If you have a spare character slot, and 1 striker build, make a whole new character. Boost to 40. Move your striker build to that character. Target farm nothing, just pick everything up. When done, donate everything as junk. Whatever didn't get donated as junk, deconstruct it down. For any of the rare named item pieces, target loot skill mods and deconstruct those mods for printer fils. Then dump printer filaments into the harder to obtain gear

Countdown will obviously be what you use to do this farm

strikers only has 1 attribute so you'd stack chance until you hit the 55-60% chance from strikers and your weapons. then 1 high end with both chance and damage, then which ever exotic you go for. if you do the coyotes i hear 50% is enough

Hunters fury gearset is probably the easiest and works well with the event since it's a close range set. Banshee pulse will also work, shooting the weakpoints on hyena rushers and medics too.

that being said, you learn how to play the game through the story. if you do want to boost, i suggest only boosting to 30

boosting will autocomplete all main story missions and side missions, as well as unlock everything locked behind skill unlocks and SHD tech

Well, since your new let me catch you up! The game hasn't changed and the developers do not care about their community anymore. Speaking from personal experince, I bought this game in 2021 and accrued around almost ~1,000hrs and the game still plays like I just hit level 40. It's absolutely pointless to start over again because the game is designed to suck you in and keep you miserable for as long as possible. You'll spend countless hours farming for the worst rolled gear mods and they've royally messed up loot drop percentages on even the highest difficulty. If I were you, I would refund before you get to the 2hr or 2 weeks since purchase. Go buy something else more enjoyable from a much better studio.

Priority Objective: Strongholds is the fastest way, and yeah there's no extra stuff past the Lvl 50 of the Anniversary Pass.

Exotics are always nice though, but the "XP" mentioned down lower is SHD, not Seasonal.

so if you had 46% CHC and 120% CHD, you will now have 40% CHC and 132% CHD

so you can't have both CHC and CHD on them, you have to choose

get as close to 60% CHC as you can without overcapping by setting the attributes to CHC, then set the rest of the attributes to CHD

this is what most people normally run, this is standard striker

this is chest striker, it only really works well in legendary/master/any place with extremely tanky enemies

there's also this, PVGC Striker, which is the most difficult flavor of Striker (PGC and Vigilance means you really can't afford to get hit at all) but it can fare better in situations where target prioritization is more important than adhering to overdog's talent

i see tons of builds that interchange the chest/back slots but why would that be better in this instance? wouldnt the chest stack increased and weapon damage % increased be better and then replace any other of the gear pieces? or is it about having a viable talent on the high ends

Striker chest is only worth it if you maintain 150+ stacks, which is extremely difficult outside of Legendary/Master/any mode with extremely tanky enemies

If you can't maintain 150+ stacks, you'll get more damage from running a high-end chest with Obliterate or Glass Cannon

That's just for most Striker variants in general

As for PVGC Striker, a Vigilance backpack is stronger than running the Striker backpack

It used to be the hardest-hitting Striker variant that didn't involve the chest iirc until Equalizer and Overdogs came along, and that combo doesn't let you not use the backpack

There are three tiers

Tier 1 is the highest, tier 3 is the lowest. The 30% dmg buff only happens to the lowest tier on the field. So if there are normal assaults on the field, the dmg buff only goes to them. Elim all the tier 3 on field, and the buff goes to tier 2, then 1.

In short, kill the enemies that are common (assault rusher etc) then move on to the special enemies.

Iirc, the library stat will define how much you can optimize, so you need some armor Regen above your 4,405hp to improve it.

Usually I'd suggest you join their discord to ask there. Since they use a bot service called "double counter" I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this and stay away from it myself. Maybe google to find info

So its not easy to play both to get rewards. I will give it a try to see what happens about resurgence, bluestacks ...but why they make a mobile game, they could have launched this resurgence as mobile, pc game since they still work on division 3 for pc and heartland got canceled.
