put items/trees on a 4th cliff but now its just 3. Also what you we're probably saying is yes there was a glitch that in a way lets you plant trees flowers on rock pathways, and plant a tree on a singular cliff using terraforming, but unfortunately got patched in a later version.

But that's not a glitch its just too close to town square.

To do so, you must first complete the sequence of tasks that unlock additional infrastructure. After building and furnishing the three initial homes, Tom Nook will eventually ask you to construct a bridge, which, once completed, allows you to unlock the ability to build a campsite.
After upgrading Resident Services to a full building, you can construct a campsite, which enables random villagers to visit your island daily.
You can then invite these campsite visitors to move in by encouraging them over several visits.

Additionally, you can reserve plots of land for new villagers by speaking with Tom Nook about infrastructure and selecting "sell some land" to set aside a plot for 10,000 Bells.
Once a plot is reserved, it can be filled by a villager from the campsite, a Mystery Island visit, an amiibo card scan, or by inviting a villager from another player’s island.
Mystery Islands, accessible via a Nook Miles Ticket, offer a chance to recruit a random villager camping there.

You're probably right, i know for 5 stars its 200 fencing and a lot of items and you probably got it sooner because you placed more of those items which would count for a higher point rating. Also having 8 villagers like you said no longer capped to 2*

A villager should ask to leave every 15-30 days (I believe it should be 15 but people recommend waiting 30 if TTing to move someone). Once someone asks to leave (they have a bubble above their head and are usually walking back and forth Infront of their house or the plaza) if it is not the villager you want, ignore them and wait or TT to the next day. The bubble should move around every day so wait or TT until it is on the villager you wish to leave

when asked, your player will never count, villagers are exclusively the animal residents.
Now that your camper is moved in, you can buy land from tom nook and place it. if you place a plot of land you have one available to be purchased, so if you visit mystery island you will find villagers there, you can adopt them by talking to them. Or if you have an online subscription you can adopt from other players, when they have a villager moving out, "in boxes" you can invite them by talking to them
A few things to bear in mind, from now on if you place a plot, it can be filled automatically the next day by random villagers, theis will especially happen if you play online.
You can only adopt 1 villager per day on mystery islands, and one per day from players as well, no need to place multiple plots if you are looking for specific villagers.

The Solution: Move some trees to a less crowded area to fully grow, then move them back to wherever you want.

There are fakes, and they're gonna be from 3rd party sellers. I buy all of mine in the packs on Nintendos page on Amazon. They also have individual characters on there, but it costs more. A pack is around 25 usd and you get 3 or 6 new amiibos, depending on region of the pack. For specific characters you could pay anywhere between 5-40 dollars. Maybe even more. Always look at reviews and images. Fake ones are gonna be significantly smaller and low quality, usually with a brand logo on the back, and no translations of names on the front.

oh she comes up to once a week, she will never come during and event, including KK sliders. Somehow, she doesn't come on sundays either, so you can skip these days.
She comes only during meteor showers, it can be a light or heavy. as she only comes once a week, she will prioritize the heavy showers if you have some that week.
That's why I said it's easier if you know your weather seed, since you'd know when there is a shower on your island.
She can show up starting 7pm

depends, you need to hunt critters all year long at varying hours and spawn rates, it depends on luck a bit, and of course if you time travel or not. and then there's the Art section which depends entriely on luck and if you have other profiles to buy more art at once if you don't trade. if you don't trade art can take a while

Hey I have an issue. I bought another switch to make a second island and I used my same nintendo account. I only have one physical game. I thought I would be able to use mail to send things between the islands once I borrowed my sister's game to play together once. However it turns out both switches on one account can't be online at the same time. Is there no way to fix this beyond restarting the whole second island and making another account? (I would be okay getting a second online membership since there are spaces in our family plan not being used). I've already put hours and hours into it since I've had it like a week before I got a chance to visit my sister

The only things I can think of are to buy another cartridge and use local play, but the airport takes so long. Or to make another character on the second island or use one of my secondary characters on my main island but switching characters takes even longer then the airport...

You will need to have a second account linked to one of the islands to make the trade. My advice is to make a second account on switch one, move a character in, and then move what you want to trade from the first profile on account 1, to the second profile on account one, and then trade between profile 2 and the profile on the other switch.

You cant use the same nintendo account at the same time, so thats the only real work around

The quickest way in my opinion is to time travel on new years. If you go to 12/31 at around 4:55 am and wait till 5, you'll get the 500 nook mile compensation for resident services being down for new years.
But you can save and just repeat the process over and over

Ill also just time skip 1 day at a time and do the easiest x5 and x2 nook mile tasks

Yeah I think my best option is to reset my second island now since I’m only like 10 hours in in order to have the more convenient option to send items later. I normally prefer to play in real time but with TT and since I have my sisters cartridge rn and can use the other game for resources I should be able to get the island back to where it was (the day you get the 3rd villager) in a few hours

My other question is about the DLC. I purchased the DLC when it first came out on my main island. Then later on my siblings and I went in on the higher tier family plan that comes with the DLC. We don’t plan to cancel it ever unless Nintendo like quadruples the price or discontinues it because we all use it, and there’s 2 open spots so my second account can be on it for no additional investment. I only use physical copies of the game. Will my second account have the DLC?

With the gyroids washing up on the beach, I understand they have a 30% chance per day, but is it possible for it to wash up at a random point in the day? nahh only shells will show up randomly throughout the day (once shells are removed). Just like DIYs, gyroid pieces oly wash up at the start of a day.

Oh and star fragments are exceptions! If u wished a bunch and u dont see all the fragments u should get, remove shells n fragmens for the beach ad the beach will slowly fill agin with the remaining star fragments you are owed lol.

Hey can anyone help me with this? I tried entering my shooting star times on MeteoNook. (I have heavy shooting stars.). I entered the times down to the second, and after I collected enough data, I searched for my seed and it only gave me one search result, so I figure that’s conclusive.

The stars are still going, but when I check their times with the schedule my seed gave me, they match up, but are exactly 2 seconds behind, based on MeteoNook’s provided seconds and a world clock that displays seconds.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Should I trust that I got the right seed, and there’s just an un-synchronized clock, or could I have an entirely different seed than the one MeteoNook gave me?

just monitor your villagers, every hour, look for the sound or talk to your villagers they will be saying they are itchy. Sadly you can't really force a spawn
