It's most likely reaction time, the more rare fish have shorter reaction times. I turn up the sound for fishing so I won't be tricked by the fish maybe taking the bait
Fish will also bite at the 5th touch max, so if they nibble 4 times, the next nibble is a guaranteed bite

You can't add custom paths through the Island Designer app. You gotta go to Able's custom computer or the Custom Designs Portal in your phone if you've bought that app.

Yes, the first 6 villagers are scripted. Your starters will always be jock and sisterly then first 3 plots lazy, peppy and normal then first camper will be a smug. After that you can find all the personalities from the islands like cranky and snooty

Every day officially starts and ends at 5am. So suppose it's Sunday 11pm. You can move the Switch time back to Sunday 6am and then go to sleep, that's fine

In order to get the hedge diy now you have to be the first to buy anything from Leif on three different days/visits, and he should give you the DIY recipe after you buy something on the third visit. Talk to him again and he’ll give it to you (this also works at his shop at harv’s island’s plaza)

Many folks attempt to tt "years" but that is excessive. If it's been several months of your target not wanting to move out, simply start the Move out guide again. Move forward 1 month, Save, then go day by day

How to MAKE BELLS, the SIMPLE Way:

1. Play the stalk market: buy turnips at a low price and sell them high.
2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.
4. If you have NSO (Nintendo Switch Online), trade with other players by visiting the trade channels in this server and seeing where to sell your services or goods!

Yea you cannot change who the Rep is, you can take over that account but it won't have your Name you chose or the Island name you chose. Since you're at the start of the game, you can probably delete the island and start over without much loss

If someone asks to move out, it takes 1 day of them in boxes & another day for their house to disappear. If a camper moves in you can move forward 2 days for them to be in move in boxes, or move forward 3 or more days & they'll be all moved in. If a camper moves in & you go backwards any amount of days, the camper will show up in move in boxes, going back or forth from that let's them move in fully

With clothes I think if you remodel to remove a displayed item, it still stays in their inventory. That happened to me with Judy. I removed a dress on display, but then she started wearing it and appeared in her closet

Uhh, one of my villagers asked me to give someone an apology present because they had a fight. Naturally, being curious and dumb I opened the present lmao and now I'm stuck. I can't seem to 'cancel' her quest, and the villager I'm supposed to give it to doesn't recognize it as a gift because it's been unwrapped. Any way I can fix this?

Normally you should be able to give it even you unwrapped it (or even tried it on)
Unless that's a quest you got yesterday or longer before.
In any case, if you truly failed to do the quest in time, go talk to the villager that asked you to do that delivery and they should mention how they are disappointed/sad/angry/etc, ending this little questline

What I did is skip a month and then wen back to my normal date and they had a bubble if it’s not the right villager . Report the villager you don’t like to the town hall or whack them with a net . Ignore the villager at all costs . This should help I hope 🙂

.t moveout // Have you been following this guide? There is no way to make a villager want to move out. Hitting them, reporting to Isabelle, etc will not make them move out. The only way they’ll move out is if you say yes to them when they ask if they can move - the trick is to try and find them when they have the thought bubble. This method below cuts out all unnecessary steps to try and make this process faster, BUT this is a game mechanic that is completely RNG so it could take a long time for the target villager to get the move out bubble. You just need to keep time traveling and know where to look and remember to not spend too much time trying to find a villager. If you can’t find the one you’re wanting to kick then I would just skip to the next day and try again. You can also “restart” the process by syncing your system time back to your time zone and try again. I hope all of this helps and sorry it’s so long

There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be getting a move out bubble then, it’s just RNG that is working against you right now. You just have to be patient and keep trying and someone will get the move out bubble eventually ^^

Go to the main menu title screen then press minus to go to the settings. From there choose saved data and then choose delete resident registration. Then choose that resident to delete the memory of them being in your island and their tent

How do I find bag worms and wasps inside trees ?

you shake the trees and have a chance that a bag worm will fall down then you have a couple seconds to catch it with a net before it goes back in the tree

and with wasps its when you shake a tree and a swarm will spawn and start to chase you, the best thing to do is run away then quickly turn around with net already in hand and catch them before it stings you

You equip your net and then shake the tree. The bagworm makes a lil sound effect while you can just swing your net if a wasp's nest falls down. Wasps don't come from fruit or coconut trees. There's a maximum of 5 wasp trees & 2 furniture trees every day

As far as I know there’s no way to check, there are a few websites where you can keep track of your progress though. Blathers will tell you once your collection is finished as soon as you donate the last missing fossil(s).

Yeah that shows you what you need, but they were asking for how many. Both options work, I personally just checked what fossils were missing by going through the museum and then kept track of all the missing ones on a website.

You can search for custom designs at ables shop’s kiosk. Also pinterest and google. The only way to recover a design is if you favorited the design and the creator, it will show up as favorites or if you have the screenshots of custom designs with creator ids saved on your phone or computer

I went with paleh path V2, which has the highest yield. 1/4 roses will be blue. It took me 2-3months but it's faster if you get visitors daily.
