rof increases when you reload close to enemies and kills refund magazine

so if you play close and dangerous you can have it being the weapon with the highest rof

no. I've tried just about everything I can think of. None of the skills can hit the boss in the first area.
I also tried achilles pulse from every angle to see if there's a magic spot where he can be hit.
There's an rpg npc that spawns after you take out the first wave.
I tried making it shoot the room where the boss is; I can get the rpg to hit the area but the npc doesn't shoot it high enough to hit the glass, unless there's an angle I haven't tried.
I also poked around the whole map of the first area to see if there's something to interact with.

Some of have theorized that you have to make the minigun shoot the glass enclosure but I haven't found a way to do that.

I've also read on Reddit that a truck with come closer if you dare spray painted on it has something to do with it, but I don't remember seeing that truck anywhere.
That same thread talks about using a foundry bulwark build to try to deflect the minigun fire towards the boss, so I'll try that as well

i have a second desktop that has 128gb. and a system i remotely access at work with 4tb. and i can remotely use the ram of both via RDMA since im on windows 11 workstation! but yeah i do a lot of cad work and a lot of graphics work so having a LOT of ram is a must.

yes, because in widowed mode it's using the refresh rate that your system is set to instead of the game handling that setting as it would in exclusive full screen. There are also settings in game for fps cap that allows you to set it to unlimited.

weirdly it wasn't. turning off frame rate cap and turing on vsync fixed that. stable 120 now. same as the refresh rate of the displays.

You should just be able to do what I mentioned above 👍 killing 5 hounds drops the bounty, which you can then farm until you get the quickstep

You don't need to fast travel to safehouse or die to reset the bounty, just run west from the bounty location until you get a 'bounty failed' message, then reactivate it, turn around and run back. Just need to get approx to the war memorial

quickstep is vital and a 8/10 item IMO. the fact you can move from objective to objective 20% faster alone saves you a few minutes on missions and retails and such. ive had a half dozen retails in the last week i would not have finished without it.

i had one last night i had under a second when i killed the last hostile. quickstep is great

the p90 effective range is like 10m at most. your not hitting 50+m away targets so youll never get the crit bonuses from it 😆

If you like the gun, I'd focus on swapping the 3rd attribute (the only attribute you are able to change) to dtooc (damage to target out of cover) and that's about as good as you can make it.

No like, change it to a different attribute. You can chance the % of the first 2, but the 3rd attribute of an item is the only one that you are able to change to a different stat.

since you edited one slot, you can now only ever edit that single slot on that particular copy of Emeline's Guard.

So your only choice is to farm out a new one.

Getting new guns is a pretty big part of div2's whole experience. Don't get too attached to something you farm.

haha ive tried out quite a few now since my secondary doesnt matter for this load out! so ive sorta just expermented with different named/un-named guns to see what i have a feel for. and i love this one. there was only one lmg i liked more since it both generated ammo and had a bottomless mag. but its an exotic and you cant use two of them 🙁

Crafted one and the reconfig just ain't there or available in any way

The Reconfig Blueprint is typically added to Inaya's store once you collect one as loot.
It not appearing when you just craft it is likely either intentional, or if not; because crafting Exotics is a much newer feature.

I guess just keep an eye on the Trello to see if it's a bug or not.

@slow solar to explain the math a little bit, armor expertise is not Total Armor %, it is additive to the base armor of each individual pieces. One singular blue core is worth 27% expertise on all 6 gear pieces. It's an extreme amount of resources to a miniscule survivability in return.

if it is stuttering then... my mouse is 1kHz and it sometimes does that but after 5+ hours of uptime. I haven't been able to test if the adjustments I did worked or not.

It's annoying because lowering my PR doesn't help at all.

Depends on the system and CPU load, I guess. For me, 2kHz works fine, but sometimes the game still stutters. Especially in heavy locations with tons of spawns (like The Pact Master). 1kHz seems to completely eliminate the issue.
Interestingly, in Descent even 4kHz works fine, just like it did before last week when this problem first appeared.

And this issue occurs only in Div2.
